For large outdoor weddings we also offer a Tractor Shed that's been converted to an open-air performance stage surrounded with 360 views of meadows and mature trees. Host a cocktail hour in the orchard and enjoy the dozen native apple and pear trees. Indoors, we offer an atrium dining space for intimate ceremonies and parties, as well as a library parlor and billiards room. Book overnight accommodations for the honeymooners, wedding party or out of town guests.

McDowall Acres is the creation of Sonny & Dana McDowall. It's where they called home, raised five children, a host of animals and welcomed numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. In 1998, The McDowalls sold their land in Lawrenceville and moved their cherished house up the mountain to Blairsville, Georgia. Three of the McDowall daughters and one grandson now live on the property and hope to honor their parents' welcoming demeanor by opening their beloved farm to other families looking to create lasting memories.

Cold Creek Farm is a family owned venue, operated by Jeff and Susan Buffington. Located in the North Georgia mountains, it was originally purchased in 2011 to be a working farm with animals and all! As a facility rental, we provide tables and folding chairs inside, as well as complimentary parking. All outdoor furniture will need to be rented. Catering would be provided through one of our amazing catering companies we partner with and can average $120 to $200 per guest. Beverage service and bartenders are additional and are provided by the History Center. It is about $65 per person for a 4-hour premium full bar. We have a full property minimum on Saturdays of a peak month: April, May, June, September, and October. The facility rental fee for the Swan Gardens, Atlanta History Museum, and Grand Overlook ballroom on a Saturday is $12,500 and we have an additional $5,500 beverage minimum. Fridays and Sundays are $10,000 with a $2,500 beverage minimum. Most of our weddings can expect to spend between $400 to $1,000 per guest after all vendors and costs are added up and divided out per guest.

Our venue was originally built in 1942, and used as munitions storage during World War 2. After that, it was repurposed for different industrial uses until the 1990s, when we moved in and set up our antique shop. Thirty years later, the area has changed incredibly and we no longer work in antiques!

The Atrium is hidden away in downtown, historic Norcross. A step off the sidewalk behind a vine-covered iron gate, a secret garden awaits discovery for the perfect spring and summer wedding venue. Each spring, full-grown lilac azaleas scent the air with their sweetness, followed by a shower of tiny white confederate jasmine blooms spilling over the gazebo's filigree dome. Summer brings daylilies, gardenias, and fluffy blossoms of mophead hydrangeas mixed in with repeat-blooming impatiens and hybrid roses.

1910. That’s when this studio was built. That’s more than 100 years ago. Before the Titanic. Before World War I. Of course, when they built it they didn’t know it was a studio. They thought they’d built a factory for transforming raw cotton into fire-retardant fabrics. And they did just that for about 84 years. Next came a few years of hand-wringing and a few more of neglect and abandonment. In 2007, they finally turned it over to Jason Ivany. He set it back on track and transformed it into the daylight studio it was always meant to be just before the 100 year mark.

The Factory at Walton Mill is an all inclusive charming industrial-chic venue, located in historic cotton warehouses. De La Rosa Event space is a spacious, modern event venue in Marietta, outside Atlanta, characterized by its industrial chic aesthetic. The high ceilings with exposed white piping give the room an airy, open feel. Elegant chandeliers add a touch of luxury, casting a warm glow across the polished concrete floor. Sheer white drapes line the walls, softening the ambiance and creating a dreamy, romantic atmosphere. Up-lighting adds a pop of color, enhancing the modern vibe of the space.

The Corry House is named after the Corry family that settled the land in the late 1700's. That same family built the house in 1869, and continues to own the land to this day, ten generations later. After meeting and marrying in Greenville in 1989, Drs. Bo and Ruby Cheves moved to Bo's family farm in Union Point, Georgia. Here, they began the work of remodeling the 150-year-old farmhouse and surrounding grounds. As their two kids grew older, Bo and Ruby decided to build a new house overlooking the Ogeechee River further back on the property in 2007. With the help of Erin and Stanton Porter, The Corry House held its first wedding in 2010. At that time, we didn't have our reception barn or the meadow and forest wedding sites. Folks got married in the garden or in front of the farmhouse. After a few years of weddings, Bo and Ruby decided to run with it and built our temperature-controlled barn in 2014.

Nestled on 39 acres of mature hardwoods, the Cator Woolford Gardens are situated on one of the few remaining intact historic estates in Metropolitan Atlanta and are located just a few miles from the heart of downtown. The Gardens were originally created for Cator Woolford, one of the principal founders of Retail Credit Company (now Equifax, Inc.), and were redesigned in 1996 as a series of outdoor "rooms." Changing with the seasons, the gardens and forest are filled with dogwoods, roses, narcissi, rhododendrons, laurels, daffodils, and azaleas, some of which are original to the estate.

Since the Garden opened its doors in 1976, it has become the emerald jewel in the crown of Atlanta culture. Built from the granite of Stone Mountain, 550 Trackside was established as a Cotton Warehouse in 1904. Over the years, it has been known as The Langley General Store, The Mercantile Exchange, A Feed and Seed Co., the Grinder and the Goldkist Building.
