Hello there! I'm Sarah, the designer and planner behind Nerdily Ever After. I believe that the best weddings aren't the ones that copy Pinterest....although I still love you PinPin! (: I believe that the best weddings are the ones that couldn't belong to anyone else, except for the two of you. I love helping couples transform the things that make them who they are into weddings that feel elevated, elegant, and beautifully designed. Whether that's a subtle nod to a favorite fantasy world, a shared hobby, or simply creating an atmosphere that feels completely you, every detail is chosen with purpose.
From our first consultation to the very last dance, I'm here to make the planning process feel organized, collaborative, and genuinely fun!! Sincere and Resourceful!
Working with Sarah as our planner was one of the best wedding decisions we made. What really stood out was how she brought our vision to life without blowing up our budget...and while we weren't working with an extremely lavish amount Sarah was still able to create something beautiful that blew us all away. I am so happy we went with her because in some of our first meetings with other planners, we got the vibe that they would push us further from what we wanted to spend and sometimes (in my experience at least) certain vendors will look down at you for not having the means to spend tens of thousands in florals. Sarah never made us feel bad once and it was such a joy to work with someone who genuinely wanted to give us our dreamscape wedding! Sarah was honest and transparent about costs, but she was also resourceful in finding alternatives that looked just as luxurious without having to break the bank, or more importantly, did not make us feel ashamed for not having the million dollar budget for it. Kudos to Sarah for working with us and making our special day the BEST day.

Sarah was very responsive and communicated with me very quickly, no wait times. She helped to design key elements in our wedding incorporating Dungeons and Dragons without it looking corny. It was beautiful.

PLANNER OF OUR DREAMS
Meticulous. Communicative. Organized. Friendly. Creative. These are all words to describe Sarah as the planner for our Honeymoon. Traveling to a different country we've never been to before was a bit overwhelming when we tried to plan it ourselves. Because where do you even begin? Obviously you want to see as much as you can, eat at the best restaurants, and not have to worry about if your hotel is too far from your next adventure. That's where Sarah saved us, and when I tell you she worked her magic I mean it! Not only did she maximize our tours and sightseeing, she made sure that our hotels and airbnbs were never too far away from original meeting points or out of our budget. We traveled to Scotland for 2 weeks and Ireland for 1 week, traversed multiple cities and towns with not a single hiccup in our travel itinerary plans. Sarah created a calendar spreadsheet along with key restaurants and eateries she thought we would be interested in, as well as drive time estimates amongst different routes which included multiple options of stops along the way depending on our mood for the day of what we would like to see. She is a witch, a wizard, a strategic genius that absolutely made our honeymoon the most perfect trip we have ever experienced in our life. If she wants to plan all of our trips in the future she is HIRED. Do not hesitate to have this woman plan for you, she is a GODDESS of research and planning.

I was actually a guest at one of Sarah’s weddings and was completely floored by how she incorporated the "unusual" elements into the day. It had clear nods to the couple’s favorite anime, but it never felt cheesy or overdone. Just beautifully intentional and creative. The Most Unique Wedding Designer!
We came to Sarah with a handful of scattered ideas and she somehow turned that into a cohesive wedding design that felt like a dream. From the custom invitations to decor inspiration, everything reflected our personalities without looking "cringey." She has an incredible eye for detail and a true talent for creating something truly unique to us. I felt like she really listened to what we wanted and made it better than we imagined.
