“Capstone occassions made our wedding day absolute magic. I started the planning process on my own but got stuck and unmotivated because i felt overwhelmed/not entirely sure what was next. Tia jumped in and helped me get excited about the process again and accomplish the tasks in order of importance and made sure it was a day that both Mike (my now husband) and I envisioned and wanted to make it special for us. Because of her experience she has so many friends in the business. I appreciated she recommended vendors based on who the two of us are and what we were looking for and within our budget (and ways to save). She thinks about EVERYTHING! Things we never would have considered on our own. My favorite being the sunset photos of me and my husband. He doesn’t like pictures but he loved how they turned out. Not only that, she makes sure it’s a seamless process and day that’s stress free. My mom was so grateful to be able to let loose and relax and could not say enough about how instrumental Tia and her team were to make the day so beautiful and coordinating with all the vendors so we didn’t have to. Day before the wedding, I was honestly a mess and left our name tags at my office and a few other prints including labels and a mock up picture of what we were thinking. So, we had to last minute hand write the name tags and in a rush left unorganized and unlabeled bins for them to sort out. My brain was all over the place and it didn’t occur to me until too late but when we walked in, it was even better than I imagined. They really went the extra mile and made everything picture perfect. Our friends and family were so impressed and we’re still getting compliments to this day. You are fun to work with, easy to get along with (even some of our craziest family members), hardworking, magician ninjas (for all the stuff you do behind the scenes we will never even know about- thank you). “Kim calls herself an honorary bridesmaid but she is so much more. She is a florist, a seamstress, a miracle worker and a friend to everyone she meets. I had a vision for my wedding day and Kim executed it flawlessly. “We got so lucky with Myah and Paul!! I didn't even know we needed a day-of coordinator, haha, but my husband suggested it and found Myah and Paul through some google searching. They went above and beyond the entire time! They made our entire day completely amazing and unforgettable, and we couldn't have done it without them. They thought of details I would have never considered, and were always super prepared. For the rehearsal, they brought everyone in the wedding party, including us, laminated timelines for the next day. I'm not the most organized or detailed person, but Myah and Paul made sure everything was perfect and did all the work for us - without us even asking. “During my bridal era I opted out of having a bridal party. Usually Bridal parties help the bride and groom the day of, with small tasks. Even after hiring a coordinator I quickly realized that I would need personal help the day, of as I knew my family would be too focused on enjoying themselves. That’s when I found Jordyne on the wisconsin brides Facebook page. I didn’t need to interview her, she advertised her services professionally on her facebook page and that’s all I needed to know. I hired Jordyne to be my bridal assistant the day of but she was so much more. She wore so many hats and worked very well with the wedding vendor team. Even if you think you can do it all, like me. Get the bridal assistant / coordinator, because truth is you can’t. I was very Type A & things did arise that needed attention that day. But Jordyne handled it all, that I didn’t even feel an ounce of stress. She was there to run to the Airbnb and back to the chapel for my bouquet when I forgot it, 5 minutes before the ceremony. She packed up all my belongings from the airbnb and transported it to my car after the ceremony. She cleaned up the broken glasses when the champagne tower fell apart. She was there to help clean up my dress when I got foundation on it from my tattoo cover up. She helped zip up my dress when the zipper got stuck and adjust my under skirt. She went ABOVE & BEYOND. The Planning process was sooo smooth. We collaborated but honestly she did all of the leg work. I just had to make payments to vendors and say yes LOL she is very budget friendly and mindful. She didn’t try to break the bank when we were selecting vendors. Day of….i still don’t know what she did but everything flowed smoothly! She did everything in the background to make our day perfect! She checked in on my husband and i to gage our needs as well. We enjoyed our day worry free. Book her, you need her level of calmness, professionalism and expertise. Thanks again Tee!! She’s a problem solver with an incredible ability to put solutions into place that eliminate any issues that crop up. Her design work and vendor recommendations were absolutely perfect and our guests had so so so many positive things to say about the ceremony and reception. Whenever there were disagreements about planning, Corinne’s ability to get things straightened out is second to none.
