“I contacted Terri, at TMF, to discuss my daughter’s upcoming bridal shower and she was amazing! I had a few ideas of what I was looking for and she understood what I was imagining and really refined what I was thinking and converted my few thoughts into a cohesive theme and a beautiful event for my daughter! Literally she was 8 months pregnant for our engagement photos and we had her chest deep in the ocean getting the shots we wanted-and she absolutely crushed it.. My husband and I are super awkward taking photos and on our wedding day we felt the best we ever had. Both of our families raved about how well she orchestrated all of the family photos so that we could get them done quick. She came with all of the recommendations for poses and photo ideas. The Perfect Pair Wedding

“Where do we even begin? Before hiring Clémence, we met over a video call, getting to know each other to make sure we worked well together. We think this is an essential step in choosing any wedding planner, since ideas need to be communicated in both directions. Being on the same page about the vision of your wedding is key. It did not take long at all for us to know that she was the absolute best choice for us. Clémence is incredibly friendly and holds herself to such a high standard, and that shows in the work she does. She has an entire process for planning that includes timelines of when things are to be done, vendors are to be booked, and more. Everything is laid out clearly, and she checks in regularly to make sure things are on track. These timelines start from several months before the wedding and go all the way down to the day itself. She makes it known that she wants your day to be exactly how you want it and works hard to achieve that. Whenever we had a new idea or a modification to an existing one, she was always open to hearing it and working to make it happen. We went with an Italian garden-style theme for our wedding, and Clémence executed that vision perfectly. We somehow seemed to be on the same wavelength about everything. Not only did she follow through on executing our ideas, but she also incorporated her own input that fit into the wedding and expanded on it perfectly. As first-time bride and groom, we struggled with knowing how to budget properly. Clémence helped us spend in places where it made the most sense for us and save on things we didn't need. Bit of a random anecdote, but we wanted to have pizza at the end of our afterparty. Our initial search was going to have us spending hundreds of dollars to have standard pizzas delivered to our venue. Clémence saved the day when she found an even closer shop that made heart-shaped pizzas for a fraction of the cost. As Clémence has been doing this for a while now, she's gained rapport with several vendors and was able to speak to the quality of their work and service. This took so much pressure off of us, since we didn't merely have to trust the sales pitch of whatever vendors we happened to find on our own. Once we had our vendors locked in, Clémence took care of managing timelines for each, such as when to meet with them, choosing items for the wedding, and payment schedules. Not only does she work her hardest when she's by your side, she also has your back when you don't even notice. Nearly a month after the wedding, we found out that our venue's staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful to our vendors. This forced everyone to work at 110% to compensate for the lack of assistance. However, the way Clémence handled this was with such grace and professionalism that we didn't notice, nor did any of our guests, that things weren't running smoothly. Her integrity is truly inspiring. As cheesy as it may sound, we've gained a genuine lifelong friend in Clémence. The influence and quality of her work extend far beyond wedding planning. If it wasn't clear already, we cannot recommend Clémence enough. Her work speaks for itself and was by far the best investment we made for our wedding.”

“Stacy was absolutely AMAZING throughout our Walt Disney World wedding experience! “I could not be more thrilled to recommend Kate at Timeless Ties! As someone who was on the fence between a traditional wedding and eloping, Timeless Ties helped me envision and craft an immensely beautiful and special wedding. It encapsulated every bit of love and the joy of sharing the beginning of a lifetime together with our dearest friends. Leading up to the wedding, Kate was intentional about connecting with my fiance and I multiple times to help us plan through all relevant details for preparation. She walked me through her comprehensive wedding planning documents and to develop a wedding timeline. The planning documents included details regarding important contacts, space to assign wedding tasks, and so much more. She connected with wedding vendors, and was especially helpful in connecting with and working with the wedding venue. Timeless Ties even referred us to our dream photographer! On the day of the wedding rehearsal, Kate came for several hours. She helped map out all of the important placement and transitional elements, directed the rehearsal, worked with our DJ, and helped with so many other details. I was unaware of many things that came up in the last minute because Kate handled them all graciously and independently, giving me space to truly be present with family and friends at our rehearsal and rehearsal dinner, and on our wedding the following day. On the wedding day, Kate and her assistant coordinator arrived earlier than I did. Kate is the kind of person who leads by example and hard work; she spent hours setting up chairs, tables, placements, and arranging DIY decor. She worked well with our vendors and was the main point of contact for them the entire day. Kate was the maestro for our timeline and kept everything running according to schedule. During cocktail hour, she and a small team that she led completely changed the main grassy area from a ceremony set up to dinner set up. I wouldn't have changed a thing! If there were any snags in the day, I never knew about them as Kate handled everything. Kate is not only deeply competent, organized, and professional, but an absolute joy to work with. She cared deeply about the vision and priorities my fiance and I had in our wedding, really listened to understand what mattered to us, and spent the time to talk through any potential logistic conflicts to help us have a true understanding of the situation and all of the options available to us. Kate remained a calming presence throughout the wedding day, even as she managed so many details, which truly helped me stay present and able to soak in the day as well. Kate is kind, so positive, and connected with my family and friends. My wedding was one of the most special, incredible days of my life, thanks in no small part to Timeless Ties, and I had a blast spending time with her throughout the process as well!”

