I’m Mya, the owner and planner behind Ever Events! I love helping couples take all of the ideas, details, and plans they’ve been dreaming about and turn them into a wedding day that feels effortless and true to them. I’m based in Minnesota and specialize in wedding coordination, planning, and personalized event details. My goal is simple: take some of the stress off your plate so you can focus on enjoying your day.

What sets Ever Events apart is the personalized, hands-on approach. I don’t believe every couple needs the same package or the same type of support, so I work with each client to figure out what will actually make their planning experience easier. From vendor communication and detailed timelines to setup, ceremony coordination, reception flow, and the little details in between, I’m there to help make the day feel organized and stress-free while still feeling completely like you.

    Mya was absolutely amazing as our day of coordinator! From the moment she stepped in, she gave me complete peace of mind and went above and beyond in every aspect of the day. If any issues came up, she never brought me a problem without already having solutions ready. Because of her, I didn’t have to worry or manage any last-minute details. I was able to truly enjoy my wedding day and be fully present with my family and friends. Not a single detail was missed. Mya was incredibly organized, prompt, professional, and always one step ahead. She kept everything running smoothly and made sure every part of the day came together exactly as planned. I truly can’t recommend her enough. Hiring Mya was one of the best decisions I made, and I’m so grateful for everything she did to make our day perfect.
