“My husband and I hired Bailee as our day of coordinator and we cannot express how grateful and appreciative we are of her on our big day! In the beginning, we were very hesitant to hire a day of coordinator, we thought that we could handle it ourselves and with our venue coordinator. Although our venue coordinator was outstanding, we thought having an extra hand would be helpful. Our first initial contact with Bailee was inviting and comfortable. “Amber is the best choice you can make for your day. We hired her as a day of coordinator. What we got was so much more. There was so many elements we had no idea about that amber held our hand through and just handled. We thought the florals were the decor. How wrong we were thank goodness we had Amber and her collection of candles to complete our room and make it perfect. In addition she went half with us on the chuppah and built it and kept it for her future brides to rent. Literally, any way amber could make our lives easier or better she did. She took on all the communications with our vendors at the 6 month mark. If something went wrong on our wedding day my husband and I couldn’t tell you. Amber made the day flow so seamlessly. She went so far above to the point where she literally took care of over 50 butterflies that my mom sent to her the week before our wedding for a release. She told me she was ensuring they stayed alive and got them there in their envelops the day of. While also keeping it a secret from everyone. I also told her multiple times when it comes time for my future children’s bar/bat mitzvahs and any other large parties she will have to branch out from weddings because I will trust no one else with those big days but her. Every decision she made day-of (because there will ALWAYS be some small decisions that have to be made) was better executed than if we had thought about how to do it ourselves. “My wedding was June 11th and Jordyne being our Day of Coordinator was truly a huge part of why I can look back on the day with all the joy everyone hopes to experience. She maintained excellent communication in the months leading up to the big day via text and calls when I was stressed and spiraling. She asked insightful questions about aspects that I hadn’t even considered, so we had a clear idea of how the wedding day would unfold. Although we live about an hour away from West Bend, we picked our venue specifically for the beautiful outdoor cermony area. When it became clear that there would be thunderstorms and a high chance of tornadoes the day before and on the wedding day itself, she stepped up to transform the less than ideal (leaking) basement into what became a truly beautiful space. She used our leftover florals and battery powered candles to design new aisle decor since the original couldn’t be used indoors while also helping me not have a panic attack. She also suggested something that let us still spend some time outside, which ended up being the most special part of the day and gave us wonderful photos of our first look. From making sure we ate, to helping me to dance the Cupid Shuffle in my big dress after the bustle broke, She Was A Lifesaver. Jordyne and her lovely assisant were one of the best choices I made during the wedding planning process and I highly recommend her to anyone who feels overwhelmed, in over their head or just needs an excellent hype girl/wonderful person in their corner.”

She helped us with the searches for everything—venue, DJ, photography, day-of coordination, flowers, catering—and provided us timelines and organization tools that were genuinely invaluable. We had very little idea going in exactly what was needed to plan a wedding, but Brittany’s collaboration made us feel very on top of things. She also worked with us to troubleshoot things when issues arose (like our flower provider not following some of our communication requests). “We worked with Kara from Camellia Co. Events for our wedding, and she was honestly amazing. We hired her as our “month-of” coordinator. Leading up to the wedding, she was super easy to communicate with and always quick to respond.
