When we started planning our wedding, finding the perfect venue felt overwhelming. That’s where Mostest came in and completely saved the day. Thanks to their Venue Match service, we found our dream spot—the Prospect Park Boathouse. It was exactly what we envisioned: beautiful, intimate, and full of charm. Mostest made the process so easy by narrowing down options based on our style and budget, which saved us hours of research and back-and-forth on quotes. My favorite part of the service was contract review, where they breakdown each line of the contract so nothing surprised us. We also used their Day-of Coordination, and honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect when they recommended a Junior Coordinator too. Our wedding had two locations—ceremony and reception—and having a point person at each site was a total game-changer, so I'm glad they guided us. It meant everything ran smoothly, and I didn’t get bombarded with questions or last-minute details. The Junior Coordinator handled all the logistics at the ceremony while the lead coordinator managed things at the reception. If your budget allows it, splurge for this add on for sure. Together, they made sure every little detail was perfect. I recommend Mostest to everyone - we were able to enjoy our wedding day without stressing about the details. If you’re on the fence about whether to use their services, don’t hesitate—they’re worth every penny!

I used both the wedding coordination and floral services from Breezy Day and both services went above and beyond, making our wedding day perfect. Courtney was our wedding coordinator and she made the process so much easier. I was so stressed about the wedding planning process until I met Courtney, I wonder if we would have even had a wedding if I didn’t meet her to be honest! From the initial phone call, she explained the wedding planning process and reassured me that we could have a great wedding within our limited budget. She had a list of vendors she recommended which I picked all of my vendors from and it made the process of selecting vendors so much easier. Courtney was always able to help answer my questions throughout the whole year of planning and always responded in a timely manner. Then, on the day of the wedding, Courtney made the entire day so smooth and it went just as planned. I cannot recommend Courtney and the wedding day of coordinator services more. I don’t know what I would have done without her! The florals from Breezy Day Weddings were also incredible. They were more beautiful in person then I even expected. I chose the a la carte options from the Shoppe and the florals were so beautiful. Heather was great and very responsive when I asked questions about the process. The florals were seamlessly delivered to the venue on the day of the wedding and Courtney set the centerpieces on the table for me and placed the florals on the cake and it was so stunning. The service from both the day of coordination services and the florals were 10 out of 10! I cannot recommend them enough. They were affordable, professional, efficient, friendly, reassuring, and just amazing all around. If you’re getting married, you need to hire them for your wedding! I could not be more thrilled to recommend Kate at Timeless Ties! As someone who was on the fence between a traditional wedding and eloping, Timeless Ties helped me envision and craft an immensely beautiful and special wedding. It encapsulated every bit of love and the joy of sharing the beginning of a lifetime together with our dearest friends. Leading up to the wedding, Kate was intentional about connecting with my fiance and I multiple times to help us plan through all relevant details for preparation. She walked me through her comprehensive wedding planning documents and to develop a wedding timeline. The planning documents included details regarding important contacts, space to assign wedding tasks, and so much more. She connected with wedding vendors, and was especially helpful in connecting with and working with the wedding venue. Timeless Ties even referred us to our dream photographer! On the day of the wedding rehearsal, Kate came for several hours. She helped map out all of the important placement and transitional elements, directed the rehearsal, worked with our DJ, and helped with so many other details. I was unaware of many things that came up in the last minute because Kate handled them all graciously and independently, giving me space to truly be present with family and friends at our rehearsal and rehearsal dinner, and on our wedding the following day. On the wedding day, Kate and her assistant coordinator arrived earlier than I did. Kate is the kind of person who leads by example and hard work; she spent hours setting up chairs, tables, placements, and arranging DIY decor. She worked well with our vendors and was the main point of contact for them the entire day. Kate was the maestro for our timeline and kept everything running according to schedule. During cocktail hour, she and a small team that she led completely changed the main grassy area from a ceremony set up to dinner set up. I wouldn't have changed a thing! If there were any snags in the day, I never knew about them as Kate handled everything. Kate is not only deeply competent, organized, and professional, but an absolute joy to work with. She cared deeply about the vision and priorities my fiance and I had in our wedding, really listened to understand what mattered to us, and spent the time to talk through any potential logistic conflicts to help us have a true understanding of the situation and all of the options available to us. Kate remained a calming presence throughout the wedding day, even as she managed so many details, which truly helped me stay present and able to soak in the day as well. Kate is kind, so positive, and connected with my family and friends. My wedding was one of the most special, incredible days of my life, thanks in no small part to Timeless Ties, and I had a blast spending time with her throughout the process as well!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Meagan! She was a complete dream to work with. From start to finish, she was the most thorough, detailed, and incredible wedding planner I could have ever asked for. Hiring Stephanie Wooding and Best Day Ever was the reason we were able to actually enjoy our wedding day. We met with other planners, but Stephanie stood out right away — she’s warm, grounded, and incredibly organized. From the start, she made the process feel less overwhelming and helped us make smart decisions without pressure. Leading up to the wedding, Stephanie helped us stay focused, keep all the details moving, and feel confident that nothing would fall through the cracks. Then, about a month out, we transitioned to her associate Jenn Anderson as our day-of coordinator. We were a little nervous about switching that close to the wedding, but it ended up being seamless. Stephanie clearly set Jenn up for success, and Jenn was phenomenal — calm, proactive, and completely unflappable. The day itself felt smooth and stress-free, and multiple guests even told us how impressed they were by the coordination. That’s the biggest compliment — because it meant we got to be present, have fun, and soak it all in. Our venue required a Day of Wedding Coordinator. I chatted with a few but could not find the right fit. Thankfully I found Rachel! We clicked right away. She understood exactly what I wanted and needed. We met with her and Christina for our rehearsal and they made everything so easy. Even got a little surprise for my daughter!  The day of the event I did not worry about anything. Christina ensured everything was set up, ready and running smoothly. I was most worried about not being able to enjoy my wedding because of the logistics. But thankfully all was well managed and we had the best day! We were relaxed and able to fully be in our wedding! I cannot thank them enough. For anyone getting married, they are a must!

