“Courtney at Breezy Day was an amazing wedding coordinator. She was incredible throughout the process from planning to the actual wedding day. She was always responsive and extremely friendly. She was super helpful and answered every question we had making the whole experience stress free. It was the best day of my life and Courtney made that possible. “I'll be honest: I almost didn't write this review because I figured my wife would handle it. But Angela deserves to hear from the groom too. Wedding planning is one of those processes where you don't fully appreciate what your planner is doing until something goes wrong... and with Angela, nothing did. At least not that we knew about. That's the point. From our first interactions, it was clear Angela was more than just organized. Any planner can be "organized." Angela was *meticulous.* The timeline she built for our wedding was one of the most impressive planning documents I've ever seen: detailed, comprehensive, and thorough enough to even include outstanding balances and due dates for every vendor. She knew every contract detail better than we did. Maybe even better than the vendors who wrote the contracts! Looking at it, I remember thinking: "ohhh, this is why people hire planners." Angela didn’t just execute. She had taste and judgment. When our programs didn't fit the napkins as planned, she didn't just solve the problem. She came up with a solution that looked better than the original. When the rental company showed up with one too few tables, she rearranged things so seamlessly that no one noticed. As the groom, I can tell you: I felt completely taken care of. I could exhale and enjoy my day. I cannot overstate how *valuable* that was. Angela has this rare ability to run everything on a precise schedule while improvising masterfully when the moment calls for it. Equal parts conductor and jazz musician. “There are truly not enough words to thank Clemence for making our dreams come to life. She was the PERFECT choice for us, and our wedding became a reality because of her. Booking a full-service planner is a HUGE decision. Out of all the vendors to choose, your planner is the one you spend the most time with. When we got engaged, we interviewed over 10 planners, and the decision for us was SO easy. Clemence brings both calm excitement and organized vision to every conversation. She is so thoughtful and receptive, but also knows how to get it all done. And every vendor she recommended for us was absolutely INCREDIBLE. We had such an positive experience from photos, DJ, content, florals, catering, makeup.... it truly was a dream team thanks to her choices!! On our wedding weekend, Clemence was at our beck and call. She was 10 steps of me (already a Type A person), knowing exactly what I needed before I would even ask. Not only did she keep everything on track, she made sure we had the best day of our lives by keeping the vibes high and really just caring for us on a deeply personal level. Most importantly, I never had to worry about our wedding day. I am sure 1000 things went wrong that I still do not know happened. I often struggle to let go (veryyyy Type A), and this was truly one of the few days I just radiated happiness and was able to relax. “Kate was an absolutely incredible wedding coordinator. We hired her as our day-of coordinator for our wedding at Falkner Winery in Temecula, and she went far above and beyond what I expected from a day-of coordinator. From the moment we booked her, she put me completely at ease. She is reliable, communicative, organized, kind, and exceptionally good at what she does. As an event planner in my professional life, planning the wedding itself came naturally to me, but I was nervous about handing over all of the details on the actual wedding day. “Hiring Stephanie Wooding and Best Day Ever was the reason we were able to actually enjoy our wedding day. We met with other planners, but Stephanie stood out right away — she’s warm, grounded, and incredibly organized. From the start, she made the process feel less overwhelming and helped us make smart decisions without pressure. Leading up to the wedding, Stephanie helped us stay focused, keep all the details moving, and feel confident that nothing would fall through the cracks. Then, about a month out, we transitioned to her associate Jenn Anderson as our day-of coordinator. We were a little nervous about switching that close to the wedding, but it ended up being seamless. Stephanie clearly set Jenn up for success, and Jenn was phenomenal — calm, proactive, and completely unflappable. “Planning a wedding from across the country felt overwhelming at times, but working with Olivia Johnson at Amor Atelier made the entire process so much easier. We booked her 90-day coordination package for our wedding at Rancho Bernardo Inn in San Diego, and it ended up being one of the best decisions we made. From our very first consultation, Olivia stood out. She didn’t treat the call like a sales pitch — she took the time to genuinely get to know us, understand our vision, and learn what mattered most to us. We immediately felt like she cared about making our wedding special, even though we were only booking the 90-day package. She also has a fantastic eye for design and quickly understood the overall look and feel I wanted for the wedding. Throughout the planning process, Olivia was incredibly organized, proactive, and responsive. She helped guide us through decisions when we were feeling indecisive or getting close to deadlines. Even though vendor sourcing technically wasn’t part of our package, she still went out of her way to help us find both our florist and my makeup artist. Her recommendations were spot on — especially our florist, who was able to execute our vision beautifully while staying within our budget. On the wedding day, Olivia and her team handled everything seamlessly. She managed the timeline, coordinated vendors, oversaw setup and breakdown, and shielded us from any stress so we could fully enjoy the day. When plans had to change on the spot, she stayed calm, flexible, and kept everything moving smoothly. At one point during the wedding I wasn’t feeling well, and Olivia immediately stepped in to support me and help come up with solutions so the day could continue comfortably. She also helped us make thoughtful decisions in real time — for example, when our photographer and videographer started going over their scheduled time, she clearly explained our options and helped us extend just long enough to capture dancing footage without adding unnecessary costs. By the day of the wedding, I trusted Olivia completely. She and her assistants were always available for whatever we needed, and everything ran incredibly smoothly because of them. She even made sure all of our personal items were carefully packed and brought back to our room after the event. Our venue required