The Best!
We had such a wonderful experience with My Event Buddee and I cannot recommend them enough! I worked with Sydney on all of the details leading up to our wedding day, and she was amazing. At one point, we ran into an issue with our hair and makeup company only scheduling two artists for more than 20 services, which would have meant starting our morning around 5:45 a.m. Sydney immediately stepped in, communicated with the company for us, and helped get an additional stylist added. It was such a relief to have someone in our corner who was willing to take over and help solve the problem. For the wedding day itself, we had Bridget as our day-of coordinator, and she was phenomenal. I truly did not have to worry about anything. She took care of everything behind the scenes, was incredibly organized, and always had such a positive attitude. She even set up our ceremony space beautifully without needing detailed instructions from me. I was able to walk in and simply enjoy it, which meant so much. Bridget was always ready to jump in wherever she was needed, and knowing she was there allowed me to actually relax and enjoy our wedding day instead of worrying about all of the little details. Sydney and Bridget were such an important part of making our wedding weekend run smoothly. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for wedding coordination and someone they can truly trust with their big day!

Would recommend Event Buddee over and over again!!
Sydney helped me plan my destination wedding in Cabo, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Booking with Sydney was hands down the best decision we made! Not only were we planning a destination wedding, but Sydney is based in Minnesota and I’m in North Carolina. Through weekly calls, we tackled everything together. She was kind, attentive, timely, and everything you could possibly want in a wedding planner. We quickly became so close, and she made the entire wedding planning process much more bearable. She was the perfect sounding board, honest, supportive, and always kept us on track. The day of our wedding, she was the perfect calming bestie. We absolutely loved having her by our side. I received numerous comments from guests about how “on top of it” she was and how incredibly nice she was. It was so reassuring to know everything was being handled seamlessly. Sydney also recommended the photography/videography team we ended up choosing, Lollipop Media, and they were truly one of the best vendors I’ve ever worked with. I would recommend them 100 times over and completely trust Sydney’s judgment when it comes to vendor recommendations. You are in great hands with Sydney, and we truly couldn’t recommend her more.

Can't Recommend Them Enough!!
From the moment we met Sydney & Bridget from My Event Buddee, we knew we were in good hands. Both Sydney & Bridget's communication style's were fast, friendly, efficient and incredibly helpful throughout the entire planning process. Bridget made sure to introduce herself to my husband and I, as well as the entire wedding party, to ensure everyone felt comfortable and knew who she was on the big day. This attention to detail and personalized touch carried through to the wedding day, where Bridget worked tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure everything ran smoothly. They even had a special plate of appetizers and our signature cocktails waiting for us in the bridal suite during our private vow reading, which was such a thoughtful and memorable touch. The quality of their work and value they provided was unmatched! We are so grateful to Bridget and Sydney for making our wedding day the perfect celebration we had dreamed of.

Sydney was a DREAM!! My husband and I both agree that hiring Sydney was hands down the best decision we made while planning our entire wedding. She and her amazing assistant (Bridget) made sure the day ran smoothly and we stayed on schedule as much as possible. Sydney was so available and responsive during the month leading up to our wedding, and she connected with all of our vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page. I felt like I had no clue what was happening behind the scenes on my wedding day- in the best possible way. I was able to be present and trust that Sydney and Bridget were on top of everything! The peace of mind she gave us was seriously priceless. She also has the best energy and you can just tell she loves what she does!!

She is AMAZING
We choose Sydney as our day of coordinator for our wedding in September 2024 and she was truly AMAZING. We could not have picked a better person to help bring our vision and dream to life. Letting Sydney run with set up, design, vendor coordination, timeline management, etc etc etc was SO easy. Both my husband and I were able to relax and truly enjoy the day thanks to Sydney! We highly recommend her :)
