“We first met Island Creek Events at a bridal expo in Queenstown, and from that moment, we knew we were in good hands. After an initial Zoom call where they explained everything they offer, how the process would work with a day-of coordinator, and broke down all the pricing, we felt confident moving forward—and we’re so glad we did. We had Naomi as our day-of planner, and she was absolutely amazing. We truly could not have asked for a better person to help guide us through the final stretch leading up to our wedding on August 2nd. From the start, she made everything feel manageable. We Zoomed once a week to stay on track, and she walked us through what needed to be done on our end vs. what she would handle. She answered every question (big or small) and was always willing to schedule extra meetings if we needed them. Naomi was there for our dress rehearsal the night before and stayed with us all day on the wedding day. She took care of setup, made sure every guest got the right meal, and kept everything running smoothly—so much so that if any issues came up, we never even knew. She handled everything with such grace and calm, and because of her, we were able to truly enjoy our day without stress. Naomi was a total lifesaver, and we’re endlessly grateful for her dedication, professionalism, and care. “If you’re looking for the BEST wedding coordinator in all of VA, look no further than with Detail Signature! Kellie came into the picture when I booked with DJ Signature and added on a wedding coordinator. I knew from our first zoom meeting with her and Brandon that she was the perfect match for me! I am not always the easiest to work with and a massive control freak but Kellie made giving that control over a breeze. I would email her throughout the year with little things I needed advice or help with and she would as there every step of the way. As we got closer to the wedding we had multiple 1 hour video sessions where she saw every side of me and helped keep my mind at ease. Every concern or worry I had she took the time to listen and make sure we had a plan for whatever happened. I always looked forward to our meetings as it was like two friends getting to catch up and share jokes. Part of her set up is a weekend wedding guide and seating chart. I cannot tell you how many times I changed things in this guide but Kellie never complained and always made updates in a timely manner. Not to mention she reached out to all my vendors and the owners of venue to communicate everything from contracts to arrival times. That alone lifted a huge weight off my shoulders as my anxiety started to go crazy in crunch time but Kellie made sure everything was squared away. The day before the wedding Kellie came to the venue and within 2 hours we had all the tables and decor done. We walked through the venue and made sure everything was taken care of and ready to go. We went through our rehearsal and she made it feel flawless. She had everyone in line and ready to walk at the correct times. On our actual wedding day we had Kellie and Abbie there to answer all the questions. When I say this was a BLESSING I 100% mean it. I was so overstimulated and anxious while trying to make sure things were ready to go that when someone would yell for me or ask questions, I would literally just yell for one of them and they would take care of whatever was being asked about. They both made sure when I asked for private time I was able to escape and had snacks and water. When it was time to clean up and go, Kellie literally shooed us out and said they got the clean up taken care of. Honestly, it was hard to say goodbye and there will never be enough words to thank her for making our wedding an absolute dream. She truly took the time to not only get to know what our wants and needs were for the wedding, but also who we were as a couple. She is insanely organized, detailed oriented, and definitely knows her stuff when it comes to the wedding industry. “Michelle recently served as our wedding event coordinator for our June wedding in the Texas Hill Country. We hired her about a year prior after locking in half of our vendors knowing inevitably that we would need coordination help for the day of our event. In simple words, my fiancé and I had an exceptional wedding day experience. Michelle and her team went straight to work and ensured everything was set up according to what we wanted. My fiancé and I both felt at peace as a result of her endless assistance in making sure we had everything at all moments of the day. “Working with Bre was easily one of the best vendor choices we made while wedding planning. Our wedding ceremony became a kind of “pop-up” style event and Bre rolled with every decision and last minute detail we threw at her. With her day-of coordination package, we were able to have 2 pre wedding meetings and a rehearsal the day before. I went into the rehearsal feeling nervous about how things would go and left feeling so reassured and excited! The day of the wedding Bre checked in with me and made sure things were running smoothly. I felt so calm and confident walking up to the venue knowing Bre was in charge and bringing our vision to life!
