    You are allowed to have alcohol, but you are responsible for purchasing and/or hiring a bartender.
    There are 50 spots available for contracted parking. They are located 1.5 blocks down 1st avenue. (50 spots for $325, No overnight parking) There is also free parking in the neighborhood behind Ambiente Gallerie.
    Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main entrance.

    We have an open catering policy and caterers are directed to the large back room with a fridge and loading dock to use as needed.
    Tables and chairs are not provided, only a few clear acrylic chairs and a small bar space is available. Renting tables and chairs is recommended. We recommend Midway Party Rentals.
    For weekend events, we accept deliveries on the friday prior, and pick up on the following monday to avoid weekend fees.
    Fridays at 2:00pm, Saturdays at 11:00am, Sundays at 12:00pm. At the end of the night, clean up of all belongings by 12:30am, loading tables and chairs into loading dock and taking out garbage.
