From the moment my husband and I toured Meadows At Mossy Creek, we knew it was the perfect venue for our wedding. The staff was incredibly kind, responsive, and trustworthy throughout the entire planning process, always going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, with a clean, spacious layout and a great location that made it easy for our guests. On the day of the wedding, the team at Meadows At Mossy Creek was flexible and had great communication, ensuring everything ran smoothly so we could fully enjoy our special day. I'm so glad we chose Meadows At Mossy Creek - it was truly the best decision we made, and our guests raved about the stunning setting and wonderful service.

Perfect Wedding Venue!

Meadows at Mossy Creek was an amazing wedding venue! All of our guests are still raving about the property! We truly had an amazing time and the most perfect Wedding. Aly was an amazing wedding planner and was so responsive! She definitely made the day run perfectly smooth. Disappointing

We fell in love with the venue when we first pulled up for our tour, however when the day arrived we were less than happy. When the bridal party arrived in the morning to get ready they were locked out of the bridal suite because the keypad battery was low and wouldn’t allow a code to be put in. There was no one onsite to assist with getting into the suite. One person that we called told us “it’s my day off call someone else.” So we did. When we got into the suite, it was dirty from a previous party. The suite was also covered in cat hair from the free roaming cats which made getting ready pretty difficult. We also got locked out of the back room that had all the bridesmaids dresses and the second bathroom. No one from the venue was onsite to open that door either and we had to wait for a maintenance man to open the door. Before the ceremony, we locked the groom’s room so we could keep some valuable items in there for later. But when we went back in throughout the night, the staff was in there with their legs kicked up on the table watching football on our fire stick that we brought from home. They wouldn’t move to allow us to use the space that we paid for, and it was very uncomfortable to go in and retrieve the items we needed throughout the night. I guess paying for the venue doesn’t mean you get full use of it for the night! While the venue is really pretty, we were so disappointed in our experience.

April Wedding at Meadows at Mossy Creek

Meadows at Mossy Creek is a beautiful place where a bride can have her dream wedding. My daughter had her wedding there in April, and it was a spectacular day. The staff is really accommodating and knowledgeable and very eager to help in any way. All the guests were very impressed with how beautiful the venue is, and we all had a great time. Highly recommended to everyone looking for a special Venue.

We hosted our wedding ceremony and reception at Meadows at Mossy Creek, and it was a beautiful setting for such an important day in our lives. The mountain backdrop made everything feel special, and we’re so glad we got to celebrate there with our family and friends. The owner and Whitney were both very helpful throughout the process, and we appreciated their support in bringing our Indian wedding celebration together. Meadows also offers more flexibility than many venues, which was a big part of why we chose it. One piece of constructive feedback is that the flexibility we felt when we first booked seemed to narrow as we got closer to the wedding. We understand that policies can evolve, perhaps because of experiences with other events, but we would encourage the team to preserve that openness and work collaboratively with couples as plans come together. It’s one of the things that helps Meadows stand out, and keeping expectations consistent from booking through the wedding day would make the experience even better. We also had an issue with the bridal suite not locking, which was very problematic on the wedding day. Having a secure, private space for getting ready and keeping personal belongings is essential, and this needs to be addressed. Those concerns aside, we had a wonderful experience and will always remember Meadows as the beautiful place where we got married and celebrated with the people we love most.
