We were lead to an aging, almost forgotten piece of our past. The old Cotton Depot in Clinton SC quietly sat on the edge of downtown. The building spoke to us, 17,000 square feet of handmade brick each telling a story, 11ft ceilings with exposed beams, arched windows and wide planked floors. We immediately began designing the space. Through our catering experience we knew the need for easy access, a good flow and having conveniently located facilities. We also knew the importance of having multifunctioning spaces that can be dressed up or down to make each event uniquely yours. We also have a B and B in the mansion and have a package that includes an overnight for the Bride and Groom as well as 2 guests with breakfast! This package comes with professional planning and coordinating as well as our in house decor package. We also have throne chairs, loungers and other decor that can be rented for the big day! We offer in house catering as well as a DJ. We have two lovely outside wedding sites as well as a ballroom to hold up to 200…and if you have more guests we can rent tents!
