Celebrate with your friends and family under the café lights of our turfed outdoor courtyard.

Situated just outside the main reception space, overlooking woods and wetlands, it’s the perfect oasis for your outdoor ceremony and/or cocktail hour. The spacious shaded porch provides additional space for guests to enjoy, and our two portable bars allow full freedom to customize the layout of the space.

    The perfect venue!!

    White & Sable was the perfect wedding venue!!! Everything is so thoughtfully planned out at their venue, and their team is top notch. We got so many compliments on how beautiful the venue was, and we couldn’t agree more. You will want to have your wedding here!!

    The Dream Venue with the Most Amazing Team

    We cannot say enough good things about White & Sable and the incredible team behind this venue. From the moment we toured the space, we knew it was something special, and working with Angela and Landon only confirmed that. They were professional, responsive, and genuinely kind people. Their care and attention made the planning process feel easy and stress-free. Even though this is a newer venue, everything was so well organized that you’d never know it. The venue itself is an absolute dream. It’s a stunning, thoughtfully designed space. Modern, romantic, and beautifully built. Every inch of it feels intentional and high quality, and it was the perfect backdrop for our day. Lexi was a huge help leading up to the wedding, especially with designing our floor plan and making sure every detail was just right. On the wedding day itself, Linda and Payton kept everything flowing so smoothly. Thanks to them, the entire day felt effortless for us and our guests. We are so glad we chose White & Sable. It was not only a gorgeous setting for our wedding, but the people behind it are what truly make it special. If you’re considering this venue, we can wholeheartedly recommend it. You will be in the best hands.

    Beautiful venue/ amazing staff

    White & Sable was an absolute pleasure to work with as a wedding vendor. Their communication style was flexible, professional, and accommodating, making the planning process seamless. The quality of their work was exceptional - the wedding venue had an airy, gorgeous atmosphere that exceeded our expectations. The owners were very nice and down to earth, adding a personal touch that made the experience even more enjoyable.     Stunning and perfectly designed

    White & Sable was the perfect venue for our wedding. Their communication was clear, friendly, and always timely, which made the planning process seamless. This venue is elegant, pristine, and luxurious - they thought of every detail in their design. Our maximum capacity is 225 guests for plated meals and 200 guests for buffet-style service.
We do! Something that sets W&S apart is our large, stunning foyer that doubles as a wedding chapel for indoor ceremonies. No room flip is ever required, and it’s full of beautiful photo ops. If you are planning to use our outdoor courtyard for your ceremony and unexpected weather occurs on the day of your event, you have the flexibility to move your ceremony indoors.
No, this is included in rental fee! Because we only host one event per day, our pricing structure does not change, regardless of whether we host your ceremony or not.
Yes! We want our couples to be able to curate their perfect wedding day! This means the freedom to use any caterer of your choice. Caterers must be full-service, licensed, and insured, and must sign our Catering Agreement prior to working on-site. Caterers’ final invoices will be subject to a 10% venue service fee on food only.
We have an exclusive partnership with LiquidMotion for all of our beverage service needs. They offer comprehensive services, from meticulous planning to crafting a personalized bar experience! Please note, if you’re planning a dry wedding, you will still work with LiquidMotion - they have amazing Mocktail packages!
Yes, we will have venue staff available from the time you arrive through the duration of your event. Our staff will be responsible for venue-specific tasks such as: setup and teardown of tables and chairs, answering vendor/guest questions, ensuring cleanliness of the venue, restocking bathrooms, thermostat changes, emergencies, etc. They are not responsible for or involved in décor setup and teardown, executing your timeline, or coordinating your wedding party.
Because we want our couples and their guests to have the very best experience, we do require a professional day-of coordinator to keep your day running smoothly! Your DOC can execute all of your carefully planned details, as well as work closely with our venue staff and your vendors to ensure your day is the best it can be.
Yes. We allow sparklers in a designated area under management supervision.
Candles may be used inside of the building provided they are in an enclosed glass container that is at least 2" taller than the flame.
With our pre-approval, furry family members of the couple are more than welcome for your ceremony and on-site photos! We simply require you have a dedicated pet-sitter, and that the pet is taken off-site after the ceremony.
Yes, we require couples to purchase a $1M policy prior to your wedding day through Nuptial.
A non-refundable initial payment of 25% of the rental fee is required to reserve your date and is due at the signing of the rental agreement. Reservations are on a first come, first served basis. We are unable to hold dates.

No, we have an exclusive contract with LiquidMotion.
Yes, W&S has 93 paved parking spaces, including 4 accessible spaces, in our lot directly outside of the venue. Street parking is not available. Please plan accordingly - carpool or use a ride share service - and ask your guests to do the same. Overnight parking is allowed, but guests must pick up their vehicles no later than 10am the following morning.
Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible.
