“Capstone occassions made our wedding day absolute magic. I started the planning process on my own but got stuck and unmotivated because i felt overwhelmed/not entirely sure what was next. Tia jumped in and helped me get excited about the process again and accomplish the tasks in order of importance and made sure it was a day that both Mike (my now husband) and I envisioned and wanted to make it special for us. Because of her experience she has so many friends in the business. I appreciated she recommended vendors based on who the two of us are and what we were looking for and within our budget (and ways to save). She thinks about EVERYTHING! Things we never would have considered on our own. My favorite being the sunset photos of me and my husband. He doesn’t like pictures but he loved how they turned out. Not only that, she makes sure it’s a seamless process and day that’s stress free. My mom was so grateful to be able to let loose and relax and could not say enough about how instrumental Tia and her team were to make the day so beautiful and coordinating with all the vendors so we didn’t have to. Day before the wedding, I was honestly a mess and left our name tags at my office and a few other prints including labels and a mock up picture of what we were thinking. So, we had to last minute hand write the name tags and in a rush left unorganized and unlabeled bins for them to sort out. My brain was all over the place and it didn’t occur to me until too late but when we walked in, it was even better than I imagined. They really went the extra mile and made everything picture perfect. Our friends and family were so impressed and we’re still getting compliments to this day. Thank you Tia and the Capstone Occassions team! You are fun to work with, easy to get along with (even some of our craziest family members), hardworking, magician ninjas (for all the stuff you do behind the scenes we will never even know about- thank you). “Where to begin with how much Dusti made our wedding day and made our vision come to life. When I told her that I was envisioning a lot of greenery like when we hiked in Olympic National Park in Washington and a Lord of the Rings essence she knew exactly what I was talking about! She made communication easy and personable with videos chats online if we could not meet in person. She made a mood board that was very detailed to make sure we were on the same page which was extremely helpful. She had items we could rent and also helped guide us on what to purchase. My bouquet and my bridesmaids bouquets she made me instantly brought me to tears they were so beautiful. Honestly everything she made was so unique and special which was exactly what we were looking for. We wish we found her sooner in our wedding planning because she is incredible! The amount of stress she took off our shoulders was immense. She reached out to all the vendors to relay the timeline, she set up all the decorations for the ceremony site and took those down to bring to the reception site. Also decorated the reception site, set up the memorial table, guest book and gift table....then took down the decorations at the end of the reception and made sure they got to a safe place with our family or us. She set up our rented photobooth which is above and beyond what she had to do (packed that up as well) . Also, shout out to her assistant that day Samantha who is pregnant. Thank you!! Overall, I highly recommend Dusti. She was constantly in communication and made sure we could always reach her every step of the way. She is so incredibly talented, completely professional and her creativity and diligence did not go unnoticed. I can't thank her enough for making our wedding day so special.”

“Kim calls herself an honorary bridesmaid but she is so much more. She is a florist, a seamstress, a miracle worker and a friend to everyone she meets. I had a vision for my wedding day and Kim executed it flawlessly. She not only made the day run smoothly, but set up all of my favors, stationery and even the bud vases she made exactly how I pictured it! We had some fashion emergencies and Kim literally saved the day by sowing on straps to make a dress that wouldn’t zip finally close. I cannot rave about Kim enough!! We got endless compliments about our day and it would have been impossible without her. Kim is worth every single penny and then some.”

Any issue we had, Alex was there to talk us through it and give guidance. We would only have to describe something to her once and she would "just get it" and be able to execute flawlessly. Every decision she made day-of (because there will ALWAYS be some small decisions that have to be made) was better executed than if we had thought about how to do it ourselves. One of our only regret in working with Alex was that we didn't just have her do full-planning for us. Cannot recommend Redwood's enough, you'll be in the most experienced and safest hands possible.”

“During my bridal era I opted out of having a bridal party. Usually Bridal parties help the bride and groom the day of, with small tasks. Even after hiring a coordinator I quickly realized that I would need personal help the day, of as I knew my family would be too focused on enjoying themselves. That’s when I found Jordyne on the wisconsin brides Facebook page. I didn’t need to interview her, she advertised her services professionally on her facebook page and that’s all I needed to know. I hired Jordyne to be my bridal assistant the day of but she was so much more. She wore so many hats and worked very well with the wedding vendor team. Even if you think you can do it all, like me. Get the bridal assistant / coordinator, because truth is you can’t. I was very Type A & things did arise that needed attention that day. But Jordyne handled it all, that I didn’t even feel an ounce of stress. She was there to run to the Airbnb and back to the chapel for my bouquet when I forgot it, 5 minutes before the ceremony. She packed up all my belongings from the airbnb and transported it to my car after the ceremony. She cleaned up the broken glasses when the champagne tower fell apart. She was there to help clean up my dress when I got foundation on it from my tattoo cover up. She helped zip up my dress when the zipper got stuck and adjust my under skirt. She went ABOVE & BEYOND. She was there to provide full support and reassurance. Every bride needs reassurance . Jordyne’s services were worth every penny! I would recommend her to every bride. You won’t be disappointed.”

“Amber is the best choice you can make for your day. We hired her as a day of coordinator. What we got was so much more. There was so many elements we had no idea about that amber held our hand through and just handled. We thought the florals were the decor. How wrong we were thank goodness we had Amber and her collection of candles to complete our room and make it perfect. In addition she went half with us on the chuppah and built it and kept it for her future brides to rent. Literally, any way amber could make our lives easier or better she did. She took on all the communications with our vendors at the 6 month mark. If something went wrong on our wedding day my husband and I couldn’t tell you. Amber made the day flow so seamlessly. She went so far above to the point where she literally took care of over 50 butterflies that my mom sent to her the week before our wedding for a release. She told me she was ensuring they stayed alive and got them there in their envelops the day of. While also keeping it a secret from everyone. I also told her multiple times when it comes time for my future children’s bar/bat mitzvahs and any other large parties she will have to branch out from weddings because I will trust no one else with those big days but her. Amber is a calming presence and becomes a friend by the time your big day comes along. I could go on forever. I could not recommend her enough. She makes all your crazy wants and desires happen.”
