“Kastina Morrison is the epitome of event excellence. We hired Kastina & Co. for day-of (really, month-of) wedding coordination for our outdoor ceremony at a non-traditional farm venue. Kastina dove right in, offering a curated list of 5-star vendors, brainstorming for decor, and setting several meetings to keep things on track. We had a lot of cannabis elements (a very new thing in Minnesota), but Kastina was able to help us find the right partners to stay compliant and classy. The best part, aside from Kastina’s immensely positive and creative spirit, is her organizational skills. She created many invaluable documents, including an incredibly detailed run-of-show that outlined our wedding down to the minute. Every single person, whether it was a vendor, a wedding party person, or a family member, knew precisely where they needed to be when. This document alone was worth its weight in gold as it allowed me (the bride) to enjoy my special day, and helped ease the mind of my anxious MIL (not an easy feat). On the day of, Kastina and her team worked their tails off to ensure things went off without a hitch - including repairing a wind-damaged tent. It could have spelled disaster for our reception, but somehow Kastina saved the day. And I didn’t even know it happened until the very end of the night. She’s just that good. “Where do I even start?! We had Hanna Marie Events for our Day of Coordinator, Content Creation, and we also did the Wedding Management Package. If I could go back, I would do the same thing over again! From the very beginning, Hanna felt like a friend. She’s incredibly sweet, down to earth, and is truly there to support you in creating the best day of your life. On top of that, she’s very knowledgeable, organized, and can probably answer any question you’d ever have. Throughout the planning process, I always felt supported. Hanna responds quickly to emails and was always in my corner helping me make the right decisions when I had no clue what I was doing. There’s no way our wedding would have turned out so seamless and beautiful if it wasn’t for HME. On our wedding day, everything went smoothly and beautifully. They were so on top of everything, they worked with the other vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page, it couldn’t have gone better. We opted out of doing a videographer and instead chose content creation with HME. Best decision ever!!! She captured all the moments, big and small. “I have to agree with every one of these 5-star reviews for Kari and Feathered Arrow! My husband and I talked to several planners before signing with Kari and it's by far the best decision we made for our day. With two very different ceremonies in one day, in one venue, with almost two hundred guests several other vendors and their teams, there was a *lot* to coordinate. Kari was at the center ensuring everything went as smoothly as possible. We had monthly scheduled check-ins with her to discuss progress as we neared the wedding day and I never felt rushed or stressed. With our particular venue, we needed to bring in everything from outside vendors - lunch, dinner, snacks, cakes, drinks, stage, flowers, chairs, every plate, fork, and cup. It was a huge effort to coordinate everything and Kari made things seamless and smooth every step of the way. After hearing of so many wedding difficulties from friends, I asked that my husband and I, and our families, be able to enjoy the day without being the ones to be contacted with any hiccups and we were able to do so throughout the whole wedding. “Working with Sarah as our planner was one of the best wedding decisions we made. What really stood out was how she brought our vision to life without blowing up our budget...and while we weren't working with an extremely lavish amount Sarah was still able to create something beautiful that blew us all away. I am so happy we went with her because in some of our first meetings with other planners, we got the vibe that they would push us further from what we wanted to spend and sometimes (in my experience at least) certain vendors will look down at you for not having the means to spend tens of thousands in florals. Sarah never made us feel bad once and it was such a joy to work with someone who genuinely wanted to give us our dreamscape wedding! Sarah was honest and transparent about costs, but she was also resourceful in finding alternatives that looked just as luxurious without having to break the bank, or more importantly, did not make us feel ashamed for not having the million dollar budget for it.
