Hi, I’m Tsheng, a newer day of coordinator with a passion for bringing structure and calm to busy days. I got my start in the corporate world, organizing meetings, team events, and company celebrations where precision and timing were key. As time went on, friends and family began asking for help with weddings and birthday parties, and I quickly discovered how much I enjoy being part of those meaningful moments. Whether it’s a professional event or a personal celebration, I bring a thoughtful, organized approach to every detail.

Ideal for couples who have started planning their wedding but want expert guidance and support to bring everything together. This package includes planning assistance throughout the process, vendor recommendations and coordination, timeline creation and management, logistics support, vendor confirmations, rehearsal coordination, and up to 10 hours of wedding day coverage.

Up to 10 hours of coverage: For couples who have planned their wedding and need support bringing everything together on the big day. 6 weeks prior, we’ll review your timeline and discuss your vision, 2 weeks prior I'll confirm the vendors, and final details to ensure everything is in place. Includes an optional rehearsal walkthrough to review ceremony flow and coordinate the wedding party.

Designed for intimate celebrations of up to 50 guests, this package provides day of coordination to ensure everything runs seamlessly. From final timeline refinement and vendor communication to ceremony rehearsal management and day-of execution, you'll have a dedicated coordinator handling the details.

A dedicated Bridal Concierge (wedding day personal assistant) providing one-on-one support throughout your celebration. Services include assistance with getting ready, attire and accessories, management of personal items and gifts, and handling day-of essentials.

I don’t limit communication or set a strict number of meetings. I stay in open contact with you leading up to your event to make sure every detail is clear and accounted for.
Coverage depends on your package, but I typically stay through key moments or until everything is fully transitioned and running smoothly.
To secure your date, I require a signed contract and retainer. Once confirmed, your date is officially reserved.
