Brin’s Posy is named after my beloved dog. She passed away unexpectedly a few years ago, leaving myself and her pup sister (Abby) to figure out life without her. We were months of grieving her loss when a close friend insisted I channel the grief energy into something positive. A bell went off in my head as my current job as a florist in a far away town was coming to an end. Brin’s Posy helped me come to terms with the loss. I still have Abby (the shop girl) in the shop daily and occasionally out to our farm venues! We love to source local and work with community members.

Photographs always made me curious. The stories behind the photo often sparked ideas for my book writing. Being a 90's baby I grew up using Kodak film, my moms point-and-shoot, and polaroid. My love of this art grew and I bought my first Canon when my oldest was 3. For awhile I captured our family growing, memories, a few newborns here and there, and brand content. In 2020, I began capturing life through the lens for others. It brought beauty back to my heart, and independence to my life as a mom. When I shot my first wedding I became absolutely hooked and knew I wanted to capture more of those memories for your future generations to cherish.
