“My husband and I hired Bailee as our day of coordinator and we cannot express how grateful and appreciative we are of her on our big day! In the beginning, we were very hesitant to hire a day of coordinator, we thought that we could handle it ourselves and with our venue coordinator. Although our venue coordinator was outstanding, we thought having an extra hand would be helpful. Our first initial contact with Bailee was inviting and comfortable. She was so kind and knowledgeable. We hired her for day of coordination but she went above and beyond that. She was so helpful with our timeline, asking questions that we would have never thought of to get us prepared, and making sure she was available for any questions we may have had. The day of the wedding, she was SO helpful. I had some last minute changes and last minute issues with the decor and she stepped up and made it all so perfect. She put the bride and groom first. I cannot express that enough. Never once did she seem overwhelmed, stressed, or flustered. Working with Bailee, we can tell she knows what she is doing and is passionate about the job. “We hired Johnna as our day of coordinator for our wedding and she was truly such an angel to work with. Her pricing is more than reasonable for the services she provides and she was always super quick to respond. She was so sweet, reassuring, and helpful through the entire process. Even in the months leading up to the wedding, she would reach out to check in and offered to handle any tasks or communication that I needed help with. She took the time to plan phone calls with me even when I just needed someone to listen to everything going on in my mind with the planning process. She took so much weight off my shoulders in the months leading up to the wedding. On the day of, we worked with Kat, Casey, and Anna and WOW. I was truly speechless at how incredible the whole team was. They took my vision and brought it to life so seamlessly! We had multiple snags in the morning, putting us behind in our timeline by about an hour. But the team of girls worked quickly and quietly behind the scenes to smooth everything out and get us back on track, without me even realizing. My florals were over an hour late and I didn’t even know it because they swooped in and got it all straightened out before anyone even mentioned it to me. They also handled all of the tear down and cleanup for us as well and had all of our items neatly packed up ready for us to take home. I seriously cannot say enough good things about Johnna and her team, I am so grateful to have had them be a part of our special day. “Amber is the best choice you can make for your day. We hired her as a day of coordinator. What we got was so much more. There was so many elements we had no idea about that amber held our hand through and just handled. We thought the florals were the decor. How wrong we were thank goodness we had Amber and her collection of candles to complete our room and make it perfect. In addition she went half with us on the chuppah and built it and kept it for her future brides to rent. Literally, any way amber could make our lives easier or better she did. She took on all the communications with our vendors at the 6 month mark. If something went wrong on our wedding day my husband and I couldn’t tell you. Amber made the day flow so seamlessly. She went so far above to the point where she literally took care of over 50 butterflies that my mom sent to her the week before our wedding for a release. She told me she was ensuring they stayed alive and got them there in their envelops the day of. While also keeping it a secret from everyone. I also told her multiple times when it comes time for my future children’s bar/bat mitzvahs and any other large parties she will have to branch out from weddings because I will trust no one else with those big days but her. “Jennifer and her team were involved with our pre-wedding planning and handled coordination day-of, and I’m so glad we chose her for our special day. Jennifer was responsive, attentive, and wonderful to work with overall. We had over 170 guests with a large number of vendors, and just 8 months to plan everything. I’ll be honest, this event would not have been possible without her. She helped keep planning organized and on time, lead the charge on creating the timeline and coordinating scheduling with all the vendors, and was always there to answer questions, give recommendations, and handle last minute changes as they arose. On the day of the wedding, she and her team did a wonderful job setting up, coordinating with the venue/vendors, taking care of us and our guests, and keeping the event running smoothly and on time. Any issue we had, Alex was there to talk us through it and give guidance. We would only have to describe something to her once and she would "just get it" and be able to execute flawlessly. Every decision she made day-of (because there will ALWAYS be some small decisions that have to be made) was better executed than if we had thought about how to do it ourselves. “My wedding was June 11th and Jordyne being our Day of Coordinator was truly a huge part of why I can look back on the day with all the joy everyone hopes to experience. She maintained excellent communication in the months leading up to the big day via text and calls when I was stressed and spiraling. She asked insightful questions about aspects that I hadn’t even considered, so we had a clear idea of how the wedding day would unfold. Although we live about an hour away from West Bend, we picked our venue specifically for the beautiful outdoor cermony area. When it became clear that there would be thunderstorms and a high chance of tornadoes the day before and on the wedding day itself, she stepped up to transform the less than ideal (leaking) basement into what became a truly beautiful space. She used our leftover florals and battery powered candles to design new aisle decor since the original couldn’t be used indoors while also helping me not have a panic attack. She also suggested something that let us still spend some time outside, which ended up being the most special part of the day and gave us wonderful photos of our first look. From making sure we ate, to helping me to dance the Cupid Shuffle in my big dress after the bustle broke, She Was A Lifesaver. Jordyne and her lovely assisant were one of the best choices I made during the wedding planning process and I highly recommend her to anyone who feels overwhelmed, in over their head or just needs an excellent hype girl/wonderful person in their corner.”

We hired Erin for our month of coordinator almost 2 years in advance. From the beginning, she was very responsive, informative, kind, and helpful. I am pretty organized, and she consistently thought of questions I didn't! I was very impressed with her demeanor with myself and the rest of our vendors. Our venue required a pre-approved coordinator, and Erin took the steps to contact them to make sure she would work out, and we are so glad she did! “We worked with Kara from Camellia Co. Events for our wedding, and she was honestly amazing. We hired her as our “month-of” coordinator. Leading up to the wedding, she was super easy to communicate with and always quick to respond. She was so patient and helpful every single time, and I always felt like she genuinely cared and wanted to help however she could. She also worked with our budget and was very reasonable and flexible, which we really appreciated. On the wedding day, Kara was calm, organized, and made sure everything ran smoothly.
