As a control freak, letting go of all the little details on the day of was so hard to do, but I put our trust in her and she did not disappoint! We had an initial call when I was inquiring (over a year ahead of the wedding), then we had a venue walkthrough close to the wedding date where she took notes and asked questions, had a final call just before to go over any final details, and took my decor photos/notes to ease my mind on how I wanted things to look. The day of, she handled everything and didn’t need me for a thing - coordinated the vendors, set up the decor, and was our main point of contact for everything, broke down everything at the end. We also rented a few items from her that had to be hauled down to the venue. Everything was perfect. I cried when I saw my vision come to life. “From our very first conversation with Megan, we knew we wanted her to help plan out our Annapolis wedding. She was our day of coordinator so we started working with her consistently a little over 2 months out from our wedding day. She communicated with us every step of the way, was upfront about everything, and thought through details we didn't even know to consider. What really impressed us was how she let us decide how involved we wanted to be—we could get updates on all vendor communications or just a weekly summary, whatever worked best for us. Her fees are incredibly reasonable for the amount of work she puts in and the peace of mind she gave us - she is soooo thorough. I truly can’t emphasize enough how fantastic she is, both as a planner & person. On our wedding day, we could actually enjoy ourselves because Megan had everything handled so perfectly. She's the rare combination of professional, genuinely caring, and fun to work with. We couldn’t recommend her more!!”

“I have received over 1,000 images/videos in content, and still have even more coming! What’s crazy is half the time, we didn’t notice Katelyn there, but she still somehow captured every moment! I love that she wasn’t in our faces or constantly bothering us for photos/videos. This way, we were able to enjoy every aspect of our day! Katelyn truly embodied what being “behind the scenes” means! She was also always there when someone did want to ask for a photo, and always obliged, even when my mom was constantly asking her LOL. We got our raw footage back within 48 hours, and most of it after less than 24 hours. We are so grateful for Katelyn capturing all of our special moments!”

“Working with Dana and her team at Thyme & Details was such a relief from start to finish. We hired Thyme & Details late in the game for our wedding- about 4 months out when we realized we couldn't pull off the wedding we wanted by ourselves. She responded to every question right away and gave us thoughtful answers that showed they really understood what we wanted for our day. “Annie from Before You Say I Do was an exceptional day-of-coordinator for our special day. Her communication style was frequent, clear, thoughtful, timely, and she was quick to respond to all of our questions and needs. The quality of her work and the value she provided was excellent-- she is hard-working and was incredibly considerate throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond, offering to bring additional decorations and even showing up the day before to assist with our traditional Vietnamese Tea Ceremony, which was not even on the same day as our official wedding. We had only hired her for her day-of coordination package, but even so, she was a consistent voice and helping hand for us for months leading up to the wedding. I can only imaging if we would have booked her whole wedding planning service, our wedding probably would have somehow been even more perfect than it already was. We are so grateful for her dedication and attention to detail in making our wedding day perfect. I highly recommend booking Annie!”

At first I didn't think I needed a coordinator and was determined to handle everything, but I quickly realized that I needed help! We found their day-of coordination package to be the best value compared to some others.
