“All couples need Dana and her team with Thyme & Details for their big day. We hired Dana as a day of coordinator but she is so much more than that. She went to countless vendor meeting and kept track of all of my overly detailed instructions to make sure each piece of our day (timeline, vendor contracts, etc) worked with those details. When the venue dropped the ball, others got details wrong, or vendors fell through, Dana was always a step ahead and came up with even better solutions than our original plans. Dana really knows the ins and outs of organizing a wedding, is in tune with the Columbus wedding scene, and has incredibly valuable connections. “My husband and I got married in August 2025 and hired Ashley for Wedding Coordination services. We knew we could handle much of the prep work ourselves but wanted a coordinator to ensure the wedding day ran smoothly so we didn't have to stress or manage logistics ourselves. Our experience working with Ashley from start to finish was fantastic and we would highly recommend her to other couples getting married. Ashley and I had multiple planning calls in the months leading up to our wedding to review details and tasks that I needed to accomplish in order to stay on track. As we got closer to the wedding Ashley began taking on coordination tasks such as putting together the wedding day timeline and reaching out to all my other vendors to ensure everyone was on the same page. Throughout all these interactions she was on time, detail oriented, friendly, and followed up promptly with any action items (timeliness of email responses and follow up is a pain point I had with some other vendors throughout the wedding planning process, but not Ashley). When it came to the wedding weekend Ashley drove all the way to our venue location to run rehearsal and communicated frequent updates with me when she was running late due to traffic. Despite the delay we were still able to run the rehearsal quickly and get to our next event. On the wedding day itself Ashley kept all our vendors operating efficiently, set up our decor exactly as we asked, and jumped in to proactively manage a couple unforeseen bumps that occurred throughout the evening. At the end of the night she packed up everything and placed it in the bridal suite for us to pick up the next day. Although we didn't add content creation to our package, Ashley still took some video clips on her phone throughout the day and surprised us the next morning by texting them over -- it was such a thoughtful way for us to relive the day. We cannot sing her praises enough an encourage couples to hire Ashley for their wedding planning needs as she continues to grow her business.”

“Renee is THE wedding planner - look no further!! From the jump, she took us under her wing and answered any and all questions we had, was extremely attentive, and made us feel comfortable and prepared. Having planned too many weddings to count, she really knows the industry and all the ins and outs of planning a wedding. She met with us multiple times leading up to the wedding, and always came prepared with outlines, itineraries, and details that we would have never thought of! She also is the sweetest and so easy to get along with. Truly felt like we had known her for years. With regards to communication, she was extremely responsive, and always kept us in the loop. As we got closer to the wedding, and things inevitably became more hectic, vendors would email us questions and before I could even think of a response, Renee had already replied and had the situation handled. I can’t tell you the amount of ease and stress relief Renee brought us. The weekend of the wedding, my husband and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Her team was quick and efficient and got things done. Our ceremony and reception set up was done exactly the way we had described and even exceeded expectations when we told her to use her creative liberties! I am the type to stress about details and worry about things running smoothly, but on our wedding day, I didn’t think twice about anything but enjoying the day. We knew Renee had it handled. If I thought of something last minute to bring up to Renee she would immediately say with ease, “we have it handled, don’t worry about a thing!!” I can’t emphasize how much that meant to us. My biggest advice to anyone planning a wedding would be to book a wedding planner and to get RENEE!!!! We will forever look back on our wedding knowing we, and everyone at our wedding, fully enjoyed every second and were not swept up in day-of tasks and duties. No one was stressed or worried about getting something done. People got to relax, party, and just enjoy themselves, because Renee had it handled.”

“We were lucky to work with Geraldine for two events--our microwedding then a wedding reception 6 months later. We knew that Geraldine was the perfect coordinator/planner the first call we had with her. She is a perfect mix of personable and organized. When catering forgot our menus at our wedding, she created and printed new ones hours before dinner. For our reception, she helped me with my dress, carried my things while we took pictures, and kept everything running efficiently while we were busy partying and too tipsy to care about a timeline. She's honest, an incredible designer, and will make your events run smoothly. We will miss chatting with her regularly”

“Tara and her team are nothing short of incredible. We approached her in the fall with the crazy idea to throw a music festival wedding at the end of June at a riverside park- where we needed her to coordinate 3 bands AND bring in everything from restroom trailers to a food truck to mobile bartending. Not only did she rise to the challenge, but the day was more perfect than we could have ever imagined. She had a plan (and back-up plan!) for everything, and she coordinated with no less than 15 vendors to make sure that we didn’t have to worry about a thing during the wedding. She had a ton of local vendor suggestions, as well, for everything from flowers to misting fans. On top of that, she is a truly lovely human who was a JOY to work with. Many wedding guests even commented to me on how wonderful she is! If you are looking for the perfect balance of love and logistics- you will be thrilled with Engaged Event Management!”

“Hiring Johanna (and the whole JLM team) for our wedding was the second best choice I've ever made - only to be beat out by the decision to marry my husband! Johanna and her team were absolute rockstars from over a year out until the very last moment. If you are thinking of hiring her, just do it. It was the biggest help to have someone to guide us and tell us all of the things we needed to do and when we needed to do them. She was extremely thorough and made our wedding day seamless. So seamless, in fact, that we barely saw her on the actual day because she was so busy making everything come together. This was a huge help to us as she made sure we just floated through our special day. Johanna was present and ready to give helpful tips or feedback to every question we had.
