About this venue

Beal Center is a gorgeous historical wedding venue located in Hayesville, North Carolina. Originally built in 1888, the venue was first used as the Clay County Courtyard. Now newly renovated, the venue still maintains many original architectural details as well as modern-day amenities needed for the picturesque wedding. Situated in the heart of the quaint community, the courthouse has a variety of event spaces for couples to transform into the wedding they’ve always envisioned.

The Space

The courthouse offers a number of beautiful and charming event spaces!

From large luxurious gatherings to more private ceremonies, the venue can adapt to many desires and specific requirements. For large, glamorous ceremonies and receptions, The Courtroom is great for celebrations in a picture-perfect atmosphere. Featuring large windows and ceilings, glorious wooden flooring, and a bright color scheme, The Courtroom can be configured in a variety of ways, to best suit each couple’s unique style and design. Other facilities include a private groom and bride’s room as well as a catering kitchen. The bride’s room, named the Tower Room, is located on the upper floor adjacent to the courtroom. Including a beautifully appointed lounge space, sofas, chairs, tables, a closet, mirrors, and more, the bride and her bridesmaids can relax and get ready for the big moment. The 250-square-foot Groom’s room is a fantastic area for the grooms to hang out and get ready for the magical proceedings ahead.
