After two decades of coordinating events of every shape and size, I launched (personal information protected by Zola) Events to bring a sense of seasoned intentionality to the wedding world. Description	Our Day-of-Coordination begins five to six months before your wedding and includes detailed timeline management, vendor coordination, on-site venue walk-through, ceremony rehearsal with officiant and wedding party, and several virtual meetings. We provide guest & personal table decor set up, vendor collaboration, and decor gathering at end of the night. We also include classic decor like candle holders, vases, and table numbers for no added cost.

Wonderful experience working with Julia!! Truly, don't know if we could have done it without her. She just made everything so much easier for us. She understood what we needed and provided so much insight. She handled so many details and did so much work to make our day run perfectly. I really cannot say enough good things about working with her! Like I couldn't have asked for anything more. I also did notice that all of the vendors that we hired commented that they liked working with Julia too and felt cared for/communicated with. She's just got a great talent for being that central point person that is holds all the information and communicates with everyone. We were especially impressed with how she orchestrated a pretty big crowd at our wedding rehearsal. My husband has a big family, there were a lot of kids, and 100% because of her we got the rehearsal done efficiently, smoothly, with everyone feeling prepared. I'll also say that before we found Julia, we did a couple convos/quotes from other planners/coordinators and not only were they like whoa there expensive, I also just felt they weren't as kind and genuine. 12/10 would hire again (and will if I ever have another large event)!

Julia is the owner/operator of J.Jenneman Events, and a Certified Wedding Planner with the CWP Society. Chances are, you'll be working directly with Julia. We also have a team of experienced assistants who help with events on the day-of. All events include at least one assistant. Please include both the Wedding Coordinator and any assistants in your vendor meal count.

We only book one couple/wedding per weekend. That means from Friday to Sunday - your details are our only focus.

We recommend booking 5-6 months before your wedding, but we can help out in a pinch. I care deeply about being available to you to communicate details and answer your questions. Monthly (virtual) meetings are expected in the beginning. We'll have an in-person details meeting with a venue visit at least two months before the wedding where we'll determine if weekly or bi-weekly meetings are necessary after that.

As one of my booked couples, classic decor glass hurricane cylinders (pillar or floating candles extra), glass beads, glass votive holders and tea-lights (live flame or LED), table number holders, and some faux greenery are available free of charge. Some additional items are available for rent to bring your dream wedding to life! I also have preferred vendors to source linens, a dance floor, a ceremony arch, and outdoor tents.

Every wedding is unique, and we work closely with your vendor team to ensure the entire day flows smoothly. We handle set-up and tear down of your personal décor items. This typically includes items such as centerpieces, signage, escort cards, guest book and gift/card tables, memorial displays, table numbers, and similar personal touches. For larger DIY pieces or décor that requires tools or special assembly/disassembly, we’ll discuss the best plan during your planning process. We’ll also confirm whether your items can stay at the venue or will need to go home with someone.

You’re welcome to work with any vendors who fit your style and budget! I also offer a curated list of trusted vendors who consistently deliver great service. While I don’t require you to choose from this list, I do reserve the right to avoid working with vendors who have shown a pattern of poor communication or unreliable performance—because your wedding day deserves a solid, professional team.

We will work closely with you to create a detailed day-of timeline for your wedding and provide information for your family, wedding party, vendors, and venue. We allow time for specific important events such as sunset photos, getting ready with hair & makeup, travel time, and buffers to help you relax and stay in stress-free party mode. Then, we execute this timeline and adjust as necessary on the spot, ensuring you and all events are well cared for.

While Minnesota doesn't require certification, a CWP certification serves as a hallmark of professionalism and excellence. A certified planner possesses the comprehensive training necessary to manage complex logistics and navigate unexpected "hiccups" seamlessly, ensuring your day remains stress-free. Beyond logistics, my commitment to continuing education keeps your wedding at the forefront of industry trends, and allows me to bridge the gap between AI-generated inspiration and the practical reality of execution.
