Sparrow Grove Manor

Sparrow Grove Manor can accommodate up to 200 guests.

You will have access to the ceremony site, main floor of the home, the outdoor grounds, bridal suite, groom suite, the nest for hair and makeup, and the parking area. We also offer packages that include the use of additional guest suites. There will be no other events booked during your wedding rental.

Our co-owner, Kathy Behtz, will be your main point of contact for everything related to Sparrow Grove Manor throughout your planning process. With years of wedding planning experience, she is also available to plan weddings if the entire home will be rented for the weekend. You are required to hire a wedding planner for your wedding to assist with vendor management, timeline, ceremony and reception direction. We are thankful to have worked with many wonderful planners and vendors, and would be happy to share their information with you.

You may choose to work with your own vendors. They will, however, be required to attend the final walk-through at Sparrow Grove Manor before your wedding, in order to familiarize themselves with the property.
