Our Wedding Celebration Dreams Brought to Life!
Kastina and Co. were an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. Their communication was always prompt, helpful, and organized, which put us at ease throughout the entire planning process. The team's creativity, extensive vendor connections, and wealth of experience shone through as they brought our vision of an elevated barbecue reception to life in a way that exceeded our wildest dreams. Emma was a calming and positive presence on the day of our celebration, ensuring everything ran smoothly from start to finish. We were very certain we could handle our wedding coordination solo, but after some unforeseen challenges we decided to recruit help. Kastina, Nicole, and her team handled many challenges with a new venue with professionalism, efficiency, and most importantly got us solutions/outcomes time and time again (way past what we could have imagined possible). They helped us prioritize tasks and provided the best recommendations leading up to the big day, making sure we could spend the weeks leading up to our wedding worry free! They provided our very large and chaotic crew with a detailed timeline, making sure nothing was missed. Most importantly, they shared our value of being present with family leading up to the wedding and truly did everything in their power to ensure this was possible. Our family/ bridal party was so impressed and continues to compliment them! This team goes above and beyond to make your day exactly what you hope for while keeping the excitement alive. Nicole was by our side the entire night whenever needed. Everything was set up, coordinated, and then nicely packed up by the end of our night without us having to do a thing. I cannot stress enough how relieved we felt being in their hands on wedding day. My husband and I highly encourage Kastina and Co, they singlehandedly saved our special day.
The all-star you NEED for your big day
Kastina Morrison is the epitome of event excellence. We hired Kastina & Co. for day-of (really, month-of) wedding coordination for our outdoor ceremony at a non-traditional farm venue. Kastina dove right in, offering a curated list of 5-star vendors, brainstorming for decor, and setting several meetings to keep things on track. We had a lot of cannabis elements (a very new thing in Minnesota), but Kastina was able to help us find the right partners to stay compliant and classy. The best part, aside from Kastina’s immensely positive and creative spirit, is her organizational skills. She created many invaluable documents, including an incredibly detailed run-of-show that outlined our wedding down to the minute. Every single person, whether it was a vendor, a wedding party person, or a family member, knew precisely where they needed to be when. This document alone was worth its weight in gold as it allowed me (the bride) to enjoy my special day, and helped ease the mind of my anxious MIL (not an easy feat). On the day of, Kastina and her team worked their tails off to ensure things went off without a hitch - including repairing a wind-damaged tent. It could have spelled disaster for our reception, but somehow Kastina saved the day. And I didn’t even know it happened until the very end of the night. She’s just that good. If you’re considering hiring Kastina & Co., do not hesitate. It will be the best decision you ever made. Our wedding even made it into Minnesota Bride magazine thanks to Kastina’s brilliant execution!