us to hire a planner, and initially we planned to choose the least expensive option because we felt confident handling most things ourselves. I’m so glad we didn’t. Olivia filled in so many gaps we didn’t even realize existed and brought creativity, problem-solving, and a calm professionalism that made a huge difference. If you’re considering working with Olivia, I cannot recommend her enough. She was thoughtful, organized, calming, and truly invested in making our wedding day the best it could possibly be. Sam provided wonderful guidance to build out an appropriate timeline with flexibility for unexpected bumps in the road. She was also fantastic in providing us with shopping lists of supplies we would need to provide for a well-rounded bar selection, which would be enough for our guests to enjoy during the entire event. Sam made sure to coordinate all the vendors and staff like an orchestra, which allowed us to have a great time at our wedding. Overall, Sam has several years of experience in the wedding planning/coordinating industry and she really brought her A-game to show it. “Jess and the whole Sweet Blossom team are absolutely incredible. I'm a very type-A person so needed everything to be absolutely perfect - and to say it was perfect would be an understatement. Everyone in my life told me that something at some point wouldn't be what we planned or expected, something would go wrong (big or small), but it never did. Jess and her team of amazing assistants made sure everything was perfect, ran back to my room more than once to get things I'd forgotten, and never made me feel bad about it. During the planning process, Jess set up multiple calls with us, especially in the last 6 months, and always came prepared with a list of things to talk through, things we needed to be thinking about, and the comprehensive spreadsheet she put together for us was an absolute game changer. “10/04/25 Krystal and her assistant ;) , were our “day of” coordinating team, even tho Krystal was putting in work weeks before the day. The second they arrived, my stress level decreased by 10000%. They walked in the room and said, hey we’re here! And got started. This was a diy wedding basically so they had to deal with all the coordinators I had booked plus the timeline of the day. Without them idk if anything I planned would have work lol! 10/10 recommend. They were also fun additions to the day as people and I enjoyed hanging out with them ! “I can't say enough great things about Miranda and her team! From our first conversation, we immediately connected with her and she already felt like a friend. She quickly understood our vision for our wedding and what was important to us. She encouraged us to make it very personal and unique--she never shot down any weird ideas we might've had but also brought an experienced perspective, while also keeping us on track with all of the little details and scheduling. She was so well-organized and professional while also keeping things stress-free, light, and fun. There were no questions too big, too small, or too personal with all the drama that can come with such a big event. Miranda was easy to reach via text/email, and took the initiative to reach out and schedule check-ins when needed to make sure we stayed on track with the huge to-do list that comes with a wedding. Her vendor recommendations & other suggestions were awesome, but she also respected a couple of the areas where we found our own vendors with no questions asked. She truly helped us get every detail settled, down to the napkins and our catering order details. She took all the stress off once we got to the month of and leading up to the wedding day, confirming with our vendors so we didn't have to worry about it whatsoever. Our wedding day went seamlessly thanks to her--it sounds cliche but it was the most fun and beautiful day ever and we were able to really enjoy it thanks to Miranda. We couldn't have asked for a better planner and I would recommend her to anyone getting married in the SD area! She also helped us with signage for the day-of and did a beautiful job at a super reasonable price.”

“If I could give Dre and her team 6/5 stars I would. I cannot recommend Heart & Sol Events enough!! She was one of the first vendors I rushed to secure because I saw firsthand what an incredible job she did for 3 of my friend's weddings. Her professionalism, communication, follow-through and knowledge is unmatched. We weren't even aware of the hiccups that happened at our wedding until after it was done because she quickly resolved every issue without being asked. We're forever grateful for everything she did for us. It was challenging not living locally working very demanding jobs to get everything planned, but we never felt the stress because of Dre. She stepped in to help with vendors, recommendations and whatever we needed. Nothing scares or intimidates this woman, and no ask was too big. You'll be so happy you went with Heart & Sol!!”

“My husband and I didn’t know when we first started wedding planning that we would end up needing to change venues and find a wedding coordinator last minute, after already booking all our other vendors and planning a majority of the details. Karen was an answered prayer and thankfully was available to help us out with a 2 months Day-of Coordination package. Once she hopped on and worked with us two months out, we instantly felt relief & confidence that our special day was in good hands. Communication was great, her organization, her attention to detail and quick problem solving is unmatched. And she only works with the best - her assistant was just as amazing. Karen has a true eye for talent AND she genuinely cares! She has a special way of connecting with everyone and making you laugh and feel at ease even when the unexpected comes up. The wedding day came and everything went smoothly and beautifully! Karen was the glue between us, the guests, the vendors and our venue. We’re still waiting for our photography and videography to come back but from what friends and family have shared, they did an amazing job putting together the decor and all the details! My husband and I were in complete bliss and don’t think we ever had a worry during the day. It was funny because post-wedding, my husband and I were talking about how we should’ve hired a content creator because we were feeling so impatient with waiting for our photographer and videographer edits. Only to log onto Instagram moments later to see some beautiful stories from Karen and her assistant! AMAZING There is not enough money or reviews to thank Karen and her team enough. Karen is absolutely the best. In the words of my husband, she is the GOAT. He literally told me “You can give her all our money.” and honestly if we could start over, we would have hired and paid her for the Full Planning package for her expertise from beginning to end!”
