Our barn creates a stunning backdrop to your special day. The large building can comfortably seat 220 guests inside under the rustic chandeliers and cafe lights. The climate-controlled barn will keep your guests cool and eager to dance the night away. The chestnut wood, natural light and detailed decor all add to the warm atmosphere. The Barn can be transformed into a stunning ceremony site during colder months, and as a rain backup plan.

Our Gate House ceremony spot offers a picture-perfect setting framed by charming white cottages and rustic barn architecture. Couples exchange vows beneath a classic wooden arbor, beautifully styled with florals, while guests are seated along a manicured green aisle for an intimate, welcoming feel. With the warm character of the farm as your backdrop, this space creates a timeless and romantic atmosphere for your ceremony.

Beautiful and spacious property
9 Oaks Farm was the perfect venue for our October wedding. I wish we had found it sooner. The property is spacious, elegant, and incredibly comfortable - from the beautiful main house to the cozy cabins where our bridal party and families stayed. Having the on-site housing was such a convenient perk that allowed us to fully enjoy our special day without worrying about transportation. I can't imagine my now husband and I not staying on site - it just made it more relaxing to not be rushing around, plus we were able to have our two dogs stay with us. The weather was just perfect that time of year, and our guests loved exploring the big craft show happening in town that weekend. We were please with 9 Oaks Farm's recommended vendor list, and all the professionals they work with were knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the property, making the planning process seamless. We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful and stress-free wedding celebration.

BEST PLACE to get married
9 Oaks Farm was the perfect venue for our wedding. From the moment we first contacted them, the staff was extremely professional, prompt, and kind in their communication. The overall quality of their work and value was superb - they personalized everything to make our wedding day the best day of our lives. From helping us pick the most beautiful flowers and centerpieces, to quickly answering all of our texts, 9 Oaks provided us with the most stunning place to get married at a very reasonable price. If you have the opportunity to stay on site, we highly recommend it - they have wonderful individual cabins and beautiful homes for the wedding party to stay in and have the rehearsal dinner. We can't say enough about how phenomenal 9 Oaks Farm was for our wedding.

I attended an event here a few weeks ago. The food was catered by an outside vender so I will do a separate review on that. I was blown away at the beautiful setting. Venue was spotless and well organized even though there several hundred people in attendance. Staff was polite and helpful. I have lived in Walton County for 30 years and had never visited 9 Oaks. I will be recommending them to anyone needing a local venue.

We recently had a BBQ hosted out at 9 Oaks Farm, with a little over 400 attending people from our organization. The staff was extremely helpful (even after we changed the plans 10 times lol) & the entire event went off without a hitch.
