“Simply Elegant Group was by far my favorite vendor! Every single person we talked to from Lindsay Mackey, their amazing manger and our first contact to the hotel-block assistant was a joy to work with, communicative and helpful. The workbook, spreadsheets, and connections with other coordinators and vendors made the whole wedding planning process more enjoyable and streamlined. We chose the Day of Coordination and are very grateful to have had Hanh as our wedding coordinator! Hanh is worth her weight in gold! With Day of Coordination we received not only ten hours of custom coordination from the wonderfully efficient and empathic Hanh, we also had the help of her assistant. This was perfect because someone was by my and my husband’s throughout the day. I loved that with SEG we had a whole team of magnifically organized, thorough and compassionate individuals to support us in executing our dream wedding. Once we had submitted our information Lindsay contacted us to go over all of the things included in wedding planning. She created a rough draft of our day of timeline and gave us access to our Wedding Workbook. They have templates for everything you will need for organizing your wedding and making sure you do not miss out on important, but often overlooked details. Two months before our wedding date we were connected with Hanh. From our first meeting throughout the whole time before the wedding and for the duration of our wedding itself Hanh was both our wedding angel and ninja rolled all into one. I had done a lot of the initial setting up vendors, but as soon as she could she took over as my contact person. This meant the vendors had to email/reach out to Hanh and left me feeling like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. From this point on I started to enjoy wedding planning.I love that she reached out to not only myself, but included my now husband and daughter in on a meeting. If there were any hiccups leading up to the wedding I did not know until they were already handled. On our wedding day, everything went smoothly for my husband and I and our family.Again if there were any mishaps my husband and I were oblivious of them and we had the best wedding ever! “Jennifer and her team were involved with our pre-wedding planning and handled coordination day-of, and I’m so glad we chose her for our special day. Jennifer was responsive, attentive, and wonderful to work with overall. We had over 170 guests with a large number of vendors, and just 8 months to plan everything. I’ll be honest, this event would not have been possible without her. She helped keep planning organized and on time, lead the charge on creating the timeline and coordinating scheduling with all the vendors, and was always there to answer questions, give recommendations, and handle last minute changes as they arose. On the day of the wedding, she and her team did a wonderful job setting up, coordinating with the venue/vendors, taking care of us and our guests, and keeping the event running smoothly and on time. One important note is her team stayed late to help with tear down, which is something they did not have to do but did anyway. “My wedding was June 11th and Jordyne being our Day of Coordinator was truly a huge part of why I can look back on the day with all the joy everyone hopes to experience. She maintained excellent communication in the months leading up to the big day via text and calls when I was stressed and spiraling. She asked insightful questions about aspects that I hadn’t even considered, so we had a clear idea of how the wedding day would unfold. Although we live about an hour away from West Bend, we picked our venue specifically for the beautiful outdoor cermony area. When it became clear that there would be thunderstorms and a high chance of tornadoes the day before and on the wedding day itself, she stepped up to transform the less than ideal (leaking) basement into what became a truly beautiful space. She used our leftover florals and battery powered candles to design new aisle decor since the original couldn’t be used indoors while also helping me not have a panic attack. She also suggested something that let us still spend some time outside, which ended up being the most special part of the day and gave us wonderful photos of our first look. From making sure we ate, to helping me to dance the Cupid Shuffle in my big dress after the bustle broke, She Was A Lifesaver. Jordyne and her lovely assisant were one of the best choices I made during the wedding planning process and I highly recommend her to anyone who feels overwhelmed, in over their head or just needs an excellent hype girl/wonderful person in their corner.”

“Amber is the best choice you can make for your day. We hired her as a day of coordinator. What we got was so much more. There was so many elements we had no idea about that amber held our hand through and just handled. We thought the florals were the decor. How wrong we were thank goodness we had Amber and her collection of candles to complete our room and make it perfect. In addition she went half with us on the chuppah and built it and kept it for her future brides to rent. Literally, any way amber could make our lives easier or better she did. She took on all the communications with our vendors at the 6 month mark. If something went wrong on our wedding day my husband and I couldn’t tell you. Amber made the day flow so seamlessly. She went so far above to the point where she literally took care of over 50 butterflies that my mom sent to her the week before our wedding for a release. She told me she was ensuring they stayed alive and got them there in their envelops the day of. While also keeping it a secret from everyone. I also told her multiple times when it comes time for my future children’s bar/bat mitzvahs and any other large parties she will have to branch out from weddings because I will trust no one else with those big days but her. Amber is a calming presence and becomes a friend by the time your big day comes along. I could go on forever. I could not recommend her enough. She makes all your crazy wants and desires happen.”
