Every single person we talked to from Lindsay Mackey, their amazing manger and our first contact to the hotel-block assistant was a joy to work with, communicative and helpful. The workbook, spreadsheets, and connections with other coordinators and vendors made the whole wedding planning process more enjoyable and streamlined. We chose the Day of Coordination and are very grateful to have had Hanh as our wedding coordinator! Hanh is worth her weight in gold! With Day of Coordination we received not only ten hours of custom coordination from the wonderfully efficient and empathic Hanh, we also had the help of her assistant. I loved that with SEG we had a whole team of magnifically organized, thorough and compassionate individuals to support us in executing our dream wedding. Once we had submitted our information Lindsay contacted us to go over all of the things included in wedding planning. From our first meeting throughout the whole time before the wedding and for the duration of our wedding itself Hanh was both our wedding angel and ninja rolled all into one. I had done a lot of the initial setting up vendors, but as soon as she could she took over as my contact person. “My wedding was June 11th and Jordyne being our Day of Coordinator was truly a huge part of why I can look back on the day with all the joy everyone hopes to experience. She maintained excellent communication in the months leading up to the big day via text and calls when I was stressed and spiraling. She asked insightful questions about aspects that I hadn’t even considered, so we had a clear idea of how the wedding day would unfold. Although we live about an hour away from West Bend, we picked our venue specifically for the beautiful outdoor cermony area. When it became clear that there would be thunderstorms and a high chance of tornadoes the day before and on the wedding day itself, she stepped up to transform the less than ideal (leaking) basement into what became a truly beautiful space. She used our leftover florals and battery powered candles to design new aisle decor since the original couldn’t be used indoors while also helping me not have a panic attack. She also suggested something that let us still spend some time outside, which ended up being the most special part of the day and gave us wonderful photos of our first look. From making sure we ate, to helping me to dance the Cupid Shuffle in my big dress after the bustle broke, She Was A Lifesaver. Jordyne and her lovely assisant were one of the best choices I made during the wedding planning process and I highly recommend her to anyone who feels overwhelmed, in over their head or just needs an excellent hype girl/wonderful person in their corner.”

“We worked with Kara from Camellia Co. Events for our wedding, and she was honestly amazing. We hired her as our “month-of” coordinator. Leading up to the wedding, she was super easy to communicate with and always quick to respond. She was so patient and helpful every single time, and I always felt like she genuinely cared and wanted to help however she could. She also worked with our budget and was very reasonable and flexible, which we really appreciated. On the wedding day, Kara was calm, organized, and made sure everything ran smoothly. We didn’t have to stress about anything, which made such a huge difference—we were actually able to relax and truly enjoy the day. Multiple people commented afterward on how calm I was and how beautiful the wedding was (and that I was not a bridezilla at all ). I truly believe that peace came from God—He gave both me and my husband such a sense of calm that day. And honestly, Kara felt like such a Godsend in that process. “Amber is the best choice you can make for your day. We hired her as a day of coordinator. What we got was so much more. There was so many elements we had no idea about that amber held our hand through and just handled. We thought the florals were the decor. How wrong we were thank goodness we had Amber and her collection of candles to complete our room and make it perfect. In addition she went half with us on the chuppah and built it and kept it for her future brides to rent. Literally, any way amber could make our lives easier or better she did. She took on all the communications with our vendors at the 6 month mark. If something went wrong on our wedding day my husband and I couldn’t tell you. Amber made the day flow so seamlessly. She went so far above to the point where she literally took care of over 50 butterflies that my mom sent to her the week before our wedding for a release. She told me she was ensuring they stayed alive and got them there in their envelops the day of. While also keeping it a secret from everyone. I also told her multiple times when it comes time for my future children’s bar/bat mitzvahs and any other large parties she will have to branch out from weddings because I will trust no one else with those big days but her. Amber is a calming presence and becomes a friend by the time your big day comes along. I could go on forever. I could not recommend her enough. She makes all your crazy wants and desires happen.”
