Amanda will work personally with each and every host in customizing menus that fit their every taste. We are a family owned business run by Amanda & sons Nik & Nate and her Mother Linda who can run circles around the entire staff.

Amanda has worked in the culinary industry for 30 years, she started out as a banquet manager and found her way into the kitchen where her true passion & talents lie. Amanda had the opportunity to work with and learn from some of the countries top chefs and culinary experts from Chicago to Miami. Since she could speak the words “Carolina” she has yearned to live in the Tar Heel State. Now living her dream here in Asheville, her and her staff would love to fulfill your dreams as well!
