I’m fairly certain I will never be able to find the words to describe how grateful I am for having Ruban Bleu as our wedding planner.After getting engaged and prior to kicking-off planning in any capacity, I connected with a few different planners and ruban bleu was the standout – by far. I did not have a super clear vision of my wedding, and did not know where to start, and they put me right at ease and lead us through the entire experience. Now, a bit over a month after our wedding, I am still gushing about how everything turned out. Everyone says something major always goes awry at your wedding and to just expect that….as of now I can’t think of a single thing that went remotely wrong at our wedding! Jaylynn is the most incredible wedding planner and person. Jaylynn truly is a professional, an artist, a visionary, and expert in all things wedding. She was truly the best decision that we made in the wedding planning. If you don't read any further than this, just know that you need to hire her for your wedding. In our early planning phases, we thought we could do it alone. But we quickly became stressed and overwhelmed with so many options and open questions. We interviewed Jaylynn and immediately fell in love with her warm and positive energy. It was an easy decision. Within a few months of working with Jaylynn, we found all of our amazing vendors. Our DJ, photo booth, hairstylist and baker came from Jaylynn. On our own, it would have taken months to find. With Jaylynn, it was a breeze. She introduced us to DJ Miss Haze, who is the most incredible DJ, and Nicole Bendig-Lamb, who made the most delicious cake. She also introduced us to Guiding Mountain Lion Dance, who gave us an unforgettable performance. These vendors were not only great at their craft, but also wonderful and kind people. Leading up to the wedding, Jaylynn resolved so many problems for us. The week of our wedding, a huge snow storm hit Colorado. She sprang into action, helping us to redo our timeline. We had to cancel our rehearsal dinner, so she helped us rehearse the day of the wedding, and got us into top shape in less than thirty minutes. We had an issue with a hairstylist, and she was able to talk to them and help us get a refund in less than 12 hours. The wedding day was perfect. Her team decorated the venue with so much eye for detail. She also designed our wedding website, signage, and much of our decor, and it was exactly what we wanted. The wedding day was perfectly smooth, despite the snow. It was such a joyful, perfect day. Many of my friends and family remarked on how incredible Jaylynn and her team were. I know I'm going to sound like a broken record if you read all the reviews for TGT but they were hands down the best decision we made for our wedding. I work in a field that requires coordinating large events and admittedly wondered if we realllly needed a coordinator and let me tell you we DID. Lauren and Haleigh were a dream to work with. They were spreadsheet masterminds - skilled at organizing my thoughts and ideas and dreams for the day and helping when we got closer to identify what the next step was. Do yourself and your family (and anyone who will be receiving the bulk of your phone calls and texts about wedding dets) a favor, and book TGT! Truly couldn't have done it without them!

Lizzie jumped in as our wedding planner midway through the planning process and didn’t miss a beat! She made every part of the process so seamless. She really took the time to get to know us and our style/preferences and recommended vendors that fit our needs perfectly. We got married at Mill Pond Estate last month (March 2026), with our rehearsal dinner and welcome party at Hotel Haya. I feel like the only two absolute necessities for your wedding weekend are the person you’re in love with and Wilder Mind Events. I cannot imagine planning and having a wedding without them. When we first got engaged, I was extremely intimidated at the idea of planning a wedding for 120-150 people and had no idea how to make it all come together. There are so many moving parts and options, and you just want everything to be perfect, it’s very overwhelming. For a stressy girl like myself, I needed a team I could trust completely, and that is what I got. Demi was a godsend for keeping us on track with booking vendors and putting things on our radar that we didn’t even know we needed. The day of the wedding she was like a fairy god mother getting me anything I needed and making sure the timeline stayed perfectly on track. Delaney is an absolute pro at bringing a cohesive look together across the whole venue. It’s like she reaches into your brain and pulls out a vision you want but can’t properly describe with words, then brings it to life on your special day. Everything turned out even more beautiful in real life than I was imagining it. We took every recommendation they provided for vendors, and ended up being SO happy with every single one. It felt like they all were part of a single company how seamlessly they all worked together. I couldn’t believe how many people came up to me towards the end of the night or the next day and told me that it was the best wedding they had ever been to. Like, when one person says that you think they’re being nice or maybe they haven’t been to a lot of weddings but SO many people told us that. I was like wait… did we just throw the best wedding ever?? WME crafted the most beautiful, fun, organized, well-planned day for us and our guests. 11/10 recommend if you want to have a wedding day you will actually enjoy instead of stress over.

We hired Laura and Co. for our wedding, and we’d do it all over again. We chose a package for photo, video, and day of coordination. Our photos? Framed and displayed all over the house within hours of receiving them. The videos? Watched as often as you read your child a bedtime story. The day of? Amazing, lovely, smooth as a babies butt. We had bumps throughout planning and they were quickly resolved, we had bumps the day of, and we were able to sit back and laugh about it because we knew we were in good hands. This was the first wedding within both of our families in over ten years so we had lots of questions and i always knew i could lean on Laura and Co. to answer! As we are now almost two months after our big day we still chat and laugh about the big day. If you are not only looking for an amazing company to work with but a friend after the fact, i highly recommend working with them!

Summary/TLDR:  We had a big wedding with a lot of complex personal decor set up and Kimberly and Travis went above and beyond! Lessen your stress and book her! Full review: My now husband and I had a big wedding at the Disneyland Hotel, and Disney does not handle any personal floral or decor, so we knew we would need help!  We hired Kimberly for her full day of coordination service for things not provided by Disney, and it was one of the best decisions we made.  When I first reached out, she responded quickly to let me know of her services and to set up a call. I was already pretty set on hiring her from the reviews I'd seen, but the call was also extremely helpful! After hearing about our details, she recommended a DJ for us to request from Disney, who was absolutely perfect for our wedding! In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Kimberly checked in to see how I was doing and if I needed help with anything, even though I had only hired her for the day of coordination, which was so kind and thoughtful!  We had a large wedding with over 250 guests, and our bridal party was huge as well, so there were a lot of moving parts.  I was pretty frantic the morning of our wedding as I had overslept with so much left to do. Kimberly was so helpful with everything - and really helped reduce and lessen my stress, which as anyone getting married would know, is priceless! Kimberly and her husband handled all of our personal items so well! Several of which had to be set up multiple times (e.g for the ceremony and then for cocktail hour or for cocktail hour and for the reception). We had multiple guestbooks, some of which had multiple parts, multiple card boxes, favors for each family that had to be set up alphabetically (150 bags), a huge memorial table full of pictures that I wanted set up in a very specific way, reserved row signs, a welcome sign, Filipino shawls for the wedding godmothers, custom bar signs, Venmo signs for the money dance etc. We also enlisted their help last minute to help guide people to their table for the reception because of the way our seating chart was set up. Some cousins were supposed to help with that but got caught up in the moment and forgot! But Kimberly and Travis handled it themselves and made sure everything went smoothly! At the end of the night, she and Travis made sure to pack up all of our personal items and bring them back to our getting ready room.  Kimberly and Travis also worked seamlessly with the Disney staff and other vendors! After the reception ended, I realized I had lost track of my Disney bouquet, to which I had attached irreplaceable sentimental items, and Kimberly, who was on her way home, texted our Disney day of coordinator to help us find it in the nick of time!!  If Kimberly was this fantastic with just day of service, I can't even imagine how incredible she is with full planning. I absolutely recommend her to anyone and everyone! Brides and grooms - do yourself a favor and hire Her!

My husband and I got married on 6/15/2024. I handled majority of our wedding planning, but as an OCD bride, my biggest anxiety was not being able to be hands on for the day of our wedding. How much does a wedding planner cost?
