I hired Evviva Studio as my day of decorators and it was the best decision I could have possibly made! Kat executed my vision down to the smallest detail and I was blown away by her efficiency and attention to detail. Not only was her team amazing to work with the day of the wedding, but they were so supportive and organized throughout the entire planning process. The cherry on top was they organized and packed my decor back up at the end of the night and loaded it right into the uhaul so we didn’t have to lift a finger. If you’re still debating hiring them definitely do it and I promise you won’t regret it!

I hired Johnnie to plan a baby shower for my best friend. She was so instrumental when it came to bringing my vision to reality and helped elevate my vision further with her ideas and resources. She was able to source everything that we needed, with a mix of cost-effective party elements and high-end party elements where it counted. She also is an extremely talented floral designer, so it was nice to not have to outsource another vendor for that. The day of, she was at the venue early to make sure everything was set-up perfectly, then broke down/cleaned up everything when we were done with the luncheon. Overall, she took a huge load off my shoulders when it came to everything that needed to be sourced and set-up for this event - I was very much able to enjoy the party and be a proper host, and didn't have to spend my nights and weekends with coordination leading up to the event.

Throughout the whole process, she was so professional and supportive, even with not as traditional ideas. She had such a quick response time, usually within a day, or a couple hours, and sometimes even sooner! Her attention to detail in making my timeline was also amazing and I felt that we were able to have the whole day planned to the dot before the big day. On the wedding day, she made sure everything ran so smoothly and we were not stressed out at all! We had some small hiccups with the layouts that our venue had set up, but a quick word from Lissa had them fixing the issue. She's the perfect amount of assertiveness, professionalism, and friendliness with everyone, including the guests. The largest thing that stood out to us was how much all of our other vendors loved Lissa and working with her, and we could see it throughout the day. Our venue had restrictions such as a short setup window, but Lissa communicated with them and navigated the situation very well to make everything go smoothly. Even though we had a venue management person for the day of, it was nothing compared to working with someone that truly focuses on you and your needs. From the moment we met with Noelle and the team at House of Elleon, we knew we were in good hands. Their communication was friendly, honest, and timely throughout the entire planning process. The quality of their work was truly exceptional - they were incredibly attentive, paying close attention to every detail to bring our wedding vision to life. They listened to us and carried out our ideas down to the smallest details (like hiding ceramic cows under my parents’ name tags), and were creative with my extra decorating material without specific direction from me (who had plenty of other things to worry about). I would definitely recommend House of Elleon to anyone who has a vision they want to bring to life!

Ashley was incredibly thoughtful, direct, friendly, and quick in her communication, making the planning process stress-free. Her attention to detail and organization was top-notch —her mother-daughter team seamlessly navigated all vendor questions, handled last-minute issues with ease, designed our beautiful ceremony space, and anticipated our every need. The value they provided was well worth the investment, as they truly went above and beyond to make our wedding day run so smoothly. She even shot beyond the scenes videos/snippets of content that she willingly shared with us after the day (so appreciated and not something I had even thought of—but such a gift to watch back!!). My biggest fear was that I would be too worried about keeping everyone on time that I wouldn't be able to enjoy the day, but I honestly had no idea what time it was all day, and everything went off without a hitch! Their planning style and helpful questions were vital in figuring out what we wanted in the day. It was so comforting to have such a professional team say "oh we got it" and get it done. Thank you Krista and team for saving my dress when the cake cutting got messy! They were reliable, fun, coordinated and professional, I am SO glad they were a part of our day, I could not speak more highly of the experience.

We had a rather logistically challenging, two-day, wedding weekend but thanks to Gera and her team, it was so smooth from start to finish. They brought our vision to life, made sure our family and friends were comfortable and taken care of, and helped block out all the “noise” so that my wife and I could enjoy the weekend and truly be present with each other. Tara and her team are nothing short of incredible. We approached her in the fall with the crazy idea to throw a music festival wedding at the end of June at a riverside park- where we needed her to coordinate 3 bands AND bring in everything from restroom trailers to a food truck to mobile bartending. Not only did she rise to the challenge, but the day was more perfect than we could have ever imagined. She had a plan (and back-up plan!) for everything, and she coordinated with no less than 15 vendors to make sure that we didn’t have to worry about a thing during the wedding. She had a ton of local vendor suggestions, as well, for everything from flowers to misting fans. On top of that, she is a truly lovely human who was a JOY to work with. Many wedding guests even commented to me on how wonderful she is! If you are looking for the perfect balance of love and logistics- you will be thrilled with Engaged Event Management!

Sarah was an invaluable resource to us both during our wedding weekend and throughout our planning process. She helped develop our aesthetic and style choices as well as speed up our planning process by recommending vendors within our price range (she helped us find our DJ, who was awesome). She was easy to communicate with if we had any questions and her calm, cool demeanor gave us confidence that we were in a good spot with our planning. Then on the wedding day, she executed everything on the money. We were consistently ahead of schedule throughout the day, and we both felt we could lean on her if we needed something. We cannot recommend Sarah enough!!