It also felt very comforting that she not only got married at our venue (Scripps Seaside Forum), but also knew almost all of our vendors intimately from past weddings/events. I have been officially working as a professional wedding planner since 2017. My love of all things weddings and events began at an early age. I worked at a country club in the summers before my freshman and sophomore year of college, I worked on the food and beverage staff which included being a banquet server, and can you guess which was my favorite shift to work, you guessed it, the weddings. Once I got to the point in my life where my friends were starting to get engaged and I was a bridesmaid in their weddings, I found myself taking on extra duties and wanting to be more involved that it hit me, I need to pursue being an event planner.

Miranda was absolutely amazing. We worked with her for a year to plan for our Sonoma wedding. She was recommended from a friend whose wedding she also planned and it was stunning. Even though she was not from the Sonoma area, she did an amazing job finding everything from the venue, to the vendors, photographer, and DJ. She has great attention to detail and really makes you feel at ease in the planning process. We had absolutely no idea what we wanted or what we were doing, but she made both me and my husband way less stressed on every matter. We even had a last minute DJ issue and she found us a new one right away. She helped set up food tastings and made sure we were on track for the big day in terms of seating charts and other small details. The wedding was perfect and she did a fantastic job telling us exactly what to do and where to be. She even helped my brother, the officiant, with what he was suppose to say during the ceremony, as this was his first time officiating. She did the signage, decor, literally everything and alleviated all the stress and jitters on our day. I couldn’t recommend her enough to plan and help on your day. I’d hire her again ten times over! I really enjoyed working with them. They were prompt in their responses and so easy to work with. The flower wall was absolutely beautiful, and you can tell they take pride in their presentation. They were very accommodating when we needed to shift from an outdoor event to an indoor one because of the rain. The entire process from start to finish was smooth. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and their stunning product. I hope to work with them again on another event!

Detailed, organized, friendly, and just an overall wonderful human being. We hired Karen for 2-month coordination and right off the bat, she was such a thoughtful planner and her willingness to guide us through anything and everything was amazing. I love a good spreadsheet and Karen has the best!!! Every meeting with her was so productive and we left each one with clear next steps/homework. The day of the wedding, everything went SO smoothly. Karen and her team took care of setting up all of our decor and they did so beautifully! When I arrived to the venue and saw everything, I was taken aback by how stunning everything looked — we had a mix of florals, candles, and fruit for our decor so getting everything set up was no small feat. Karen’s creative eye flawlessly brought my vision to life and I am so so grateful! Outside of decor, Karen’s organization, vendor communication, and speedy cleanup at the end of night was top-notch. We were able to truly enjoy the night, knowing Karen was there. She even took fun videos of the reception on my phone, which were great to watch the morning after to help relive the night :’) Literally each one of my vendors raved about how much they loved working with Karen — if that’s not enough to convince you to hire her for your next event, idk what is! SUCH a pro. Would 100% recommend Karen to any couple!

Dan was the first person that I talked to when I inquired about their day-of coordination services. They're also the first vendor I inquired so I needed to research more with other vendors that fits our needs, but eventually I went back to Dan and see if they're still available. And it's like it's meant to be because they still have our date open and after speaking with him the 2nd time, I knew that they fit what we're looking for. It was so easy and straightforward to work with Dan. He is open and honest, always responds to text or email, flexible, and open to give suggestions when you ask, He and Cindy (2nd coord) are prompt and on time. They really care about the couple and making sure they are taken care of, they make sure the timeline go as planned. We got so many compliments on how much the wedding from hotel to church to the reception venue is well organized - maybe we didn't know the hiccups behind the scenes but we didn't feel any major issues at all. They also worked well with the venue coordinators. The only reason for bumping 1 star was because of the hand off to the 2nd coordinator and there was some missed moments by the end and almost lost the gifts we had for the groom and bride box toss. There was also some delay or lack of communication with the DJ or venue coordinator, plus accidentally brought home the venue decor rentals, it was not a big deal though, but good to note to really work together on decors and planning. overall, it was a joy and truly grateful for finding this gem of a wedding planning company. they also have decor rentals so thats a huge bonus too . I hope more couples find them!!
