    literally the best decision i made for my wedding

Start by creating a wishlist directly on our website by adding the pieces you love. You can also contact us and we will help you put it together. Once we review your selections we will confirm availability and send over a detailed proposal. Proposals are valid for 14 days from the date issued after that, availability and pricing are subject to change. To officially hold your date and your items, we require a signed contract and a 50% deposit. Nothing is reserved until both are received.
Appointments to view pieces are available on a limited basis. We do not maintain walk-in hours. If there are specific items you would like to see before committing, reach out and we will do our best to accommodate you.
As early as you can, especially for peak wedding season in Western North Carolina, which runs May through October and books up quickly. Most planning checklists suggest locking in your rental order at the 6 to 9 month mark. We know that real guest counts do not come in until RSVPs close, typically 3 to 4 weeks before your wedding. That is completely normal and our change policy is designed around exactly that reality. You can book early to secure your pieces and refine your quantities as your numbers come in. Your final balance is not due until 30 days before your event, which gives you plenty of time to get your count and make adjustments.
Every fee is included in your proposal before you sign anything. Here is what to expect: Damage waiver (10%) A non-refundable industry-standard fee on every order. Covers normal wear, minor chips, and small breakage. Does not cover misuse, neglect, staining, or items left outside overnight. Delivery fee: Custom-quoted per order based on distance, order size, terrain, and timing. Your exact fee is always stated in your proposal before you commit. NC sales tax 7% applied to all services as required by North Carolina law.
A 50% deposit is due at the time you sign your contract. This is what holds your date and your items. Your remaining balance is due 30 days before your event. We will send a reminder before that date arrives. We accept all major credit cards through our secure online payment portal. Cash and checks are accepted by prior arrangement.
