Jack is a longtime Charlottesville-Albemarle resident, and currently lives in "downtown" Crozet. He's been a full time photographer in Charlottesville's wedding community for 20 years. Specialties include surprise engagements, and weddings ranging in size and complexity from elopements with a handful of guests, to multi-day celebrations with many hundreds of guests.

We began serving Charlottesville with French and Virginia-inspired cooking at our restaurant, l’etoile, in 1993. Our catering business grew out of that experience, and out of our desire to take part in the celebrations, the rituals, and the ceremonies of people throughout the Central Virginia community. Greenock Manor is a 150 year old Farmhouse with towering giant trees. The Manor is a beautiful restored traditional American Victorian style farmhouse with a delightful wrap around balcony. We aim at a homely feel for our bridal families to reduce stress. We include a ton of props - so please visit us - we look so forward to meeting you. We set up the ceremony chairs for our couples as well as the tables and chairs for the reception area before you arrive for your wedding day to reduce stress. Any decor items you need are set up by us such as shepherd hooks, easels, signs and much more. We also include lawn games and we have a firepit for use to add extra ambience. Best part we are across the road from the nearest hotel so guests can walk to our venue AND up to 18 guests can sleep over at Greenock for the whole weekend - so many more happy memories. We can include a planner to manage your wedding on your wedding day too!

Lovingston Winery is a weekend wedding venue that prioritizes slowing down and enjoying time with those that you love. With all of our packages we include 2 nights at our historic 1906 farmhouse and charming log cabin. These spaces allow for up to 16 guests to stay on property with you throughout the weekend. I’ve spent about eight years refining our dough, and I still obsess over the three things that make or break a pizza: dough, sauce, and cheese. That obsession is at the heart of everything we do. We bring a brick oven imported from Italy to your venue and bake extra-large 18-inch pizzas on site, served buffet style.
