From the start Sarah took time to get to know us as a couple, to ensure our wedding day reflected who we are. Sarah was always 10 steps ahead, thinking about every little detail of our special day. Her organization was extremely impressive to see first hand. Even the vendors we spoke with face-to-face raved about her organization, professionalism, and how easy it is to work with her. I think it speaks volumes that everyone she interacts with (clients and vendors alike) love to work with her. She is outstanding at balancing all the moving parts of a wedding with ease, and always made sure we felt comfortable with every step of the process. Sarah always took the time to help us finetune even the smallest of details, making sure the day would include everything we wanted. So many of our friends have said the wedding process was one of the most stressful times in their lives, but we did not have that experience at all and this is hugely attributed to Sarah and her team. The experience was enjoyable and exciting, and we never once found ourselves overwhelmed. We would have never been able to make it to our wedding day while still having fun, if we didn’t have Sarah leading our team. On the day of our wedding, Sarah and her team were OUTSTANDING! I hired Johnnie to plan a baby shower for my best friend. She was so instrumental when it came to bringing my vision to reality and helped elevate my vision further with her ideas and resources. She was able to source everything that we needed, with a mix of cost-effective party elements and high-end party elements where it counted. She also is an extremely talented floral designer, so it was nice to not have to outsource another vendor for that. The day of, she was at the venue early to make sure everything was set-up perfectly, then broke down/cleaned up everything when we were done with the luncheon. Overall, she took a huge load off my shoulders when it came to everything that needed to be sourced and set-up for this event - I was very much able to enjoy the party and be a proper host, and didn't have to spend my nights and weekends with coordination leading up to the event.

Lissa and her team was absolutely wonderful from the initial contact up to the end of our wedding day! No matter what kind of wedding you're having, she will make you and your partner feel like you have all of her attention as the most important couple. Throughout the whole process, she was so professional and supportive, even with not as traditional ideas. She had such a quick response time, usually within a day, or a couple hours, and sometimes even sooner! Her attention to detail in making my timeline was also amazing and I felt that we were able to have the whole day planned to the dot before the big day. On the wedding day, she made sure everything ran so smoothly and we were not stressed out at all! We had some small hiccups with the layouts that our venue had set up, but a quick word from Lissa had them fixing the issue. She's the perfect amount of assertiveness, professionalism, and friendliness with everyone, including the guests. The largest thing that stood out to us was how much all of our other vendors loved Lissa and working with her, and we could see it throughout the day. Our venue had restrictions such as a short setup window, but Lissa communicated with them and navigated the situation very well to make everything go smoothly. Brooke and her team were an exceptional addition to a recent wedding I photographed. Their pre-wedding communication and timeline planning was clear and helpful, the day was organized down to the last detail, and it was obvious they were a critical part of executing the bride's vision for her perfect backyard wedding. I saw members of Brooke's team go above and beyond at least once during the day - team member Dana joined us at the Church and assisted with formal portraits just because the bride mentioned she'd feel more comfortable with a planner present. Dana helped keep some tricky portions of the day on track in manner that was warm, positive, and motivating (admittedly a tough balance to strike when dealing with a large and exuberant wedding party.) All couples need Dana and her team with Thyme & Details for their big day. We hired Dana as a day of coordinator but she is so much more than that. She went to countless vendor meeting and kept track of all of my overly detailed instructions to make sure each piece of our day (timeline, vendor contracts, etc) worked with those details. When the venue dropped the ball, others got details wrong, or vendors fell through, Dana was always a step ahead and came up with even better solutions than our original plans. Dana really knows the ins and outs of organizing a wedding, is in tune with the Columbus wedding scene, and has incredibly valuable connections. While we knew a few key vendors we wanted to book, she was able to provide us with options for additional vendors categories. She handled the communication with our vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page. Additionally, she was able to help us design vision boards to ensure we knew what we were looking for. The day of our wedding her team was incredible at setting up our decor and working with our vendors to ensure everything was on track. Throughout our ceremony and reception her team made sure we were on time and had everything we needed from fresh drinks to extra cake slices on our sweetheart table.

Tara and her team are nothing short of incredible. We approached her in the fall with the crazy idea to throw a music festival wedding at the end of June at a riverside park- where we needed her to coordinate 3 bands AND bring in everything from restroom trailers to a food truck to mobile bartending. Not only did she rise to the challenge, but the day was more perfect than we could have ever imagined. She had a plan (and back-up plan!) for everything, and she coordinated with no less than 15 vendors to make sure that we didn’t have to worry about a thing during the wedding. She had a ton of local vendor suggestions, as well, for everything from flowers to misting fans. On top of that, she is a truly lovely human who was a JOY to work with. Hiring Planned Perfection for partial wedding planning services and working with Danielle was the best decision we made! We had an intimate wedding of around 35 people My husband and I both agree that a wedding planner was still needed and worth it! We needed a smaller venue, and we wouldn’t have known our venue existed without Danielle! Danielle took all my worries away! We knew what we wanted our day to look and feel like, but we were not so great at the implementing part. Danielle was able to guide us through the process seamlessly! She was super responsive and answered all of my million questions! I am not the best with visualizing how a space would look, how many florals would be needed, and color scheme. Danielle has an eye for this, and was crucial in making our day look how we dreamed! On the day of the wedding, I was able to relax! Danielle took care of EVERYTHING. The weather was a little bit iffy in the morning, and she let me know not to worry and she would make the call if the wedding needed to be moved indoors. Our family commented on how well the day flowed and how Danielle had everything under control! If you are on the fence of hiring a wedding planner, DO IT.
