We couldn't have made a better choice in using Heirloom Event Company to help us plan our wedding. Our planning timeline was only about 5 months, My husband and I lived in different countries and had to deal with the added stress of immigration visas on top of wedding planning. We wanted a planner who would understand our needs and someone we could trust to listen to our vision for the day and make it happen. Haylie was so easy to work with, always on top of deadlines and keeping us on track in the all stages of planning. She listened to our ideas and dreams and found vendors that suited and fit within budget. She found us an amazing coffee cart vendor after i said coffee would be awesome to have. We dreamed of it being a fairytale/ hobbiton vibes in the music, she found us a music duo who hit the brief perfectly. She helped us surprise each other the morning of and throughout the day. She communicated with vendors, understood the fine print in the contracts and would let us know what our responsibility was. She was so supportive throughout the whole planning stage, any questions we had she answered and even after the wedding, answering questions that only come up after the event has happened. Haylie was intentional, thoughtful and she helped us be at ease leading up to the wedding and day of. With family travelling from outside of the country, she made a simple document we could give to them to have all the info needed so they didn't ask us the day of. Haylie went above and beyond to make our wedding day our dream day and we cant thank her enough.

Hiring BreAnn to be our day of coordinator was hands down one of the best decisions I could have made. We got married this past June and our day went perfectly, so smooth, no hiccups and this is all because of Bre. Anytime I recommend Bre to a future bride, one thing I always say is that when you consider how much money is going into a wedding - you should also make an investment in making sure your day runs smoothly. Bre met with me a year prior to my wedding, helped create a spreadsheet to keep track of all vendors, gave amazing recommendations on vendors, did a walk through of the venue with me, created timelines, helped with o ur rehearsal & so much more. All of that was done BEFORE the wedding day was even here. Bre goes above and beyond to coordinate all your vendors and puts so much effort in making sure your vision comes to life. The day of my wedding I, nor anyone in the bridal party was bothered with vendor questions which really allowed everyone to just be able to relax. When arriving to our venue Bre had helped set up the decor and everything was stunning. Because I live close by her she even came and picked up my welcome sign prior to the wedding day along with the marriage certificate so I truly had nothing to worry about the day of the wedding. Bre helped everyone stay on track with timing, helped everyone throughout the ceremony know where to stand, when to start walking, etc - which is so helpful when you’re trying to get a bunch of people in a bridal party to listen. Once the wedding was over Bre packed up all of our decor making sure everything was extremely organized and she even took home my flower bouquet since I was having it preserved and helped coordinate that to ensure the bouquet would be safe at the end of the night. If you are on the fence about hiring a coordinator - just do it. You truly will not regret hiring Bre, she was the best vendor/decisions I could have made for our wedding!

I found Alexa on the Knot and booked her for Monarch’s full wedding planning package as my husband & I were planning a wedding outside of Chicago in an unconventional venue, 9 months away, and lived in another state. It was a big challenge but from the initial consultation, we loved Alexa’s energy, organization, commitment and just knew we could trust her with our once in a lifetime event. The planning process was extremely organized, thorough and well-paced. She matched my attention to detail, tackled unplanned challenges with ferocity (which included a limited selection of vendors given the location of our venue) and was as dedicated to bringing my very specific vision to life as I was. She brought great vendor recommendations and connections and did countless hours of research on new vendors. Details were well-documented and thoroughly discussed to ensure all parties were aligned. Even though our venue was farther outside Chicago (Indiana), she ran several venue walkthroughs in-person, attended vendor visits with me, and always accommodated my husband and I’s busy schedule. As Alexa started to step away for her maternity leave (which started right before our wedding date), she did an amazing job ensuring her team was fully prepared to handle last minute preparations and day-of responsibilities. The day-of team of 3 were awesome with completely handling all details A-Z so I didn’t have to worry about anything, even despite some last minute changes due to weather! Due to the complexity of our venue, its location, short timeline, and being from out-of-state, we are SO GLAD we booked Monarch for their full planning package and had the privilege of working with Alexa! I don’t want to imagine how our wedding would have went without Christina & Lauren from I do Memorable Occasions. On a budget and initially hesitant about the need for Planning and Coordination, we chose the Partial Package for 2800, and it was worth every . From the beggining, Lauren and Christina took the reins and kept us moving forward meeting the deadlines we needed to. They helped us find the 5 vendors we selected, vetted them, got us to the prices we needed for each service, and stayed in touch with them along the way. Our wedding day coordinator Christina met with us in person at the venue, and twice over the phone (One of them with our photographer) to nail down the timeline of the day. She listened to our wants but more importantly kept us honest about what was possible and how long things would take. The day of the wedding Christina was simply amazing. She cooly worked under pressure both at the hotel and the church to get everyone ready to go on time. You can’t coordinate at the church without a coordinator or everything going thru Bridge/Groom. Then she went to the venue and worked quickly to get everything we wanted setup in just the right way. One there she kept us on schedule, herded the bridal party and our family, and kept the 2 of us on schedule. She always met us with a smile and 2 drinks when we needed them. The day was magical, our guests had a great time, and we have the memory we want. Worth every .

