    So much more than a day-of-coordinator!

    We hired Ashliegh for day-of coordination, but she went so far beyond what we expected. She noticed the little things, jumped in wherever she was needed, and took care of things we didn’t even know needed to be handled. You can tell she genuinely cares about her couples and truly LOVES making their day as special as possible. She didn’t just do what was required—she constantly looked for ways to make things better. Having Ashliegh there allowed us to actually enjoy our wedding instead of worrying about what was happening behind the scenes. She exceeded every expectation, and we cannot recommend The Chloe Group enough!

    Exactly what we needed!

    Ashliegh made the entire wedding planning process feel so much easier. She was organized, responsive, and genuinely cared about making our day feel like us.     Wedding Planning Made Easy

    I truly don’t know how I would have planned my wedding without her. From the very beginning, she has been involved in absolutely everything. She has helped plan every detail, kept everything organized, helped me make decisions when I felt overwhelmed, thought of things I never would have considered, and somehow managed to take all of my ideas and turn them into exactly what I envisioned. Wedding planning comes with SO many decisions, and having someone who knows what needs to happen, when it needs to happen, and what I’m probably forgetting has been invaluable. She is incredibly organized, responsive, creative, and detail-oriented, but she also makes the entire process feel fun instead of stressful. What stands out the most is how much she genuinely cares. She doesn’t just help you plan a wedding—she gets invested in making sure your wedding feels like you. I’ve never felt like I was being pushed toward someone else’s vision. She listens, gives great advice, helps problem-solve, and is always there when I need her. She has truly been my go-to person for everything wedding related, and I cannot imagine going through this process without her. If you’re considering hiring a wedding planner, do it—and hire her. Not at all! Our Wedding Coordination service begins 90 days before your wedding. This gives us time to understand everything you've planned, review logistics, create your wedding-day timeline, coordinate final details with your vendors and prepare thoroughly so you can actually enjoy your wedding day.
Absolutely! we're happy to work with the vendor team you've already selected. Depending on your package, we'll help manage communication, coordinate logistics and make sure everyone is aligned as your wedding approaches.
Yes! A La Carte Planning is available at $100/hour for couples who want professional guidance without committing to a larger planning package. We can focus our time on vendors, budgets, timelines, design direction, logistics or whatever part of planning has you feeling stuck.
Once you reach out, we'll connect for a complimentary consultation to learn about your wedding, what you've already planned and where you could use support. If we're a good fit, you'll receive a personalized proposal outlining your recommended services and investment. From there, you can review your agreement and reserve your date.
