The Perfect Day-of Coordinator for Our Perfect Day
Chelsea was absolutely AMAZING from start to finish! Her communication leading up to our wedding was incredible, and she made me feel so seen, heard, and reassured throughout the entire planning process. She truly put my mind at ease and made me feel confident that everything was on the right track. She was absolutely flawless on our wedding day, coordinating with our vendors and making sure every little detail came together perfectly. Her professionalism, organization, and calm presence allowed me to completely let go and enjoy the day knowing everything was in the best hands. I cannot recommend Chelsea enough! She is personable, professional, and genuinely goes above and beyond. She was SO helpful throughout the entire process and played such a huge role in making our wedding day everything we dreamed it would be. We are so, so grateful we had her!

Highly Recommend
Right after we booked Chelsea as our day of coordinator, I knew we had made the right choice. She was an excellent communicator throughout our planning process! She was very professional, and so friendly and easy to work with. Leading up to our wedding, I had so many questions, and she was there to answer every single one. When I walked into our venue on wedding day, the decor was even better than I had pictured it. Our entire day felt effortless and stress-free thanks to Chelsea’s coordination! The thing that stood out most to me was that she asked me how I was feeling throughout the day. It is clear that she cares about the people and the job she does. I would highly recommend her and I can’t thank her enough for her help.

Quality Coodination
Our venue, Norse Flora, has relied on Chelsea for several events and everything goes so smooth when she is around. As the venue owner, not feeling needed throughout the day means every vendor has what they need and each element is thoughtfully designed. That is no accident when you have a Coordinator like Chelsea running the show. She knows our space and how to best use each part of the venue. We can not wait to have her for many more events!

Absolute Wedding Lifesaver
I don’t think I could have done our wedding day without Chelsea. From answering all of my dumb questions about little details to helping make my picture of my wedding day come to life, she helped do it all! She did such an amazing job of getting all aspects of our decor set up, we only had one minor issue with the guest seating and she was on top of fixing the issue. She was a godsend and everything I could have hoped for out of a wedding coordinator. 10/10 recommend as her services are affordable and top tier!
