She went above and beyond to make sure we felt prepared, organized and confident. She kept us on track throughout the entire planning process and always made sure we felt supported. “Lily is an actual god among men!! The wedding wouldn't have happened without her. She was amazing throughout the entire process and stayed planning with me throughout her pregnancy. Lily is detail oriented, hard working, thoughtful, and inspiring. She understands the ins and outs of this industry so well and can manage any issue on the fly. When she found out she'd be 8 months pregnant on my wedding day, she provided a superhero lineup of a team. We had a fantastic day of coordinator (Krista) and the best ever coordinating assistant, Ellie, who literally sewed my dress 10 minutes before I walked down the aisle, changed me into my reception outfit, and gave me a carrot out of her own lunch box (you really don't eat on your wedding day). The wedding went so smoothly and it wouldn't have gone that way without the help of Lily and her team. She even showed up just to say hi to me on the day! “There are truly not enough words to thank Clemence for making our dreams come to life. She was the PERFECT choice for us, and our wedding became a reality because of her. Booking a full-service planner is a HUGE decision. Out of all the vendors to choose, your planner is the one you spend the most time with. When we got engaged, we interviewed over 10 planners, and the decision for us was SO easy. Clemence brings both calm excitement and organized vision to every conversation. She is so thoughtful and receptive, but also knows how to get it all done. And every vendor she recommended for us was absolutely INCREDIBLE. We had such an positive experience from photos, DJ, content, florals, catering, makeup.... it truly was a dream team thanks to her choices!! On our wedding weekend, Clemence was at our beck and call. She was 10 steps of me (already a Type A person), knowing exactly what I needed before I would even ask. Not only did she keep everything on track, she made sure we had the best day of our lives by keeping the vibes high and really just caring for us on a deeply personal level. Most importantly, I never had to worry about our wedding day. I am sure 1000 things went wrong that I still do not know happened. “Stacy was absolutely AMAZING throughout our Walt Disney World wedding experience! “Our venue required a Day of Wedding Coordinator. I chatted with a few but could not find the right fit. Thankfully I found Rachel! We clicked right away. She understood exactly what I wanted and needed. We met with her and Christina for our rehearsal and they made everything so easy. Even got a little surprise for my daughter! The day of the event I did not worry about anything. Christina ensured everything was set up, ready and running smoothly. I was most worried about not being able to enjoy my wedding because of the logistics. But thankfully all was well managed and we had the best day! We were relaxed and able to fully be in our wedding! “Miranda was absolutely amazing. We worked with her for a year to plan for our Sonoma wedding. She was recommended from a friend whose wedding she also planned and it was stunning. Even though she was not from the Sonoma area, she did an amazing job finding everything from the venue, to the vendors, photographer, and DJ. She has great attention to detail and really makes you feel at ease in the planning process. We had absolutely no idea what we wanted or what we were doing, but she made both me and my husband way less stressed on every matter. We even had a last minute DJ issue and she found us a new one right away. She helped set up food tastings and made sure we were on track for the big day in terms of seating charts and other small details. The wedding was perfect and she did a fantastic job telling us exactly what to do and where to be. She even helped my brother, the officiant, with what he was suppose to say during the ceremony, as this was his first time officiating. She did the signage, decor, literally everything and alleviated all the stress and jitters on our day. I couldn’t recommend her enough to plan and help on your day. I’d hire her again ten times over! “My husband and I were blown away by the service provided by Heart and Sol Events! One of the best decision that we ever made was hiring them for day of coordination. Dre made the overwhelming process of wedding planning fun, easy and truly enjoyable. She is personable, down to earth and has a true passion for what she does. Her knowledge and experience in the field shoes. Dre and her team were there for us throughout the process and we could not have done it without them! A special thank to our day of coordinator, Denies Drum! We can't even begin to explain how blessed we were to have her be a part of our day. Denise was kind, genuine and radiated this calming presence that she carried with her throughout the planning process. She was involved in every detail from leading meetings with our vendors, to ceremony site reviews and setup, and even to discussing details about hair and dresses. She was patient and took the time to understand our vision and then was able to execute that vision with grace. Denise made herself available for several meetings via phone and in person with vendors to coordinate comprehensive schedules so that everyone was on the same page. I am positive that her attention to details and her continuous open line of communication is what made things run so smoothly on our wedding day. (If something went wrong or unplanned my husband and I had absolutly no idea because the Heart and Sol team had it all under control). All of our vendors had nothing but wonderful things to say about Denise and the rest of the Heart and Sol team. All in all.... WE could not have asked for a better experience. “My husband and I didn’t know when we first started wedding planning that we would end up needing to change venues and find a wedding coordinator last minute, after already booking all our other vendors and planning a majority of the details. Karen was an answered prayer and thankfully was available to help us out with a 2 months Day-of Coordination package. Once she hopped on and worked with us two months out, we instantly felt relief & confidence that our special day was in good hands. Communication was great, her organization, her attention to detail and quick problem solving is unmatched. And she only works with the best - her assistant was just as amazing. Karen has a true eye for talent AND she genuinely cares! She has a special way of connecting with everyone and making you laugh and feel at ease even when the unexpected comes up. The wedding day came and everything went smoothly and beautifully! Karen was the glue between us, the guests, the vendors and our venue. We’re still waiting for our photography and videography to come back but from what friends and family have shared, they did an amazing job putting together the decor and all the details! My husband and I were in complete bliss and don’t think we ever had a worry during the day. It was funny because post-wedding, my husband and I were talking about how we should’ve hired a content creator because we were feeling so impatient with waiting for our photographer and videographer edits. Only to log onto Instagram moments later to see some beautiful stories from Karen and her assistant! AMAZING There is not enough money or reviews to thank Karen and her team enough. Karen is absolutely the best. In the words of my husband, she is the GOAT. He literally told me “You can give her all our money.” and honestly if we could start over, we would have hired and paid her for the Full Planning package for her expertise from beginning to end!”
