Meredith was an absolute blessing to work with. I hired her as my day-of coordinator, and I am so glad I did. She was willing and flexible in working with my budget—we moved a few things around to make it fair for both of us without ever sacrificing the quality of her work. From the very beginning, Meredith took the time to understand my ideas and vision for the wedding. She asked thoughtful questions, made helpful recommendations, and ultimately brought my vision to life with precision and care. Her communication throughout the entire process was clear, professional, and timely. She also joined the final meeting with the venue team, which was incredibly helpful. She listened carefully, caught details I hadn’t thought of, and made sure nothing was overlooked. On the wedding day, I was able to focus solely on being the bride and nothing else. She handled the vendors, guests, and every behind-the-scenes detail seamlessly. At the end of the wedding, she even took care of all the returns—I didn’t have to worry about a thing. We met up another day to pick up a few items from her, and that went just as smoothly. Originally, I thought about asking close friends to help with wedding day logistics, but I quickly realized how important it is to have a professional like Meredith. You want your friends and family to be fully present and enjoy the day—not running around coordinating. Meredith’s commitment, attentiveness, and professionalism made all the difference. She truly ensures that the bride’s only job is to feel beautiful and enjoy the moment while she takes care of everything else. Even in the midst of all the busyness, she came over to our sweetheart table, asked what we’d like to drink, went to the bartender herself, and brought the drinks to us. Honestly, if it hadn’t been for her, I don’t think I would have had a drink that night with how full the schedule was! If you’re looking for someone who will let you forget about all the responsibilities of the wedding day and simply enjoy it, look no further—hire Meredith. She will get the job done beautifully, and you’ll be so glad you did.

My husband and I just got married this past weekend and hired Meredith with Bride Support to help with planning and day-of coordinating. She did WAY more than that. We both have said multiple times that hiring Meredith was the BEST decision we made, hands down!!! She ran our day so smoothly, made sure everything was how I envisioned it, knew what I wanted from multiple planning sessions, showed prompt communication, was so caring and supportive on our day, and just a pleasure to be around. I will be recommending her to all of my engaged friends! If there’s one thing you do other than book a place and date to get married- have it be to hire Meredith with Bride support! 10/10 recommend.
