“Capstone occassions made our wedding day absolute magic. I started the planning process on my own but got stuck and unmotivated because i felt overwhelmed/not entirely sure what was next. Tia jumped in and helped me get excited about the process again and accomplish the tasks in order of importance and made sure it was a day that both Mike (my now husband) and I envisioned and wanted to make it special for us. Because of her experience she has so many friends in the business. I appreciated she recommended vendors based on who the two of us are and what we were looking for and within our budget (and ways to save). She thinks about EVERYTHING! Things we never would have considered on our own. My favorite being the sunset photos of me and my husband. He doesn’t like pictures but he loved how they turned out. Not only that, she makes sure it’s a seamless process and day that’s stress free. My mom was so grateful to be able to let loose and relax and could not say enough about how instrumental Tia and her team were to make the day so beautiful and coordinating with all the vendors so we didn’t have to. Day before the wedding, I was honestly a mess and left our name tags at my office and a few other prints including labels and a mock up picture of what we were thinking. So, we had to last minute hand write the name tags and in a rush left unorganized and unlabeled bins for them to sort out. My brain was all over the place and it didn’t occur to me until too late but when we walked in, it was even better than I imagined. They really went the extra mile and made everything picture perfect. Our friends and family were so impressed and we’re still getting compliments to this day. Thank you Tia and the Capstone Occassions team! You are fun to work with, easy to get along with (even some of our craziest family members), hardworking, magician ninjas (for all the stuff you do behind the scenes we will never even know about- thank you). “My husband and I hired Bailee as our day of coordinator and we cannot express how grateful and appreciative we are of her on our big day! In the beginning, we were very hesitant to hire a day of coordinator, we thought that we could handle it ourselves and with our venue coordinator. Although our venue coordinator was outstanding, we thought having an extra hand would be helpful. Our first initial contact with Bailee was inviting and comfortable. She was so kind and knowledgeable. We hired her for day of coordination but she went above and beyond that. She was so helpful with our timeline, asking questions that we would have never thought of to get us prepared, and making sure she was available for any questions we may have had. “Jennifer and her team were involved with our pre-wedding planning and handled coordination day-of, and I’m so glad we chose her for our special day. Jennifer was responsive, attentive, and wonderful to work with overall. We had over 170 guests with a large number of vendors, and just 8 months to plan everything. I’ll be honest, this event would not have been possible without her. She helped keep planning organized and on time, lead the charge on creating the timeline and coordinating scheduling with all the vendors, and was always there to answer questions, give recommendations, and handle last minute changes as they arose. “During my bridal era I opted out of having a bridal party. Usually Bridal parties help the bride and groom the day of, with small tasks. Even after hiring a coordinator I quickly realized that I would need personal help the day, of as I knew my family would be too focused on enjoying themselves. That’s when I found Jordyne on the wisconsin brides Facebook page. I didn’t need to interview her, she advertised her services professionally on her facebook page and that’s all I needed to know. I hired Jordyne to be my bridal assistant the day of but she was so much more. She wore so many hats and worked very well with the wedding vendor team. Even if you think you can do it all, like me. Get the bridal assistant / coordinator, because truth is you can’t. I was very Type A & things did arise that needed attention that day. But Jordyne handled it all, that I didn’t even feel an ounce of stress. She was there to run to the Airbnb and back to the chapel for my bouquet when I forgot it, 5 minutes before the ceremony. She packed up all my belongings from the airbnb and transported it to my car after the ceremony. She cleaned up the broken glasses when the champagne tower fell apart. She was there to help clean up my dress when I got foundation on it from my tattoo cover up. She helped zip up my dress when the zipper got stuck and adjust my under skirt. She went ABOVE & BEYOND. She was there to provide full support and reassurance. Every bride needs reassurance . Jordyne’s services were worth every penny! I would recommend her to every bride. You won’t be disappointed.”

“I knew from our first conversation that Tee was going to be exactly what I needed in a planner and coordinator! I booked Full service wedding planning as well as Day of Coordinator. The Planning process was sooo smooth. We collaborated but honestly she did all of the leg work. I just had to make payments to vendors and say yes LOL she is very budget friendly and mindful. She didn’t try to break the bank when we were selecting vendors. Day of….i still don’t know what she did but everything flowed smoothly! She did everything in the background to make our day perfect! She checked in on my husband and i to gage our needs as well. We enjoyed our day worry free. Book her, you need her level of calmness, professionalism and expertise. Thanks again Tee!! “Amber is the best choice you can make for your day. We hired her as a day of coordinator. What we got was so much more. There was so many elements we had no idea about that amber held our hand through and just handled. We thought the florals were the decor. How wrong we were thank goodness we had Amber and her collection of candles to complete our room and make it perfect. In addition she went half with us on the chuppah and built it and kept it for her future brides to rent. Literally, any way amber could make our lives easier or better she did. She took on all the communications with our vendors at the 6 month mark. If something went wrong on our wedding day my husband and I couldn’t tell you. Amber made the day flow so seamlessly. She went so far above to the point where she literally took care of over 50 butterflies that my mom sent to her the week before our wedding for a release. She told me she was ensuring they stayed alive and got them there in their envelops the day of. While also keeping it a secret from everyone. I also told her multiple times when it comes time for my future children’s bar/bat mitzvahs and any other large parties she will have to branch out from weddings because I will trust no one else with those big days but her. Amber is a calming presence and becomes a friend by the time your big day comes along. I could go on forever. I could not recommend her enough. She makes all your crazy wants and desires happen.”

She’s a problem solver with an incredible ability to put solutions into place that eliminate any issues that crop up.
