Absolutely incredible! I got the opportunity to see Kastina's vision come to life a few times because she worked with my siblings. Working with Kastina was one of the best decisions we made during our entire wedding planning process. From our very first conversation, she brought professionalism, SO MUCH creativity, and genuine care to every detail. She took the time to understand our vision and made it even better than we imagined! On the wedding day, Kastina was perfection — calm, organized, and always one step ahead. We didn’t have to worry about a single thing because she handled everything with such grace and precision. Our friends and family are still talking about how seamless and beautiful the day was! Kastina always goes above and beyond, connects us with great vendors, always had our best interest, and truly showed us so much greatness that we did not stress about one thing on wedding day! Thank you times a million Kastina! I don't think there is a better wedding planner out there!

I cannot express enough how grateful I am for Kastina of Kastina & Co. and her exceptional wedding planning services for our daughter’s wedding October 18, 2025 at The Depot- Minneapolis. We’ve known Kastina for quite a few years so I knew it would be a pleasure (and blast!) to finally get to work with her. From our very first interaction with Kastina as our planner, it was clear that she is not only organized and professional, but also incredibly thoughtful in her approach to planning; taking into account our budget (even providing several “sample” budgets) as we moved along in Taylor & Tony’s thoughts and wishes for what their day would look like, providing unique ideas and suggesting vendors that were aligned with their vision, but also giving plenty of options to craft THEIR day. The comprehensive suite of documents, SPREADSHEETS - YAY!, she provided to create the timeline, not only for the wedding day, but the months (and months) leading up to the date were invaluable. They were easy to navigate and made the planning process feel seamless. Kastina's communication throughout was outstanding also, providing a personal touch that made us feel well taken care of every step of the way. As each step in the planning approached, Kastina set up all meetings and interfaced with each vendor throughout the process from contract signing, load-in schedules, and day-of production including all event and vendor queues and transitions, vendor meals, parking passes, tip distribution - you name it! On the day of the wedding, the attention to detail was impeccable. All logistics were thoroughly thought through, allowing the event to flow beautifully without a hitch. The energy and vibe she and her team (oh! The team-professional, attentive, pure class, and so nice!) created were nothing short of magical, making the evening an unforgettable experience for everyone involved. As the mother of the bride, I truly appreciated that if any issues arose, I was blissfully unaware because of Kastina’s stellar planning and her patient ability to be nimble as the ideas for the event continued to evolve - even on the DAY OF the wedding. Her ability to manage everything so thoughtfully allowed us to fully enjoy the special moments without stress. I wholeheartedly recommend Kastina Morrison for your event planning. Her dedication, expertise, creativity, countless vendor relationships (It was apparent our vendors were as excited to work with her and we were!) and extraordinary service make her a standout choice for anyone looking to create a perfect, “true-to-you” wedding day!

We were very certain we could handle our wedding coordination solo, but after some unforeseen challenges we decided to recruit help. Kastina, Nicole, and her team handled many challenges with a new venue with professionalism, efficiency, and most importantly got us solutions/outcomes time and time again (way past what we could have imagined possible). They helped us prioritize tasks and provided the best recommendations leading up to the big day, making sure we could spend the weeks leading up to our wedding worry free! They provided our very large and chaotic crew with a detailed timeline, making sure nothing was missed. Most importantly, they shared our value of being present with family leading up to the wedding and truly did everything in their power to ensure this was possible. Our family/ bridal party was so impressed and continues to compliment them! This team goes above and beyond to make your day exactly what you hope for while keeping the excitement alive. Nicole was by our side the entire night whenever needed. Everything was set up, coordinated, and then nicely packed up by the end of our night without us having to do a thing. I cannot stress enough how relieved we felt being in their hands on wedding day. My husband and I highly encourage Kastina and Co, they singlehandedly saved our special day.
