Then it’s time to cue the music for your arrival at our on-site wedding chapel. As the signature mahogany double doors swing open, you’ll begin your long-anticipated walk down the center aisle. The soaring beamed ceiling and walls of windows welcome the outside in, and provide abundant natural light for your keepsake photos.

Will ruin your wedding day-beware before booking
Beautiful venue, but unfortunately our experience after the wedding completely changed our opinion. First off if they promise you anything, make sure to get it in writing. The sales person will promise you things then the wedding coordinator will not know what you’re talking about. There is a charge for everything and the all-inclusive price they advertise is not nearly correct. Most importantly, the DJ ruined our entire wedding experience. They have inexperienced DJs. We chose the all-inclusive package expecting professionalism, coordination, and accountability. Instead, when multiple issues happened with one of their preferred vendors (the DJ), management and the wedding planner immediately defended the vendor rather than genuinely addressing our concerns. Important moments during our wedding were mishandled, including incorrect announcements, poor coordination, timeline confusion, and even the wrong versions of songs being played during the ceremony. Afterward, instead of accountability, we received a long response full of excuses blaming apps, timing, and “live event conditions.” My advice to future couples: if you use this venue, strongly consider bringing your own outside vendors instead of using the inclusive package. Once the wedding is over, it feels very clear where the venue’s loyalty lies — with their preferred vendors they continue working with, not with the couples who paid thousands for their special day.

THE BEST DAY EVER!!
I seriously cannot say enough amazing things about Ashton Gardens and especially our planner, Tyasia. Our wedding on April 10 was absolutely perfect, and a huge part of that was because of her. She handled EVERYTHING so incredibly well. Every detail, every timeline, every little thing behind the scenes was taken care of, and because of that I genuinely had zero stress on our wedding day. I never once had to worry about what was happening or what came next because Tyasia was already on top of it. She made the whole day run so smoothly and perfectly. She was calm, organized, kind, attentive, and just truly incredible at what she does. She cared so much about making our day special, and you could tell in everything she did. So many people in our family and wedding party even commented on how amazing she was throughout the day. I’m eternally grateful for her and for Ashton Gardens for giving us the most beautiful wedding day ever. If you’re getting married there, you are seriously in the BEST hands.

Ashton Gardens Atlanta - Stress Free All in One
Our experience at Ashton Gardens Atlanta was absolutely nothing short of amazing from start to finish. The venue itself is breathtaking—the signature glass chapel surrounded by lush greenery creates the most serene, light-filled setting for your ceremony, and the ballroom with its floor-to-ceiling windows and crystal chandeliers is pure elegance for the reception. What I loved most is how seamless everything felt. Ashton Gardens offers a truly all-inclusive experience with planning services, vendor coordination, and setup/teardown included, which made the entire process so much less stressful. The team and their partners were incredibly thorough, proactively communicating, and accommodating—especially for a stressed bride like me! But I have to give a special shoutout to my wedding coordinator, Ty’Asia. She was truly my right-hand woman throughout this entire journey. From the early planning phases to the big day, she kept me grounded, organized, and confident every step of the way. She coached me through decisions, made sure every detail was covered, and always advocated for what my husband and I wanted. Because of Ty’Asia and the Ashton Gardens team, our vision came to life beautifully—and more importantly, we were able to actually enjoy our wedding day without worry. If you’re looking for a venue that combines stunning aesthetics, thoughtful planning, and a team that genuinely cares about you—this is it!

Leadership and Operations has failed this venue
This venue used to be one of the most classy and desirable places to get married. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case. The property now feels completely run down and poorly maintained. At a recent event, a fellow vendor shared that the kitchen conditions were so filthy she refused to eat anything prepared there and chose to go hungry instead. That alone speaks volumes about the current state of operations behind the scenes. Leadership also appears to be a major issue. The General Manager, Kaylin Garcia, comes across as inexperienced and unprepared to manage a venue of this caliber. The environment feels more like a college campus than a professional event space, with ongoing reports of unprofessional staff behavior, employees drinking on the job, and inappropriate relationships creating visible workplace drama. That type of culture should never spill into client or vendor experiences. The venue hosts events multiple times a week, which makes it very clear the focus has shifted to money over client experience. When events are happening back-to-back daily, it raises serious concerns about how thoroughly the space is cleaned, reset, and refreshed for each couple’s wedding day. It’s disappointing because this venue truly was special years ago under previous management. The decline is noticeable, and until significant operational and leadership changes are made, I would not recommend hosting a wedding or event here.

A love story
Ashton Gardens in Atlanta was the perfect venue for our wedding. From the moment we first toured the space, we knew it was the magical setting we had been searching for. The communication with their team, especially our day-of coordinator, was excellent throughout the planning process. She listened closely to our feedback and wishes, and executed everything flawlessly on the big day. The venue itself is simply beautiful and elegant, with stunning chandeliers, high ceilings, and gorgeous landscaping. Our guests were in awe of the space and the delicious food. Ashton Gardens truly made our wedding day feel like a dream come true. We are so grateful to have celebrated our special day in such a beautiful and well-run venue.
