My name is Jennette and I would love to be a part of your special day! I got into wedding coordinating on accident! One random day a few years ago, one of my friends asked if I would assist her in a few of her weddings. From that day on, I have been working weddings and my interest in them grew! My company is named after my beloved doggie, Lilo. She is a boxer mix hound, and she is surely a sassy one! She is lively, fierce and isn't afraid to have a good time. My vision for Lilo Weddings is to deliver a stress free and memorable event while working side by side with amazing vendors on the couple's wedding day!

Excellent Wedding Planner
We hired Lilo Weddings to help coordinate starting 2 months out from our wedding and Jennette and her team made it so easy. From our first conversation, Jennette asked thoughtful questions about what we wanted and kept us updated every step of the way. When rain started pouring right before I walked down the aisle, she jumped into action—moving our guests inside and protecting our paper items from getting ruined. The whole situation lasted about ten minutes, but her quick thinking kept everything on track so we could move back outside and have the ceremony we'd planned. The complimentary decorations she offered were gorgeous and saved us money too. We can't say enough good things about Jennette and her team, and we'd absolutely recommend Lilo Weddings to any couple.

Jennette is Awesome
My wife and I weren't sure we even needed a wedding planner, but Jennette from Lilo Weddings completely changed our minds. She stayed in touch with us throughout the whole process and answered every question we had right away with detailed answers. On the day of the wedding, she was there setting up and making sure every detail was just right, even though it was hot outside and she never complained once. You could tell how much she cared about us and our special day. She went above and beyond to make everything perfect, and it was so worth having her on our team. We can't thank Jennette enough for all she did for us.

Stress-free planning and flawless day-of execution
We hired Lilo Weddings as our coordinator in the lead up to our big day and it was such a great decision. From our first planning call, Jennette was organized, warm, and completely on top of every detail with a thorough shared spreadsheet with multiple tabs and templates we could fill in to keep *all* the logistics organized together. She also offers wedding decor (like card boxes, a customizable mirror, table numbers, etc.) and vetted vendor recommendations/discount perks. The weather forecast leading up to our wedding kept changing quite dramatically each day and Jennette helped us manage every contingency plan with the venue and vendors. She handled all email communications with all of our vendors with such a calm, professional, and positive attitude that we never felt stressed for even a second and always felt that she was advocating for us and our vision. On the day of, we were delighted to have both Jennette and Bobbie on site. They are a wonderfully complementary duo, who kept the timeline flowing seamlessly and made sure everyone knew where to go and everything looked incredible. Bobbie even helped with creating little booklets for our vows so they weren’t just stray pieces of paper—those types of little details kept the ceremony looking polished and intentional. Loved having this team by our side for our wedding—we highly recommend this team!

Jennette - the best coordinator
Jennette is amazing! If you're looking for a wedding coordinator who truly understands both Vietnamese and American weddings—or weddings in general—don't hesitate to work with her. We booked her 2 Months of Coordination package, and she went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day ran smoothly. She was always available to answer questions, offer advice, and help us solve any problems along the way. She understood how stressful wedding planning can be and made us feel supported every step of the process. Jennette also provided rental décor and tea ceremony decorations, which were a huge help for our Vietnamese tea ceremony. Her experience with multicultural weddings made everything so much easier. She is incredibly organized and detail-oriented (definitely Type A!), which was exactly what we needed. My husband and I planned our wedding in just 4–5 months, and we truly couldn't have done it without her guidance. A special thank you to her assistant, Lucia, as well. Jennette and Lucia worked so well together, and their teamwork made our wedding day feel seamless. Their entire team was professional, organized, and always one step ahead, allowing us and our families to truly enjoy the day without worrying about the details. We highly recommend Jennette and her team to anyone looking for a coordinator who will keep your wedding organized, stress-free, and running seamlessly. Jennette and her team were absolutely incredible in planning our wedding. She was extremely helpful, patient, and made such an incredible day happen.
