“We hired Johnna as our day of coordinator for our wedding and she was truly such an angel to work with. Her pricing is more than reasonable for the services she provides and she was always super quick to respond. She was so sweet, reassuring, and helpful through the entire process. Even in the months leading up to the wedding, she would reach out to check in and offered to handle any tasks or communication that I needed help with. She took the time to plan phone calls with me even when I just needed someone to listen to everything going on in my mind with the planning process. Jennifer was responsive, attentive, and wonderful to work with overall. We had over 170 guests with a large number of vendors, and just 8 months to plan everything. I’ll be honest, this event would not have been possible without her. She helped keep planning organized and on time, lead the charge on creating the timeline and coordinating scheduling with all the vendors, and was always there to answer questions, give recommendations, and handle last minute changes as they arose. On the day of the wedding, she and her team did a wonderful job setting up, coordinating with the venue/vendors, taking care of us and our guests, and keeping the event running smoothly and on time. One important note is her team stayed late to help with tear down, which is something they did not have to do but did anyway. Any issue we had, Alex was there to talk us through it and give guidance. We would only have to describe something to her once and she would "just get it" and be able to execute flawlessly. Every decision she made day-of (because there will ALWAYS be some small decisions that have to be made) was better executed than if we had thought about how to do it ourselves. One of our only regret in working with Alex was that we didn't just have her do full-planning for us. Cannot recommend Redwood's enough, you'll be in the most experienced and safest hands possible.”
