About this venue

Land Family Home is a boutique events destination and nature conservancy. We offer unlimited possibilities for your wedding. Bring your ideas and imagination, we offer many event location options and configurations across our 60+ acre nature conservancy. Design a porch wedding in an idyllic natural setting for a boutique style event. For outdoor weddings we offer a Tractor Shed that's been converted to an open-air performance stage surrounded with 360 views of meadows and mature trees. Host a cocktail hour in the orchard and enjoy the dozen native apple and pear trees. Indoors, we offer an atrium dining space for intimate ceremonies and parties, as well as a library parlor and billiards room. Book overnight accommodations for the honeymooners, wedding party or out of town guests.

Tractor Shed Stage

Our original farm tractor shed has been converted to an open-air stage and is perfect for ceremonies, live music and outdoor party seating.

The Land was once a working family farm that produced a variety of vegetables including tomatoes, potatoes, radishes, beans, peas, broccoli, cauliflower, kale, collards, sunflowers and zinnias. To honor the legacy of our family tradition of living off the land we converted the old tractor shed to an eclectic venue. The stage opens up to the largest of our many meadows and there is even a green room to prepare for the show. The structure is fully wired and includes lighting.

    Timeless elegance

    The Roe recently had the opportunity of providing catering to The Land Family gathering at this beautiful estate. The host, Lexi was a pleasure to work with, exuding professionalism and charisma. During our visit we were given a tour of the grounds and we saw the vision for this Venue, now come to life! With an impeccable talent for design, Lexi has created an inviting atmosphere of timeless elegance. I have no doubt the memories made at Land Family Home will be radiant and lasting.

    Lexi was wonderful to work with and very professional. This wedding venue offers a picturesque setting with endless possibilities for any event.     The Perfect Baby Shower

    We had our baby shower at the Big House at The Land, and it was truly a magical afternoon. The beautiful, spacious rooms wowed our guests as an authentic Hawaiian band played in the main parlour. It was straight out of a movie! Designer luxury in a picturesque rural setting and the host was easy to work with and accommodating- 10/10 would recommend.

Where there used to be vegetable gardens is now a large flat open space for guest parking big enough for 30 cars. Plan to have a valet to direct parking depending on the number of guests for your event.
Cleaning is not included but depends on the scope of your event. Let’s discuss what level of cleaning is required. Plan to spend a minimum of $250 on cleaning for larger parties.
No, but we will help you arrange luxury portable bathrooms for you to rent for the day for an extra cost. This will be required for outdoor events. Plan to spend a min of $100 on renting bathrooms for the day.
Yes, we can provide dishes depending on the size of your party.
Yes, we have 15+ years of professional experience in project management and planning and would be happy to assist you.
Yes, we partner with caterers and event rental companies in the area and can help you with preparing a menu and renting tables and chairs.

Yes, there are spot for 30 cars to park next to the barn and there is overflow parking plats. You will need to hire a valet for your event to help with parking for bigger parties.
No, the big house is a raised cottage and requires you to walk up stairs. We have built a ramp for walker access through the front door. Please include any special requirements you have for access so we can review exactly what we can offer.
