Trustworthy Music DJ is an experienced, professional, full-service DJ & lighting company with multiple DJs to help you celebrate your wedding. We have amazing DJs in Farmington, Lakeville, Minneapolis, Stillwater, Blaine, & Rochester, Minnesota as well as Stockholm & Siren, Wisconsin. We love to help you celebrate your wedding day by customizing multiple areas of your wedding day music to make sure you have your best day ever! I have been a full-time DJ since 2014 and I love what I do and I'm passionate about it. I also created an amazing team of DJs that can help you celebrate as well.

Steph and Kyle’s Wedding
Trustworthy Music DJ was fantastic to work with for our wedding. Their communication throughout the planning process was wonderful, and they did great work on the day of our wedding. They played all the songs we requested, including a custom song they created for our grand march that made that moment even more special. Trustworthy Music DJ truly helped make our wedding day perfect, and we highly recommend their services.
Steph and Kyle’s Wedding Day!
Trustworthy Music Dj was absolutely fantastic and wonderful to work with for our wedding. They did great work and really helped make our day so special. They played all of our requested songs and kept everyone on the dance floor, including us - we enjoyed every minute of it! They truly went above and beyond to ensure our wedding was perfect. They even made us a custom song for our grand march!! We couldn't have asked for a better DJ service and would highly recommend Trustworthy Music Dj to any couple planning their big day!!
Reception was a bust - requested music not played
Unfortunately the many songs we requested to have played at the reception did not get played. Guests who requested multiple songs and tipped 20 did not get more than one song played. There needs to be clearer communication on what forms need to be filled out, because the form we filled out online with our song requests did not get looked at for our wedding day. I texted the DJ and he stated it wasn’t on the additional form that my husband filled out, but it was already completed in the portal which was reviewed with us before the wedding over the phone.. unfortunately the worst thing was no one wanted to dance and cotton eyed Joe was played, and I genuinely have no idea why. I keep thinking about the experience and it really breaks my heart. I just wanted music that everyone would like to dance to and there were only 1-2 songs that got people dancing. Lots of people took the early shuttle home, it was a huge bummer having an empty dance floor. All my husband and I wanted was to dance to music we love with the people we love on the biggest day of our lives. We could’ve saved the money and played our music from a playlist, and I wish we would have done that instead. Giving three stars because the ceremony, first dance, and mother dances had the correct music played.
Amazing SJ
Where do I even begin? My husband and I are beyond grateful for the incredible role Steve played in our wedding day. He is far from your typical DJ—in the best way possible. From the start, Steve was professional, approachable, and genuinely invested in making our day unforgettable. Unlike some other vendors we encountered, Steve never pressured us into signing a contract. His honest and transparent communication made us feel confident and at ease throughout the planning process. He provided thoughtful guidance on music selection and was exceptionally accommodating, even seamlessly incorporating a live saxophone into our ceremony entrance. On the day of the wedding, Steve truly went above and beyond. Due to a miscommunication with our venue, we didn’t have a wedding coordinator, but Steve stepped in and took on responsibilities well beyond the scope of a typical DJ to ensure everything ran smoothly. We wholeheartedly recommend Trustworthy Entertainment to anyone planning an event—you will not regret your decision!