“Working with Korina was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! From the first time I met her, I knew she was the right fit for us. She is so warm, relatable, genuine, and easy to talk to, and our styles aligned so well. “If I could give Zoe 100 stars, I would. We didn’t book the full-service package, and somehow she still showed up like she was planning a celebrity wedding. From day one, she was organized, creative, and unbelievably responsive. I could text, call, or email her at any time and she would respond quickly with thoughtful, thorough answers. During a season that can feel overwhelming, that kind of communication is everything. We planned a destination wedding in Hawaii on a tight budget, and Zoe made it feel effortless. She gave us vendor recommendations we never would have found on our own, was completely transparent about costs, and constantly helped us make smart decisions that elevated the experience without blowing our budget. She has a rare ability to design weddings that feel deeply personal and atmospheric, not “cookie-cutter” or Pinterest-copy, but actually reflective of you as a couple. My venue was at La Jolla Cove Rooftop, which is a “Wedgewood Weddings” venue. Had I relied only on Wedgewood, I would have been completely lost. “Planning a wedding from across the country felt overwhelming at times, but working with Olivia Johnson at Amor Atelier made the entire process so much easier. We booked her 90-day coordination package for our wedding at Rancho Bernardo Inn in San Diego, and it ended up being one of the best decisions we made. From our very first consultation, Olivia stood out. She didn’t treat the call like a sales pitch — she took the time to genuinely get to know us, understand our vision, and learn what mattered most to us. We immediately felt like she cared about making our wedding special, even though we were only booking the 90-day package. She also has a fantastic eye for design and quickly understood the overall look and feel I wanted for the wedding. Throughout the planning process, Olivia was incredibly organized, proactive, and responsive. She helped guide us through decisions when we were feeling indecisive or getting close to deadlines. Even though vendor sourcing technically wasn’t part of our package, she still went out of her way to help us find both our florist and my makeup artist. Her recommendations were spot on — especially our florist, who was able to execute our vision beautifully while staying within our budget. On the wedding day, Olivia and her team handled everything seamlessly. She managed the timeline, coordinated vendors, oversaw setup and breakdown, and shielded us from any stress so we could fully enjoy the day. When plans had to change on the spot, she stayed calm, flexible, and kept everything moving smoothly. At one point during the wedding I wasn’t feeling well, and Olivia immediately stepped in to support me and help come up with solutions so the day could continue comfortably. She also helped us make thoughtful decisions in real time — for example, when our photographer and videographer started going over their scheduled time, she clearly explained our options and helped us extend just long enough to capture dancing footage without adding unnecessary costs. By the day of the wedding, I trusted Olivia completely. She and her assistants were always available for whatever we needed, and everything ran incredibly smoothly because of them. She even made sure all of our personal items were carefully packed and brought back to our room after the event. Our venue required us to hire a planner, and initially we planned to choose the least expensive option because we felt confident handling most things ourselves. I’m so glad we didn’t. Olivia filled in so many gaps we didn’t even realize existed and brought creativity, problem-solving, and a calm professionalism that made a huge difference. If you’re considering working with Olivia, I cannot recommend her enough. She was thoughtful, organized, calming, and truly invested in making our wedding day the best it could possibly be. “Miranda was absolutely amazing. We worked with her for a year to plan for our Sonoma wedding. She was recommended from a friend whose wedding she also planned and it was stunning. Even though she was not from the Sonoma area, she did an amazing job finding everything from the venue, to the vendors, photographer, and DJ. She has great attention to detail and really makes you feel at ease in the planning process. We had absolutely no idea what we wanted or what we were doing, but she made both me and my husband way less stressed on every matter. We even had a last minute DJ issue and she found us a new one right away. She helped set up food tastings and made sure we were on track for the big day in terms of seating charts and other small details. The wedding was perfect and she did a fantastic job telling us exactly what to do and where to be. She even helped my brother, the officiant, with what he was suppose to say during the ceremony, as this was his first time officiating. She did the signage, decor, literally everything and alleviated all the stress and jitters on our day. I couldn’t recommend her enough to plan and help on your day. I’d hire her again ten times over!
