    Amazing Place

    The Highland Keep made planning our wedding so easy from start to finish. The team responded to our emails quickly and always seemed happy to help us with whatever we needed, no matter how small. The venue itself is beautiful and has this enchanting quality to it. We loved how different it was from other spaces we looked at, and the pricing was extremely fair with no hidden fees. Everything about our day was beautiful, from the ceremony to the reception, and we couldn't have asked for better people to work with. We'd recommend The Highland Keep to anyone looking for a venue that's both unique and easy to plan with.

    One of a kind castle wedding!

    We absolutely loved our wedding at The Highland Keep! From the moment we reached out, we felt welcomed and truly cared for. Leah and the team made us feel like we were their only couple. The castle is absolutely stunning and such a great value for everything you get. We chose the full weekend buyout, and having the entire property to ourselves made the experience so relaxing and special. Our extended family stayed in the nearby cabins, which turned our wedding into an unforgettable weekend together. We couldn’t have asked for a more magical place to celebrate!

    Magical venue for a magical wedding

    The Highland Keep was the perfect setting for our wedding day. From the start, their team was kind and responsive whenever we had questions, making the planning process smooth and stress-free. What really impressed us was how they stayed available to help without hovering—they gave us space to enjoy our day while being there when we needed them. The castle is absolutely stunning, and the whole experience felt magical without breaking the bank. We managed to create something truly special for us and our guests, and we couldn't have asked for a better venue. We'd recommend The Highland Keep to any couple looking for an affordable yet breathtaking space.

60 will sit comfortably in the carriage barn but we do accommodate up to 80 utilizing both outdoor and indoor spaces.
Yes! If you prepay within 3 days of booking or touring we offer a 10% prepayment discount.
Our neighbor George from Scottish Woods offers additional lodging that can accommodate up to 16 between his 4 cabins.
As soon as you know you want a castle wedding we will make sure to get your preferred date locked in.
Once you are ready to proceed with your castle wedding, we will send our contract for your signature. To secure your date, a deposit is required, followed by 2 payments, 12 months and 90 days before the wedding.
We require $1000 deposit to reserve your date.
We understand that life circumstances can change sometimes, and we would be glad to accommodate your request by moving your booking to a different available date. Unfortunately, we cannot provide cash refunds at this time.
You will have full access to the castle, carriage barn and the 11 acre property.
North Carolina can be a moody girl, but even when it rains couples and guests have expressed that it actually added to the vibe. We can set up some temporary tents if desired.