We LOVED working with Brittany. We had monthly meetings with her for over a year, from the venue search phase to the handoff to our month-of coordinator, and she was so helpful. She helped us with the searches for everything—venue, DJ, photography, day-of coordination, flowers, catering—and provided us timelines and organization tools that were genuinely invaluable. We had very little idea going in exactly what was needed to plan a wedding, but Brittany’s collaboration made us feel very on top of things. She also worked with us to troubleshoot things when issues arose (like our flower provider not following some of our communication requests). Johnna was phenomenal to work with. I knew when I first spoke with her over the phone that she was going to be excellent. She made my vision come to life and I did not feel any stress day of because I knew she would take care of everything for me. She was willing to step in and help any way to keep me stress free! The morning of my wedding, she came to my house where we were getting ready and transported my dress and my bridesmaids’ to the venue so we didn’t have to cram them in our car. if you’re anything like i was and you’re on the fence about hiring a wedding planner, take this as your sign. i was very adamant that a wedding planner did not fit into our budget. i had been stalking cylee’s social medias and was so jealous that i couldn’t have her. since im stubborn, i began to attempt to plan the wedding by myself. i remember thinking to myself “how hard could this be?” my question was quickly answered when i had 37 vendors emailing me the next morning. we ended up hiring cylee, thinking she would “just be a wedding planner.” we were quickly proved wrong. cylee has turned into a friend. she has seen me at my best, my worst, and everything inbetween that. the amount of mental breakdowns she talked me through while we attempted to fix my flowers, make my seating chart, guest drama, etc. cylee sat with me for 8 hours…yes you read that right!!! she sat with me for EIGHT HOURS building my arch florals, welcome sign florals, and fixing my bouquets. cylee hand made everything from my save the dates, invites, seating chart, bar signs, everything!!! she even helped my maid of honor with my wedding shower. i have told everyone in my life, and now i’ll tell all of you who are stalking her page and reading her reviews, cylee is the best decision i made throughout the process of getting married (besides my husband, of course). she knew what i wanted before i did, she knew what vendors to say no to, what vendors to show me, and even had special insights and relationships with each vendor. fitting her into our budget actually ended up saving us money due to her expertise in being able to make every dream i had come true. she is a true gift to the wedding industry and to this world. our wedding night was more perfect than we ever imagined, and none of it would have been possible without cylee.

The Planning process was sooo smooth. We collaborated but honestly she did all of the leg work. I just had to make payments to vendors and say yes LOL she is very budget friendly and mindful. She didn’t try to break the bank when we were selecting vendors. Day of….i still don’t know what she did but everything flowed smoothly! She did everything in the background to make our day perfect! She checked in on my husband and i to gage our needs as well. We enjoyed our day worry free. Book her, you need her level of calmness, professionalism and expertise. Thanks again Tee!! We hired Corinne as our day-of coordinator for our wedding in September 2025 at Avon Gardens, and she was absolutely wonderful the entire night. She handled everything that came her way, from steaming my dress to providing emergency fashion tape, last-minute bustling, and making sure everyone was where they needed to be at all times. Corinne kept everything running smoothly with such a positive attitude and was genuinely so much fun to be around. Graceful Weddings And Events Llc. was an absolute pleasure to work with. Their communication style was super responsive, and the quality of their work was truly professional, valuable, honest, and transparent. Traci and her team were amazing - they put everything together seamlessly and saved our wedding day. When my wife's maid of honor accidentally left the wedding veil at the hotel, Traci's assistant sprang into action, getting an Uber and rushing the veil to the church, delaying the ceremony by only 11 minutes. Traci knew my wife couldn't walk down the aisle without it, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She's not just a wedding planner, she's a true professional who gets things done. I can't recommend Graceful Weddings And Events highly enough. I cannot tell you enough how amazing Traci was throughout the entire process. She was there every time we needed her. Absolutely no restrictions on phone calls, meetings messages, whether in person or not. She actually truly cares about her clients and does not make commission off of any venues or vendors in fact, quite the opposite, she is a master at negotiation and that’s how you can tell that she’s in this Because it’s her passion. She goes way above and beyond for all of her clients and I could tell by working with her throughout the process for the entire year along that we worked with Traci. To be honest we actually miss her because she was solving not only wedding problems, but other issues as well Put it this way Traci will make sure that you have exactly what you want but she will go and take it 10 steps further! I would recommend her to anyone I know having any type of event!

Emma was incredibly helpful on and before our wedding day. I was deep into wedding planning and handled most of it myself when I realized I was simply going to need help with set ups during ceremony/cocktail hour/reception (A time where none of us could be in two places at once!) Emma created a custom package that fit our specific needs and it was perfect! Aside from that she was so kind, professional, and attentive even in a few meetings we had with the venue before the day. If I could do wedding planning over knowing what I know now, I would've found her sooner to include her expertise even more in our planning / day! Thank you Emma!

We hired Michelle Knutson for our November 2025 Palm Springs wedding and truly could not be happier with our experience. We had a fairly small event, so we went with the day-of-coordinator package. Michelle truly went above and beyond just the day-of coordinating. She coordinated a couple intros zooms, got in touch with our venue and all of our vendors beforehand and brought us solutions when we realized we were going to be rained on. The day of she was a straight shooter - direct and ran a tight ship. But she was also warm, friendly and upbeat. Her assistant even took care of my dog for me and made sure he was fed and walked! We are forever grateful to her and her team for making our day so special. 10/10 recommend!
