Where do I even begin? Hiring her was hands down the best decision we made for our wedding. From day one, Bridget truly thought of everything. Every detail, every deadline, every moving part — she had it covered. She walked us through every step and had amazing advice. When our venue unexpectedly canceled on us just two months before the wedding, we were completely overwhelmed. She immediately went into action mode, pivoted seamlessly, and helped us secure a new plan without missing a beat. What could have been a disaster turned into just another hurdle she expertly handled. We were based in San Francisco, and she is based in the greater Seattle area — and distance was never an issue. She scheduled calls whenever we needed, reached out to vendors, and followed up consistently to keep everyone aligned. She even flew down to SF twice during the planning process and then arrived early the week of the wedding to make sure everything was perfectly in place. That level of dedication meant the world to us. She reminded us about payments and deadlines and caught so many little things we absolutely would have forgotten. Her organization and proactive communication gave us so much peace of mind throughout the entire process. One thing that meant so much to me personally was how supportive she was of my DIY projects. She encouraged me to be creative and never once made me feel like I was adding extra work. I know some planners prefer to limit DIY elements, but she fully embraced them — and then set everything up absolutely perfectly. Every detail looked even better than I imagined. I truly think that level of flexibility and support is rare. On the wedding day, she struck the perfect balance of being flexible while still keeping us right on schedule. Any issue that came up was handled calmly and professionally — we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. All vendors were well-informed, coordinated, and prepared. She even created and printed a detailed binder with everything from schedules and song lists to seating charts — the level of preparation was incredible. We are beyond grateful for her. She is not only an amazing planner but an even better person. Her calm presence, organization, and genuine care made all the difference. I truly cannot sing her praises enough. If you’re wondering whether she can handle your wedding, no matter your location, the answer is absolutely yes. She flawlessly executed our day, and we would choose Bridget again in a heartbeat.

We booked Sheeco Weddings—specifically Nicole—as our day-of coordinator, and we truly couldn’t recommend Nicole or the Sheeco team more. The way they structure their coordination services was an absolute dream. Starting about a month before the wedding, we began meeting with Nicole, and she took the time to truly get to know everything: our vendors, décor, family dynamics, and all the little details that make a wedding run smoothly. She created our full timeline and took over communication with all of our vendors, which was such a huge relief. The level of detail she thought through was incredible—things we never would have considered on our own. Having someone so organized and supportive leading up to the big day relieved so much stress. We had a very DIY wedding, with a lot of moving parts. All vendors were booked individually, and we brought in all of our décor ourselves—candles, hurricane glasses, table linens, napkins, cutlery, cups, name cards, signage for the bar, seating chart, welcome sign, and even our cake table (since we picked up the cake ourselves). Nicole and her assistant executed that vision perfectly—truly above and beyond our expectations. Everything was set up beautifully and exactly how we had imagined it. Because of Nicole and the Sheeco team, my husband and I, our families, and our wedding party were able to completely relax and be fully present on our wedding day. I knew that if anything came up, it would be handled seamlessly. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better day-of coordination/wedding management package. Nicole and Sheeco Events are absolutely worth it—hands down the best decision we made for our wedding.

My wife and I met Abigale while she was helping my wife’s sister and brother in law with their wedding. She did an amazing job planning and coordinating the whole thing. So well in fact after I proposed to my wife we knew from the start we’d enlist the help of Abigale and Elaborate Events. I can say without any hesitation Abigale had her work cut out with us as her clients. We both have very busy work schedules and are both lacking in the imagination and decorating abilities. We knew what we wanted (thank you Pinterest) but had no idea how to make it a reality. Abigale’s attention to detail, patience, positivity and encouragement really kept us on track and in high spirits. At times wedding planning is stressful and overwhelming. Aimee and Norma were absolutely the dream team. If you’re looking for coordinators with experience, coordinators who will actually put in the work to do all the setup tasks you ask of them and keep you on schedule throughout your day, and make your wedding absolutely stunning—look no further. These guys were worth every dollar. (And they were affordable!) They were always available and responsive. We hired them as month-of/day-of coordinators but they really went above and beyond. They never pushed their vision or agenda, they worked with us to get to know what we wanted and really helped us execute that plan. Aimee had a family emergency on the day of our wedding and it was no problem because Norma stepped in and just blew us away with all she did for us. We can’t thank or recommend these two enough. If you’re looking for a coordinator or a planner, work with these guys.

We used Wild Pinnaple Events for our big day and I cannot say enough amazing things about Hannah! From start to finish, she made sure every single detail was flawless and that I could actually enjoy my day without stress. Our wedding was on a tight budget, but from what I researched, I knew that having an experienced day of coordinator was something I could NOT do without. Hannah met the mark AND we didn't break the bank. Hannah handled everything like a total pro! Even when some of my family members tried to jump into photos while we were still shooting wedding party photos, she stepped in before it became disrupted and smoothed it over seamlessly!! And when one of my bridesmaids suddenly got sick during the reception (later we found out she was pregnant with twins!), Hannah instantly jumped into action. She took care of everything behind the scenes so that I never had to worry. She genuinely saved the day. She is thoughtful, resourceful, incredibly detail-oriented, and has a calm but confident presence that makes everyone feel at ease. We hired Krista and the team at Kita events to manage our wedding day with the Gold Key package - it was worth every penny! Krista was an absolute pleasure to work with. She’s knowledgeable, organized, and helpful. You can tell she’s seasoned, and it put me at ease. We had a couple situations that needed creative problem solving and she just took care of it, made the calls, and found a solution. She was available and responsive, her proactive communication was so appreciated. The lead-up planning was top-notch. Then her rehearsal and day-of management were even more fantastic. Krista has a warm, calm, and positive energy - exactly what a bride needs on her big weekend. She led the rehearsal so eloquently - our wedding party (who have been in many weddings) was super impressed. On the wedding day she was behind the scenes making everything flow, coordinating with all of the vendors - I didn’t have to lift a finger. The run-of-show was seamless, she was in lock-step with our venue manager, photographer, DJ, and various musicians. And to close, after a long day (we had a New Year’s Eve wedding so it went late!), she and her team broke down and aggregated our rentals, and packed up our personal decor (there was a lot). I cannot recommend Kita Events more, we had a wonderful experience.

Victoria and Lexi were amazing and I could not have had my dream wedding without them. Victoria is kind, has a great sense of humor, is super easy going, an excellent communicator, and is incredible at her job! I was already pretty overwhelmed on my wedding day because of the event itself, so there's no way I could have made it through without Victoria taking care of all the details. I also had a pretty small floral budget, but Lexi absolutely nailed it and I had so many guests comment on how beautiful and elegant everything was. Thank you!!!
