“If you’re looking for the BEST wedding coordinator in all of VA, look no further than with Detail Signature! Kellie came into the picture when I booked with DJ Signature and added on a wedding coordinator. I knew from our first zoom meeting with her and Brandon that she was the perfect match for me! I am not always the easiest to work with and a massive control freak but Kellie made giving that control over a breeze. I would email her throughout the year with little things I needed advice or help with and she would as there every step of the way. As we got closer to the wedding we had multiple 1 hour video sessions where she saw every side of me and helped keep my mind at ease. Every concern or worry I had she took the time to listen and make sure we had a plan for whatever happened. I always looked forward to our meetings as it was like two friends getting to catch up and share jokes. Part of her set up is a weekend wedding guide and seating chart. I cannot tell you how many times I changed things in this guide but Kellie never complained and always made updates in a timely manner. Not to mention she reached out to all my vendors and the owners of venue to communicate everything from contracts to arrival times. That alone lifted a huge weight off my shoulders as my anxiety started to go crazy in crunch time but Kellie made sure everything was squared away. The day before the wedding Kellie came to the venue and within 2 hours we had all the tables and decor done. We walked through the venue and made sure everything was taken care of and ready to go. We went through our rehearsal and she made it feel flawless. She had everyone in line and ready to walk at the correct times. On our actual wedding day we had Kellie and Abbie there to answer all the questions. When I say this was a BLESSING I 100% mean it. I was so overstimulated and anxious while trying to make sure things were ready to go that when someone would yell for me or ask questions, I would literally just yell for one of them and they would take care of whatever was being asked about. They both made sure when I asked for private time I was able to escape and had snacks and water. When it was time to clean up and go, Kellie literally shooed us out and said they got the clean up taken care of. Honestly, it was hard to say goodbye and there will never be enough words to thank her for making our wedding an absolute dream. “I hired Johnnie to plan a baby shower for my best friend. She was so instrumental when it came to bringing my vision to reality and helped elevate my vision further with her ideas and resources. She was able to source everything that we needed, with a mix of cost-effective party elements and high-end party elements where it counted. “I have received over 1,000 images/videos in content, and still have even more coming! What’s crazy is half the time, we didn’t notice Katelyn there, but she still somehow captured every moment! I love that she wasn’t in our faces or constantly bothering us for photos/videos. This way, we were able to enjoy every aspect of our day! Katelyn truly embodied what being “behind the scenes” means! She was also always there when someone did want to ask for a photo, and always obliged, even when my mom was constantly asking her LOL. We got our raw footage back within 48 hours, and most of it after less than 24 hours. We are so grateful for Katelyn capturing all of our special moments!”

We used her day of coordination services and even before the wedding she went above and beyond by recommending vendors as well as reached out to them in advance to introduce herself. Dana and her team were incredible the day of our wedding by moving our ceremony arch inside to make it a photo opportunity. Dana and her team made our special day seamless and where we could enjoy every moment with our family and friends without worrying about the logistics. “Working with Bre was easily one of the best vendor choices we made while wedding planning. Our wedding ceremony became a kind of “pop-up” style event and Bre rolled with every decision and last minute detail we threw at her. With her day-of coordination package, we were able to have 2 pre wedding meetings and a rehearsal the day before. I went into the rehearsal feeling nervous about how things would go and left feeling so reassured and excited! The day of the wedding Bre checked in with me and made sure things were running smoothly. I felt so calm and confident walking up to the venue knowing Bre was in charge and bringing our vision to life! The whole day went beautifully and I know it’s because Bre was working her magic behind the scenes. She stayed until the last moment of clean up and made sure all our personal items and gifts made it home with us.
