Nerdily Ever After helps couples design a wedding that feels truly like them. Whether that means celebrating a favorite fandom or simply bringing their unique love story to life in a way that’s elegant, modern, and unforgettable. My goal is to create weddings that are personal, thoughtful, and beautiful. And while I have a special passion for geek-chic, I love working with ALL couples (nerdiness not required haha) that want their wedding to reflect who they are. I’m here to create something wonderfully memorable and completely yours.

I am highly organized, detail oriented, and committed to making your wedding planning experience as smooth and stress free as possible. I take the time to truly get to know you and your story because I believe that communication is key and I will work with you every step of the way to ensure that your special day is nothing short of perfection. This is the ultimate all in, hands on experience. I guide you through every step: from vendor bookings and venue visits to creative design, timeline building, and aesthetic details. It's all the visual magic of the design package plus full planning support plus day of coordination all tailored to bringing your unique story and style to light.

For the couple who loves planning but needs help bringing the vision to life. I help create the perfect blend of your unique interests and nerdy fandoms with modern elegance tailored to your style. From invitations, to color palettes, floral and centerpieces; I'll help you refine the aesthetic to create something truly special for your big day.

This package is designed for couples who are planning their entire wedding themselves but would like some help managing the logistics on the big day. As your Day Of Coordinator, I step in about five weeks before your big day to ensure everything runs smoothly. From finalizing vendor logistics to running your rehearsal and managing the Day Of timeline, I'm your behind the scenes partner making sure every detail comes together.

    Sarah was very responsive and communicated with me very quickly, no wait times. She helped to design key elements in our wedding incorporating Dungeons and Dragons without it looking corny. It was beautiful.

    Meticulous. Communicative. Organized. Friendly. Creative. These are all words to describe Sarah as the planner for our Honeymoon. Traveling to a different country we've never been to before was a bit overwhelming when we tried to plan it ourselves. Because where do you even begin? Obviously you want to see as much as you can, eat at the best restaurants, and not have to worry about if your hotel is too far from your next adventure. That's where Sarah saved us, and when I tell you she worked her magic I mean it! Not only did she maximize our tours and sightseeing, she made sure that our hotels and airbnbs were never too far away from original meeting points or out of our budget. We traveled to Scotland for 2 weeks and Ireland for 1 week, traversed multiple cities and towns with not a single hiccup in our travel itinerary plans. Sarah created a calendar spreadsheet along with key restaurants and eateries she thought we would be interested in, as well as drive time estimates amongst different routes which included multiple options of stops along the way depending on our mood for the day of what we would like to see. She is a witch, a wizard, a strategic genius that absolutely made our honeymoon the most perfect trip we have ever experienced in our life. If she wants to plan all of our trips in the future she is HIRED. Do not hesitate to have this woman plan for you, she is a GODDESS of research and planning.

    I was actually a guest at one of Sarah’s weddings and was completely floored by how she incorporated the "unusual" elements into the day. It had clear nods to the couple’s favorite anime, but it never felt cheesy or overdone. Just beautifully intentional and creative. I was so impressed that I ended up hiring her to design and plan my own upcoming wedding! There’s just something about the way her mind works: she creates this perfect fusion of imagination and elegance.     We came to Sarah with a handful of scattered ideas and she somehow turned that into a cohesive wedding design that felt like a dream. From the custom invitations to decor inspiration, everything reflected our personalities without looking "cringey." She has an incredible eye for detail and a true talent for creating something truly unique to us. I felt like she really listened to what we wanted and made it better than we imagined.
