“I found Alexa on the Knot and booked her for Monarch’s full wedding planning package as my husband & I were planning a wedding outside of Chicago in an unconventional venue, 9 months away, and lived in another state. It was a big challenge but from the initial consultation, we loved Alexa’s energy, organization, commitment and just knew we could trust her with our once in a lifetime event. The planning process was extremely organized, thorough and well-paced. She matched my attention to detail, tackled unplanned challenges with ferocity (which included a limited selection of vendors given the location of our venue) and was as dedicated to bringing my very specific vision to life as I was. From the beggining, Lauren and Christina took the reins and kept us moving forward meeting the deadlines we needed to. They helped us find the 5 vendors we selected, vetted them, got us to the prices we needed for each service, and stayed in touch with them along the way. Our wedding day coordinator Christina met with us in person at the venue, and twice over the phone (One of them with our photographer) to nail down the timeline of the day. She listened to our wants but more importantly kept us honest about what was possible and how long things would take. The day of the wedding Christina was simply amazing. She cooly worked under pressure both at the hotel and the church to get everyone ready to go on time. You can’t coordinate at the church without a coordinator or everything going thru Bridge/Groom. Then she went to the venue and worked quickly to get everything we wanted setup in just the right way. One there she kept us on schedule, herded the bridal party and our family, and kept the 2 of us on schedule. She always met us with a smile and 2 drinks when we needed them. She goes way above and beyond for all of her clients and I could tell by working with her throughout the process for the entire year along that we worked with Traci. To be honest we actually miss her because she was solving not only wedding problems, but other issues as well Put it this way Traci will make sure that you have exactly what you want but she will go and take it 10 steps further! I would recommend her to anyone I know having any type of event!”

She coordinated a couple intros zooms, got in touch with our venue and all of our vendors beforehand and brought us solutions when we realized we were going to be rained on.
