After 5 years in the event world, I'm finally offering management services independently! With experience ranging from décor setup to venue management and wedding day coordination—plus a strong background in catering—I’m here to make your wedding day smooth, organized, and stress-free.

I arrive at our designated time fueled by an iced latte, Liquid IV, and a second pair of shoes, ready to manage every detail of your wedding day + enjoy dessert! After the wedding, you can find me grabbing a coffee, browsing estate sales, and baking to top off a perfect Sunday following your wedding.

    Organized, Supportive, Always Going Above Beyond

    Emma was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. We hired her late into our wedding planning, but she quickly and seamlessly integrated herself into our communications. It was truly impressive!! She helped us navigate countless vendor calls, kept track of every detail, and made the entire day go off without a hitch. From start to finish, she was incredibly organized, supportive, and always willing to go above and beyond. On the wedding day, she handled everything seamlessly, keeping the evening running smoothly and gently guiding even our most enthusiastic family members and friends when needed, all while making everyone feel comfortable and appreciated. She smoothed over the little flubs that are bound to happen during a wedding day, often without us even knowing, so we could just enjoy ourselves instead of worrying about coordination. We truly cannot recommend Emma enough. She exceeded every expectation we had and played a huge role in making our wedding day so special. We are so grateful for everything she did!

    Amazing help on a tight timeline

    Emma was fantastic to work with as our day of wedding coordinator. From the moment she responded to my inquiry through the end of the event, she was responsive, organized, and genuinely helpful. I planned a small elopement with 17 guests on a very tight 6 week timeline. Originally I was planning everything myself, but decided having a day of coordinator would help things run smoothly. I ended up finding Emma just 2 weeks before the event, and I truly wish I had found her sooner. Despite the short notice, she quickly got up to speed on all the details and made the entire day feel effortless and well organized. What I expected would be someone to simply help coordinate music and decorations turned out to be so much more. Emma stepped in seamlessly, kept everything organized, and took a huge amount of stress off my plate. On the day of the event I was able to actually relax and enjoy the moment because I knew everything was in capable hands. Our day went exactly how we hoped it would, and Emma played a huge role in making that happen. If we end up hosting a larger celebration later this year, I fully plan to hire her again. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a thoughtful, dependable wedding coordinator.

    Emma is a delight!

    We had our wedding here in May 2025 and it was wonderful. The venue, especially the staff exceeded our expectations. From the first walk through, up to our wedding reception, we were in good hands. The venue is beautiful, the service was great, and the price (for the Twin Cities) was acceptable. Our point of contact was Emma and she was incredible, she was a big part of why we booked our reception with the Marriott. From day one she was both professional and accommodating. She was always prompt with communication, transparent with pricing, and open to all questions we had. She put together a fantastic team at the hotel, from check-in for us and our guests, to letting us store supplies in a extra room the night before, she put our needs first and we are very grateful for her and her team. We cannot recommend this venue enough!!! They also have a variety of packages at different price points that we found provided great value. Read less

    We had our wedding at TCR in January 2023, and the day was incredible beyond belief! The staff here, especially our day of coordinator Emma, made sure everything ran so smoothly. So many remarks from guests that it was the most beautiful wedding they've ever been to! Thank you Emma!!


We will get to know each other, its required ;) Whether we grab coffee or go sit down at a brewery, I want to get to know you & your story! Before your event we will spend 2-4 hours together & the day of we will spend 8 hours together! At that point we are basically besties who attend each other weddings ;)
