We were very certain we could handle our wedding coordination solo, but after some unforeseen challenges we decided to recruit help. Kastina, Nicole, and her team handled many challenges with a new venue with professionalism, efficiency, and most importantly got us solutions/outcomes time and time again (way past what we could have imagined possible). They helped us prioritize tasks and provided the best recommendations leading up to the big day, making sure we could spend the weeks leading up to our wedding worry free! They provided our very large and chaotic crew with a detailed timeline, making sure nothing was missed. Most importantly, they shared our value of being present with family leading up to the wedding and truly did everything in their power to ensure this was possible. Our family/ bridal party was so impressed and continues to compliment them! This team goes above and beyond to make your day exactly what you hope for while keeping the excitement alive. Nicole was by our side the entire night whenever needed. Everything was set up, coordinated, and then nicely packed up by the end of our night without us having to do a thing. I cannot stress enough how relieved we felt being in their hands on wedding day. My husband and I highly encourage Kastina and Co, they singlehandedly saved our special day.

Kastina Morrison is the epitome of event excellence. We hired Kastina & Co. for day-of (really, month-of) wedding coordination for our outdoor ceremony at a non-traditional farm venue. Kastina dove right in, offering a curated list of 5-star vendors, brainstorming for decor, and setting several meetings to keep things on track. We had a lot of cannabis elements (a very new thing in Minnesota), but Kastina was able to help us find the right partners to stay compliant and classy. The best part, aside from Kastina’s immensely positive and creative spirit, is her organizational skills. She created many invaluable documents, including an incredibly detailed run-of-show that outlined our wedding down to the minute. Every single person, whether it was a vendor, a wedding party person, or a family member, knew precisely where they needed to be when. This document alone was worth its weight in gold as it allowed me (the bride) to enjoy my special day, and helped ease the mind of my anxious MIL (not an easy feat). On the day of, Kastina and her team worked their tails off to ensure things went off without a hitch - including repairing a wind-damaged tent. It could have spelled disaster for our reception, but somehow Kastina saved the day. And I didn’t even know it happened until the very end of the night. She’s just that good. If you’re considering hiring Kastina & Co., do not hesitate. It will be the best decision you ever made. Our wedding even made it into Minnesota Bride magazine thanks to Kastina’s brilliant execution!

The best wedding planner in Minnesota. Hands down. When we started working with Kastina she quickly became our guide, voice of reason, sounding board, wrangler, coach, and dear friend. She understands the emotional stress that goes into planning your wedding and lightens the load by taking the reigns so you can enjoy the process. Kastina and her team made the entire process, even the hard parts, so fun and memorable. Connecting with her was more than a contract, she became part of our world and is forever a friend. Kastina is a great wedding planner who is a joy to work with. She’s responsive, professional, and fun. Her knowledge of the industry and vendors is extremely helpful. We cannot recommend her enough. We were planning our wedding from a different state and had absolutely no vision of what we wanted. She helped us figure out what we wanted and then made it real. She connected us with vendors she trusted, all of whom did an awesome job. Almost every vendor and venue we talked to knew and loved her. She has great connections and advice on the industry. It was a huge comfort to have her keeping us on track during planning. She guided us through the whole process and made sure everything got done on time. We didn’t have to worry if we had forgotten anything or were doing work out of order. The day-of help was great. We had no anxiety the day of the wedding. Everything ran smoothly and on time because of her planning and organization. But she was also willing to let us take a minute to run off if we wanted to see someone or take a few extra minutes at any time. Thank you, Kastina!
