About this venue

The Wagon Wheel at WagonMaster Ranch is situated on 50 acres outside of Murphy, NC. Whether it's an intimate gathering or an elegant gala, we can customize your event with lots of options and affordable pricing. Our place is where everyone feels at home. We are out in the country with cabins and activities to make it a destination weekend event. We only do 1 wedding a weekend, so yours truly is the main event and our total focus. Use our decor, full kitchen, and a variety of cooking and serving ware to make an unique AND affordable awesome memory.

With only 1 wedding per weekend, it's all about your special day.

2000 square feet of conditioned space with full kitchen and bridal get-ready room. A separate get ready building for the groom. Overnight lodging on site and on a nearby lake. Extra activities available for the kids. LOTS of indoor and outdoor decor at no extra price. Decorate the day before at no extra price (with conditions). Only 1 wedding a weekend so no rush. We do the clean-up or you have til noon the next day to do the cleanup. It's all about YOUR DAY!

    Wagon Master Ranch was absolutely amazing! We had our ceremony outside down by the pond and it was perfect , the twinkle lights and the pond fountain were such a sweet additional touch to the area ! My favorite part of the ceremony area was the handcrafted door just before I walked down the aisle ! The reception building turned out absolutely beautiful with all the decor and different sets of lighting options we had ! The bella room for the bride was gorgeous ! Such a great place to get ready in , my wedding party and I really enjoyed ourselves in such a comfortable area . Our experience at the venue was just perfect for our big day ! We had the tractor wagon to drive our wedding party around . Mr.Roger and Mrs.Debb were awesome to work with . They made us feel like we are part of the family and were so welcoming ! We even invited them to our wedding and ceremony ! They are such a fun couple !
