We had several issues with scheduling and the timing of when our pre-wedding call was, but Sarah was so understanding and worked with us so that we felt confident in the details given to our photographers. From the moment the photographers arrived at the wedding to the moment they left, they were energetic and encouraging as a part of the celebration. Even when our wedding party had issues in getting to the right location, the photographers made the most of the time and were able to get all of the pictures taken that we wanted. “I can't say enough about Mia, Laron and their team. Of all my wedding vendors, they were my favorite (and easiest) to work with. They were very accessible and easy to reach; I could message my random thoughts and ideas at any hour and Mia would respond almost immediately. She helped us set our schedule starting a month out from the big day, and was super accommodating to all our adjustments. “We found Khoa after searching through dozens of photographers in SD County. We planned to have an elopement at the County Clerk's office and wanted someone to be able to capture the intimate moments of the day very artfully since we wouldn't have a big wedding or any guests. Khoa had excellent communication, was very professional, and made our day even more special by agreeing to be our witness. In a way, he brought me a lot of comfort since we didn't have any friends or family there. “My husband and I had a fantastic experience working with Alan from Love Story Photography for our Safari Park wedding! Soon after sending off our inquiry, we heard from Alan right away who scheduled a FaceTime call with us. Little did we know, he had his lovely wife, Heidi, join the call as well. We immediately felt their warmth and love, and were eager to book them as our wedding photographer and ceremony officiant! We had a great experience working with Alan prior to the wedding, as he was always so kind in answering any logistical and timeline questions we had. Having Alan and Heidi so in tune with each other really helped move the planning process along very well. They are true wedding experts and their guidance was instrumental to us! The morning of my wedding, I was a ball of nerves, I was late to my first look, and to top it all off, as soon as I got my wedding gown on, my maid of honor discovered there was a huge black spider on it, which freaked me out even more! But, before I even had a chance to lay eyes on the creepy spider, Alan was down on the floor, cupping it in his hands and eliminating it from the room. I think that was the moment I finally began to relax and let it sink in that I was in the best hands possible with Alan. I can't say enough great things about his talent and tact. He was organized and had many deadlines to meet to follow our timeline, but was still always kind and amicable to everyone who crossed his path. He delivered beautiful photos that had meaning to us, which had exactly the elements we wanted in terms of details, animals, and family and friend shots. We had one of our close friends, Jordan Daniels, who offered his phenomenal photography for our wedding ceremony. The way she engages with us during the shoot feels more like a friend than an awkward photographer session. I’m not the biggest fan of being photographed but it’s so easy with her. She works with you and your coordinator to make sure you get the shots you want. She even recommended some based on previous weddings she did at our venue. The planning process was straightforward and her rates were reasonable. On the day of the wedding she helped us get ready and reassured us that everything would be okay. She never stopped taking pictures and captured some wonderful moments throughout the night. We anxiously awaited our photos and they turned out better than we expected. She did a wonderful job capturing all the important memories. All of the pictures were gorgeous and she really made you feel special. We definitely recommend her to anyone getting married in the Carlsbad area!”

I’ve been happily married for almost 27 years. I have three awesome sons. My parakeets Kiwi and Sparky are very social, meaning very loud! Champagne (maybe that’s why I love weddings) and sushi lover here! Photography has been my passion ever since my dad gave me my first film camera and introduced me to the dark room at age of 10. I lived in Japan for 12 years, and even performed on a stage there. I’m always up for a great road trip! I love tuna fishing. “Moe was our photographer for our wedding ceremony and reception and she is an absolute gem! She had such a long day with us at two locations, and constantly went above and beyond! Her energy was so fun it elevated our happiness. We had multiple guests complimenting her photography and personality throughout the night. Moe is professional, meeting with us early on to get a feel for our priorities. She is detail-oriented and had lists of shots we wanted and shots she wanted to make happen for us. We really appreciated her help with natural posing and her use and knowledge of multiple techniques including drone footage and film. There is not one sweet moment that was missed. We tend to be camera shy and feel awkward, but she made us so comfortable it felt like hanging out with a friend. She also pulled off having a large sample of our intimate ceremony pictures to be broadcasted just hours later for our larger reception. She more than accommodated all of our requests and we trust her vision completely. We cannot praise Moe enough. We're going to have to find more reasons for photoshoots with her because she is so talented and lovely to work with!
